The features of the electronic structure of Yb4d, N1s, C1s, O1s, Br3d core levels and the valence band of ytterbium metalloporphyrins Yb(acac)TPPBr8, Yb(acac)TPP, TPPBr8, and TPP are studied by photoelectron spectroscopy. The position and structure of the Yb4f level for Yb(acac)TPPBr8 are determined by resonant photoemission at the BESSY-II synchrotron center. Simulations of the electronic structure of the valence band show good agreement between the calculated and experimental data. The change in the electronic structure of porphyrins during implantation of the central atom of ytterbium, namely, a more uniform redistribution of the electron density between nitrogen atoms of pyrrole and aza groups, is revealed. The photoelectron spectra of Yb4d states demonstrate the trivalent metal state (Yb3+) in rare-earth metalloporphyrins. The partial destruction of bromine ytterbium tetraphenylporphyrin compound as a result of thermal action is demonstrated. 相似文献

The intrinsic structure of spherical SiO2 particles synthesized by hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate in an alcohol-water-ammonia medium was studied using transmission electron microscopy. It was established that the relatively large spherical silica particles were “tertiary” structures made up of smaller spherical particles (“ secondary” particles), which in turn consisted of even smaller primary spherical particles 5–10 nm in diameter. It was shown that, under the experimental conditions, the large SiO2 particles can contain a central core comprising primary particles surrounded by several layers of secondary particles smaller than the core diameter. 相似文献

The spatial distribution of the magnetic field around the tip of a magnetic cantilever coated with a cobalt film 50 nm thick is investigated using an FePt extraordinary Hall effect sensor. The magnetic field’s dependence on the distance between the sensor’s surface and the MFM cantilever is measured and found to be inversely proportional to the cubic distance, as predicted in theory. An atomically accurate regular triple step array with a period of 4.8 nm has been fabricated on the vicinal Si(5 5 7) surface. Its atomic structure was studied on different length scales by scanning tunneling microscopy, low energy electron diffraction and photoelectron spectroscopy. A physical and mathematical model of mass transfer in polycrystalline metallic materials under exposure to ion beams is proposed. Alongside bulk indiffusion from the irradiated surface, diffusion along the migrating extensive defects interacting with an impurity is considered. For a polyenergetic ion beam, the contribution of bulk indiffusion is presented as an integral over energy of the product of two functions; one of them describes the energy distribution of ions in a beam and the second represents the implantation profile of monoenergetic ion beam. 相似文献
