The hyperfine structure of the lowest ns2nd2D states in27Al,69,71Ga and115In and of the 5s5p2 4P states of115In was measured using high-resolution laser spectroscopy on atomic beams. The tensile properties of highly oriented polypropylene (PP) filaments are markedly dependent on their fabrication drawn history. Highly oriented filaments prepared by drawing at <100°C were capable of appreciable plastic deformation after passing through a marked yield point. This deformation process was very rate dependent, transforming to essentially brittle behavior at deformation rates >500%/min. Filaments produced by drawing at a higher temperature, or by annealing above 100°C of those produced at 100°C, had a slightly lower modulus, greatly reduced residual elongation to break, and showed no yield point. A model for the plastic deformation is proposed involving localized fibrillation to produce craze-like structures. This model is consistent with the observed filament susceptibility to chromic acid etching. Electron micrographs of highly drawn then etched samples show that just prior to fracture only small plastes of the acid resistant (presumably original, unvoided) structure remain.  相似文献

We give a characterization of invariant subspaces of finite codimension in Banach spaces of vector-valued analytic functions in several variables, where invariant refers to invariance under multiplication by any polynomial. We obtain very weak conditions under which our characterization applies, that unifies and improves a number of previous results. In the vector-valued case, the results are new even for one complex variable. As a concrete application in several variables, we consider the Bergman space on a strictly pseudo-convex domain, and we improve previous results (assuming C-boundary) to the case of C2-boundary.  相似文献

Doping of horses with recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) to illegally enhance their endurance capacity in horseracing has been reported during the last years. This leads to increased blood viscosity which can result in sudden death and is of concern for the horse welfare. Additionally, the horse can start production of rHuEPO antibodies, which cross-reacts with endogenous equine EPO and can lead to severe anaemia and even death. In this study, a novel micro-chromatographic method, EPO WGA MAIIA, has been tested for the capability in plasma and urine samples to detect administration of erythropoiesis-stimulating agents, like the rHuEPO glycoprotein varieties Eprex and Aranesp, to horses. After administration of 40 IU Eprex kg(-1) day(-1) to seven horses during 6 days, the presence of Eprex in horse plasma was detected up to 2-5 days after last injection. In urine samples collected from two horses, Eprex was detected up to 3 days. A single injection of Aranesp (0.39 μg/kg) was detected up to 9 days in plasma and up to 8 days, the last day of testing, in the urine sample. The LC-FAIMS-MS/MS system, with 1 day reporting time, confirmed the presence of Eprex up to 1 day after last injection for six out of seven horses and the presence of Aranesp up to 5 days after last injection in plasma samples. The MAIIA system showed to be a promising tool with high sensitivity and extremely short reporting time (1 h).  相似文献

Halogen bonding is a recently rediscovered secondary interaction that shows potential to become a complementary molecular tool to hydrogen bonding in rational drug design and in material sciences. Whereas hydrogen bond symmetry has been the subject of systematic studies for decades, the understanding of the analogous three-center halogen bonds is yet in its infancy. The isotopic perturbation of equilibrium (IPE) technique with (13)C NMR detection was applied to regioselectively deuterated pyridine complexes to investigate the symmetry of [N-I-N](+) and [N-Br-N](+) halogen bonding in solution. Preference for a symmetric arrangement was observed for both a freely adjustable and for a conformationally restricted [N-X-N](+) model system, as also confirmed by computation on the DFT level. A closely attached counterion is shown to be compatible with the preferred symmetric arrangement. The experimental observations and computational predictions reveal a high energetic gain upon formation of symmetric, three-center four-electron halogen bonding. Whereas hydrogen bonds are generally asymmetric in solution and symmetric in the crystalline state, the analogous bromine and iodine centered halogen bonds prefer symmetric arrangement in solution.  相似文献

In this paper, numerical studies are reported on the effect of flow-flame interaction at large and medium scales and its impact on flame stabilization in a lean premixed low swirl stabilized methane/air flame. The numerical simulations are based on a large eddy simulation (LES) approach with a three-scalar flamelet model with equations for mixture fraction and fuel mass fraction and the level-set G-equation to account respectively for stratification of the mixture, fuel leakage at the trailing edge of the flame, and tracking of the flame front. Distinct frequencies, associated with the flame stabilization process, are identified from point data of LES in the outer and inner shear layers of the burner induced flow field. To understand the effect of the spatial structures related to the observed flow frequencies, a dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) is performed. Based on the analysis of LES data, frequency specific coherent flow structures are extracted along with associated flame structures through an extended version of DMD. The inner shear layer generated vortices are associated with recurring frequency specific coherent structures of both flow and flame and contribute to the flame stabilization in the outer regions of the flow.  相似文献

Let H be a Hilbert space of analytic functions on the unit disc D with ‖Mz‖?1, where Mz denotes the operator of multiplication by the identity function on D. Under certain conditions on H it has been shown by Aleman, Richter and Sundberg that all invariant subspaces have index 1 if and only if for all fH, f?0 [A. Aleman, S. Richter, C. Sundberg, Analytic contractions and non-tangential limits, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 359 (7) (2007) 3369-3407]. We show that the natural counterpart to this statement in Hilbert spaces of Cn-valued analytic functions is false and prove a correct generalization of the theorem. In doing so we obtain new information on the boundary behavior of functions in such spaces, thereby improving the main result of [M. Carlsson, Boundary behavior in Hilbert spaces of vector-valued analytic functions, J. Funct. Anal. 247 (1) (2007)].  相似文献
