Simulation of a High Harmonic Gyrotron with Axis-Encircling Electron Beam and Permanent Magnet

A computer code for simulation of beam-field interaction in a resonant cavity of a gyrotron has been developed. It is based on a self-consistent, time-independent, single-mode physical model. The code has been applied to the analysis of the electrodynamical system of a novel high-harmonic gyrotron with axis-encircling beam and a permanent magnet. In this paper both the physical model and numerical techniques used are outlined. Some results of the numerical experiments are presented and discussed.

O′-β′复相Sialon陶瓷中相组成的控制

用Si₃N₄,SiO₂和Al₂O_?作原料,以Y₂O_?为添加剂,研究了O’-β’所在的四个相容性区中组成,于1400—1800℃之间,O’和β’的形成动力学。O’于1400℃开始生成,1600℃达到最大形成量。高于1600℃,O’减少乃至消失。研究发现,O’的这种不稳定性,并非自身热分解的结果。Al含量的增加,液相出现和β’的形成,才是导致O’-Sialon溶解而消失的原因。 此外,认为Si₃N₄-O’(x=0.3)-Y₂Si₂O₇-YAG相容性区,是在制备具有合理的O’-β’平衡相组成的复相陶瓷时,可供实际选用的组成区。

The authors achieved the temporal coherent control in an Er^3＋ doped telluride glass, one kind of disordered solids. The upconversion at 670 nm was modulated and the dephasing time was simulated as 300 fs. Moreover, the photon echo signal gave the dephasing time due to the phonon interaction. The agreement between the two data indicates that the interaction between the wavepacket and the phonon leads to the fast disappearance of wavepackets interference, which is helpful for the tech- nique to be applied to the disordered solids.     

CsNiCl3晶体的光谱精细结构、零场分裂参量及Jahn-Teller效应

应用不可约张量理论构造了三角对称晶场中3d²/3d⁸态离子的45阶可完全对角化的微扰哈密顿矩阵，研究了CsNiCl₃晶体的光谱精细结构、晶体结构、零场分裂参量、Jahn-Telller效应以及自旋单重态对Ni²⁺离子基态能级的影响，理论与实验相符合.在此基础上，进一步研究了以前工作中被忽略的自旋-自旋耦合作用和Trees修正对CsNiCl₃晶体的光谱精细结构和零场分裂参量的影响，发现有四种机理会影响零场分裂参量：1)自旋-轨道耦合机理，2)自旋-自旋耦合机理；3)自旋-轨道与自旋-自旋联合耦合机理；4)自旋-轨道与Trees修正联合耦合机理，其中自旋-轨道耦合机理是最主要的，其他三种机理也是不可忽略的. 关键词： 基态能级 精细结构 零场分裂 自旋-自旋耦合

选用不同浓度的Pb(Zr_0.52Ti_0.48)O₃溶胶，用Sol-gel法在Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si基片上沉积一层厚度不同的Pb(Zr_0.52Ti_0.48)O₃ (PZT52)过渡层，经400℃烘烤、550℃退火等程序后，再用Sol-gel法在PZT52过渡层上沉积Pb(Zr_0.52Ti_0.48)O _{关键词： PZT铁电薄膜 择优取向 过渡层 剩余极化强度}     

The Calibrating Theory in the Network Parameters Measurement of Microwave and MMW Devices

The paper introduces a special system calibration technology in s-parameters measurement of microwave and millimeter wave devices. The 8-term errors module is built by analyzing the signals flowing in the measurement system. Then the calibration technology using non-standard kits is designed on the base. Finally, the experiment using the calibration technology is introduced.     

Challenging Students to View the Concept of Area in Triangles in a Broad Context: Exploiting the Features of Cabri-II

This study focuses on the constructions in terms of area and perimeter in equivalent triangles developed by students aged 12–15 years-old, using the tools provided by Cabri-Geometry II [Labore (1990). Cabri-Geometry (software), Université de Grenoble]. Twenty-five students participated in a learning experiment where they were asked to construct: (a) pairs of equivalent triangles “in as many ways as possible” and to study their area and their perimeter using any of the tools provided and (b) “any possible sequence of modifications of an original triangle into other equivalent ones”. As regards the concept of area and in contrast to a paper and pencil environment, Cabri provided students with different and potential opportunities in terms of: (a) means of construction, (b) control, (c) variety of representations and (d) linking representations, by exploiting its capability for continuous modifications. By exploiting these opportunities in the context of the given open tasks, students were helped by the tools provided to develop a broader view of the concept of area than the typical view they would construct in a typical paper and pencil environment.     

HgCl2/I2复合催化剂协同催化合成异丙醇钇的研究

以金属钇和异丙醇为原料，以HgCl2/I2为复合催化剂，通过对金属钇的机械加工以增加其比表面，并将异丙醇脱水使其含水量降低至0．05％，体系在82℃回流5h，经过滤、减压蒸馏，得到了白色海绵状异丙醇钇，其产率高达83％，合成时间比文献报道的缩短了19h，产率提高了8％。文章确定了催化剂的最佳用量为20gY加入60mg HgCl2/I2，研究了合成产率与HgCl2/I2催化剂和HgCl2催化剂的依赖关系及异丙醇中含水量对合成产率的影响，并对HgCl2/I2的催化作用机理进行了初步探讨。     

高频强泵浦场激发的等离子体参量不稳定性的特性

本文论证了当泵浦波的强度足够强时,在相当普遍的条件下,对均匀等离子体,唯一可以发生的参量不稳定性是类似于弱场的振荡二束不稳定性(OTSI)。对均匀及弱不均匀等离子体,高频强泵浦场激发的参量不稳定性都是绝对不稳定性。同样的性质在磁化等离子体中也可以得到。 关键词：
