高效液相色谱法测定精对苯二甲酸中微量杂质

建立了高效液相色谱法（HPLC）同时测定精对-苯二甲酸（PTA）中微量杂质4-羧基苯甲醛（4-CBA）、对-甲基苯甲酸（P-TOL）和苯甲酸（C7H6O2）含量的方法。采用的色谱柱为Shim-PackWAX-1柱，流动相为0.1mol/L NH3H2PO4 6%CH3OH，(pH4.5)，检测波长为254nm。PTA中微量杂质4-CBA、P-TOL和C7H6O2的含量分别为0.59-235.20mg/kg、4.52-392.00mg/kg和0.28-24.55mg/kg时线性关系良好，其线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9997和0.9999。苯甲酸加样平均回收率99.03％，RSD0.37％。     

有规立构聚苯乙烯的稀溶液性质

本文报导了有规立构聚苯乙烯,无规立构聚苯乙烯和1∶1混合有规和无规立构聚苯乙烯的分级、粘度和光散射测试结果。发现上述三种聚苯乙烯试样的[η]-M的依赖关系、第二维利系数和均方末端距(当分子量相同时)是有差别的。这种差别超出实验误差范围,而作者们认为是合理的。从而讨论了前人在类似的工作中所得到的结果。     

N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲的合成

在无溶剂绿色化学条件下,将α-萜品烯-马来酸酐加成物(1)与取代苯(硫)脲发生N-酰化反应,合成了4个N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲化合物(3a~3d),并由IR、UV-Vis、MS、1HNMR、13C NMR和元素分析确认了目标产物的结构。生物活性测试表明,其中3个化合物(3a、3b和3c)具有植物激素作用。     

氰根桥连的异金属配位聚合物{[Ni(pn)2][Fe(CN)4(bipy)]}2·3H2O(pn=1,3-丙二胺,bipy=2,2′-联吡啶)的合成与结构

以[Fe(CN)₄(bipy)]^2-为建筑块和[Ni(pn)₂]²⁺在水溶液中反应,合成了{[Ni(pn)₂][Fe(CN)₄(bipy)]}₂·3H₂O(pn=1,3-丙二胺)。通过X-射线单晶衍射确定了其晶体结构。该配合物属单斜晶系,P2₁/n空间群,晶胞参数为:a     

对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)与乙二醇(EG)的酯交换反应模拟动力学

Based on the method of ε-NTU, a mathematical modeling of ester-interchange reaction for dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) with ethylene glycol (EG) by acetate system was simulated, and, in addition, the corresponding kinetic equation is obtained by using the theoretical method of simulation. That is,-(dc)/(dt)=kc(c+k')where:-(dc)/(dt)= the reaction rate of the monomer, C -concentration of the monomer, θ-Suitable parameterk,k'-constant (k'=θ/k)The experimental results have showed that the ester-interchange reaction is a reaction neither first order or second order nor third order,but it is a reaction of secondary linear type. Yamanis^[2] doubted the correctness of the method that has been proved.Moreover,we have suggested the physical meaning of parameters.     

A Novel Cu-Mo／ZSM-5 Catalyst for NOx Catalytic Reduction with Ammonia

The Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts with different Cu/Mo ratios were prepared by wet impregnation method, and their catalytic performance for selective catalytic reduction of NOx was studied. The results showed that Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 is a very effective catalyst for NOx catalytic reduction with ammonia, especially when Cu/Mo molar ratio is about 1.5. It not only exhibited the extremely high catalytic activity, but also showed good stability for 02. The bulk phase structure of Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts was determined by XRD technique, and the results indicated that there is a maximum dispersion for Cu species when Cu/Mo molar ratio is 1.5, and an interaction between Cu and Mo along with HZSM-5 may be present in Cu-Mo/ZSM-5, which may possibly result in a special structure favorable for the catalytic reduction of NOx over Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst.     

刚性链嵌段共聚物研究 Ⅱ．含双酚S的聚醚醚酮共聚物合成与性能

series of multiblock copolymers composed of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and 4, 4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone (DHDPS) were synthesized by polycondensation. The property of copolymers were characterics by DSC, IR, WAXD and TGA. The results indicate that the T_g of copolymers increases with increasing DHDPS content' When the DHDPS content of the copolymers is less than 22% (the average degree of polymerization of PEEK oligomers is more than 6), the copolymers are Crystalline polymers. The highest T_g of the Crystalline copolymers is 160℃,the lowest T_m is 304℃.     

赖氨酸修饰壳聚糖磁性超微载体的制备和表征

本文设计并合成了良好水溶性的赖氨酸修饰壳聚糖,并对制备工艺进行了优化.产物通过红外(FTIR)和核磁(1H-NMR)进行了表征,并将其作为壳层材料制备了赖氨酸修饰壳聚糖磁性超微载体.通过光电能谱(XPS)、透射(TEM)、激光粒度仪、X射线衍射(XRD)、磁性能测试(VSM)对载体进行了表征.结果表明,制备的赖氨酸修饰壳聚糖磁性超微载体表面带有大量的氨基(-NH2),粒径分布较为均一(100nm左右),形貌较为规则,并具有良好的超顺磁性,因而该载体具有更加良好的性能.     

Pd_2(dba)_3/BINAP催化合成1,4-双-(4′-苯胺基苯酰基)苯

以Pd2(dba)3/BINAP催化1,4-双-(4′-溴苯酰基)苯和苯胺反应,合成了1,4-双-(4′-苯胺基苯酰基)苯,其结构经UV,1HNMR,13CNMR和元素分析表征。     

新型(E)-1-取代苯基-3-(3''''-取代吲哚基)-2-丙烯酮类化合物的合成和抗炎活性研究

设计合成了一系列新的席合物3a～3p, 其结构经 1H NMR, IR, LC/MS确证. 用化合物对小鼠耳部巴豆油炎症影响的炎症模型测定化合物3a～3i的生物活性, 结果表明, 化合物3d, 3f, 3g可明显抑制巴豆油致小鼠耳部炎症. 其抑制率分别为19.5%, 27.6%, 16.1%.
