高效液相色谱法同时测定生物质乳酸发酵液中有机酸及糖类化合物

建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)同时测定生物质乳酸发酵液中有机酸及糖类的分析方法。使用Bio-Rad Aminex HPX-87H色谱柱,以5 mmol/L的H2SO4为流动相,在柱温55 ℃,流速0.6 mL/min条件下,采用示差折光检测器进行检测。结果表明,该方法可在17 min内实现发酵液中各种有机酸和糖类化合物等的完全分离与定量,6种有机酸和3种糖类化合物在0.15～5.19 g/L范围内的线性关系良好,回归方程的线性相关系数在0.9998以上。将该法用于米根霉发酵液的检测,两个水平的加标回收率为96.91%～103.11%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.81%～4.61%。该法适用于微生物发酵液中多种有机酸和糖类的快速、高效分离和定量测定。     

Solubility of methane in octane + ethanol at temperatures from 303.15 K to 333.15 K and pressures up to 12.01 MPa

Solubility of methane in octane + ethanol was measured at temperatures ranging from 303.15 K to 333.15 K and pressures ranging from 2.60 MPa to 12.01 MPa. Experimental data were analyzed using the Soave-Redlich-Kwong equation of state with three types of mixing rules, and the estimated average deviation from the experimental solubility data was less than 3.5 %.     

Novel ether-functional spiro-tetronic acid derivatives: molecule design, convenient synthesis and biological evaluation

A novel series of ether functionalization of spiro-tetronic acid derivatives have been designed and conveniently synthesized via three steps, including esterification, one-pot heterocyclization, and etherification reactions. The target molecules have been identified on the basis of analytical spectra data. All newly synthesized compounds have been screened for their potential insecticidal activity against Heliothis armigera and Plutella xylostella compared with spirodiclofen by standard method.     

磁镜装置中ECR等离子体硬X射线强度观测

本文描述用硬X射线针孔成象法测量简单磁镜装置中ECR等离子体辐射特性的方法及其结果。这种非破坏性的成象法,直接显示了热电子等离子体的空间分布,一次放电可成一帧清晰的象,且由此可得出二维的等发射强度线。大量结果表明电子环是非轴对称的,并非为一个整环,而是在微波注入口的对面有一个缺口。当微波功率改变时,环也在改变。     

海洋蔓足类与宿主动物的共栖关系

蔓足类的宿主动物极为广泛，自海绵动物至脊椎动物皆有代表.生活方式有无机固着生活、兼性共栖和专主共栖3种生态类群，以共栖种类占绝对优势(48.2%).蔓足类在宿主体上的定着位置与其利用水流的方式有关，其形态结构、个体大小与宿主的生物学和习性有关.蔓足类与宿主的共栖还与系统发育有关，较古老的种类主要附着在岩石或其它无机物上，与宿主共栖的种，对宿主无明显选择性;较近代的种，对宿主则有明显选择性.     

Tunable self-shifting Bloch modes in anisotropic hexagonal photonic lattices

We study controllable self-shifting Bloch modes in anisotropic hexagonal photonic lattices. The shifting results from a deformed band structure due to deformation of the index distribution in each unit cell. By reconfiguration of the index profile of the unit cell, the direction in which the Bloch modes move can be controlled. Our theoretical predictions are experimentally demonstrated in hexagonal lattices optically induced in an anisotropic nonlinear crystal.
