Hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) and hexamethyldisilazane (HMDSN) were used as organosilicon reagents for PE-CVD of thin films under filamentary barrier-discharge conditions at atmospheric pressure. Efficient discharges were obtained in the region of moderate frequencies (5 kHz). The following mixtures of organosilicon reagents with carrier gas and oxidants or ammonia were investigated: HMDSO+Ar, HMDSO+N2, HMDSO+O2+Ar, HMDSO+N2O+Ar, and HMDSN+NH3+N2. Under such conditions HMDSO was converted to produce thin films (10–1000 nm) of silicon oxide, generally containing admixtures of residual organic content (Si—CHn and Si—H groups). The films deposited from HMDSN+NH3+N2 contained silicon, nitrogen and oxygen.  相似文献

The solubility of nimodipine was measured in aqueous solutions of the following cyclodextrins: -cyclodextrin (-CD), hydroxypropyl--CD (HP--CD), -cyclodextrin (-CD), random substituted methyl--CD (M--CD), three hydroxypropyl--CDs (HP--CD) with mutually different average degree of substitution, and hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin (HP--CD). From the determined linear solubility diagrams the values of the binding constant K11 of the inclusion complexes of nimodipine with the respective CDs were evaluated. The -CDs efficiently solubilized sparingly soluble nimodipine, the highest value of K11 was found for M--CD (1680 M-1), followed by -CD (550 M-1) and HP--CDs, where the higher degree of substitution lowered K11. Only slight solubilization of nimodipine was observed in the solutions of the -CDs and HP--CD.  相似文献

Nanocomposites of poly(vinyl alcohol)/silica nanoparticles (PVA-SNs) were prepared by in-situ radical copolymerization of vinyl silica nanoparticles functionalized by vinyltriethoxysilane (VTEOS) and vinyl acetate with benzoyl peroxide (BPO, i.e., initiator), subsequently saponified via direct hydrolysis with NaOH solution. The resulting vinyl silica nanoparticles, PVA-SNs were characterized by means of fourier transformation spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the elemental analysis method. Effects of silica nanoparticles on viscosity and alcoholysis of PVA-SNs were studied by a ubbelohode capillary viscometer and the back titration method. The morphological structure of PVA-SN films was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and tensile test were used to determine the thermal and mechanical properties of PVA-SN films. The results indicated that the content of vinyl groups on the surface of the vinyl silica nanoparticles was up to 3.02 mmol/g and vinyl silica nanoparticles had been successfully copolymerized with vinyl acetate. Furthermore, compared to pure PVA, silica nanoparticles bonded with polymer matrix in a low concentration affected the viscosity and alcoholysis of the PVA-SNs materials. At the same time, it resulted in the improvement of the thermal and mechanical properties of the PVA-SN materials due to a strong interaction between silica nanoparticles and the polymer matrix via a covalent bond. It could be found that the optical clarity of the membrane was changed through UV-Vis absorption spectrum due to the introduction of silica nanoparticles.  相似文献

Magnetic diphase nanostructures of ZnFe2O4/γ-Fe2O3 were synthesized by a solvothermal method. The formation reactions were optimized by tuning the initial molar ratios of Fe/Zn. All samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and Raman spectra. It is found that when the initial molar ratio of Fe/Zn is larger than 2, a diphase magnetic nanostructure of ZnFe2O4/γ-Fe2O3 was formed, in which the presence of ZnFe2O4 enhanced the thermal stability of γ-Fe2O3. Further increasing the initial molar ratio of Fe/Zn larger than 6 destabilized the diphase nanostructure and yielded traces of secondary phase α-Fe2O3. The grain surfaces of diphase nanostructure exhibited a spin-glass-like structure. At room temperature, all diphase nanostructures are superparamagnetic with saturation magnetization being increased with γ-Fe2O3 content.  相似文献

通过集成磨损计算与柔性多体动力学,对柔性系统中间隙铰接副部位的磨损进行了预测.基于绝对节点坐标方法(ANCF)建立了柔性部件的多体动力学模型,引入连续接触力模型计算间隙铰接副部分的接触力,并采用Archard磨损模型的迭代磨损计算程序预测磨损.为了得到在不同接触情况下的磨损系数,本文中采用了径向基神经网络处理试验数据.通过对含柔性连杆的曲柄滑块机构进行仿真计算,发现当考虑部件的柔性时,得到的间隙处的冲击力大幅降低,且预测的磨损量也略有降低,这种区别会随着仿真时间的增加而变得更加明显.  相似文献

采用盐酸回流法和氨水沉淀法合成了氧化铝载体,并通过络合真空浸渍法制备了不同来源氧化铝负载的Pt-Sn-K/γ-Al2O3催化剂。利用N2物理吸附、CO脉冲吸附、H2程序升温还原、NH3程序升温脱附、热重等手段对Pt-Sn-K/γ-Al2O3催化剂进行了表征,以异丁烷脱氢为探针反应研究了氧化铝载体对该催化剂脱氢性能的影响。结果表明,与由盐酸回流法合成的载体制备的催化剂相比,采用氨水沉淀法合成的氧化铝载体制备的Pt-Sn-K/γ-Al2O3催化剂表面具有较小的Pt颗粒和较弱的酸性分布,其脱氢活性及异丁烯选择性更优。14 d的连续运行数据显示,由氨水沉淀合成的载体制备的催化剂,其抗积炭能力更强,反应后催化剂的积炭石墨化程度更低,因而具有更好的稳定性;在该催化剂上,异丁烷初始转化率为56.67%,14 d后仍能达到34.71%,异丁烯初始选择性为80%,7 d后维持在94%左右。  相似文献

The main goal of present paper is to demonstrate the separation and detection capability of micro-TLC technique involving simple one step liquid extraction protocols of complex materials without multi-steps sample pre-purification. In the present studies target components (cyanobacteria pigments, lipids and fullerenes) were isolated from heavy loading complex matrices including spirulina dried cells, birds’ feathers and fatty oils as well as soot samples derived from biomass fuel and fossils-fired home heating systems. In each case isocratic separation protocol involving less that 1 mL of one component or binary mixture mobile phases can be completed within time of 5–8 min. Sensitive detection of components of interest was performed via fluorescence or staining techniques using iodine or phosphomolybdic acid. Described methodology can be applied for fast fractionation or screening of whole range of target substances as well as chemo-taxonomic studies and fingerprinting of complex mixtures, which are present in raw biological or environmental samples.  相似文献
