对于从实验中观察到的GaAs/GaAlAs多量子讲非对称法布里一哨罗腔调制器中电致折射率变化引起的模式蓝移现象,从理论上予以讨论.利用等效光程方法分析了电致折射引起的模式的移动特性,实验和理论符合较好.

On error bounds for lower semicontinuous functions

We give some sufficient conditions for proper lower semicontinuous functions on metric spaces to have error bounds (with exponents). For a proper convex function f on a normed space X the existence of a local error bound implies that of a global error bound. If in addition X is a Banach space, then error bounds can be characterized by the subdifferential of f. In a reflexive Banach space X, we further obtain several sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of error bounds in terms of the lower Dini derivative of f. 设R=Z/2\+kZ(k>1)是\{2\}[TX-]为非单位的有限局部环. 该文首先确定了R上斜对称矩阵标准形. 设G\+m\-p(R,H)={P∈GL\-m(R)|PHP′=H}是由矩阵H确定的伪辛群,其中H=[JB((][HL(2]0[]I\+\{(v)\}\=-I\+\{(v)\}[]0[HL)][JB))]Δ，Δ=[JB((][HL(2]\{2\}[TX-]\+\{k-1\}[]\{1\}[TX-]\=-\{1\}[TX-][]0[HL)][JB))]. 其次,计算了伪辛群G\+m\-P(R,H)的阶|G\+m\-P(R,H)|.

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering study of polymer on metals. III. Chemisorbed polybenzimidazole and its corrosion-inhibiting properties at high temperature

Chemisorption of polybenzimidazole on silver and copper etched with nitric acid has been observed by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The polymer is found to react chemically with silver, forming a complexed film on the surface. The SERS spectra show that polybenzimidazole film inhibits oxidation of the metal at high temperature, unlike chemisorbed benzimidazole, benzotriazole, and poly(4-vinyl pyridine). © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
