The kinetics of complexation reaction of Cu(II) with 9-ethyl-3-carbazolecarboxaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone (ECCAT) has been examined spectrophotometrically. The ligand was synthesized for the first time. The complexation reaction was carried out in a DMF-water medium at 35°C. The complex has maximum absorbance at 393 nm. Kinetic and activation parameters of the complexation reaction were calculated by the Arrhenius and Eyring equations using the data obtained from investigating the effect of temperature on reaction rates under the specified conditions. We also proposed reaction rate equations. Based on the studied complexation reaction, a simple kinetic method for the spectrophotometric determination of copper(II) has been developed. The calibration graphs are linear in the concentration range 0.2–1.9 μg/mL. The species that caused interference were investigated. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

Summary Three novel heterotrinuclear complexes have been prepared, [Cu2(oxdn)2Zn](ClO4)2 (1) and [Cu2(oxdn)2-M(H2O)2](ClO4)2 with M=Mn (2) and Co (3) [oxdn-oxamidobis (propionato)], and characterized by spectral data. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibilities of (2) and (3) has been studied in the 4–300K range, and the exchange integrals J=–20.90cm–1 for (2) and J=–62.36cm–1 for (3) calculated. These results are commensurate with antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent metal ions.  相似文献

研究了在酸性介质中柠檬酸存在下,痕量钒(V)催化溴酸钾氧化藏红T的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了催化荧光测定痕量钒的新方法。催化反应在沸水浴中进行8min,为假零级反应,反应的表观活化能力为99.21kJ/mol,反应速度常数为0.12/s;该方法的检出限为2.2×10^-8g/L;线性范围为0.2 ̄2.4μg/L研究了共存离子的影响,用于人发和煤灰中痕量钒的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Simultaneous anodic oxidation and cathodic reduction of aldoses in a divided flow cell were studied. The stream of the anolyte was an aqueous solution containing D-glucose, sodium bromide, and sodium bicarbonate. The stream of the catholyte was also an aqueous solution containing xylose and sodium sulfite. The factors which affected both the anodic and cathodic reactions were studied. The results indicate that the flow rates and temperatures of the anolyte and the catholyte, concentrations of the aldoses, pH values and the material of electrodes significantly affect both anodic and cathodic yields. The selectivities of gluconic acid in the anode and xylitol in the cathode were very high. The power consumption of paired electrolysis in the flow system was less than paired electrolysis in a batch system.  相似文献

In the present work, we investigated self-assembling of a poly(phenylacetylene) carrying L-valine pendants (PPA-Val) in a water/methanol solution, upon evaporation of the solution on mica, and on the water surface. With intercalation of a fluorescence probe of Ru(phen)2(dppx)2+ (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, dppx=7,8-dimethyldipyridophenazine) into the hydrophobic cavities associated by the PPA-Val chains, their helical structures were directly detected in solution with an in situ fluorescence microscope. Helical aggregates were observed with AFM upon evaporation of the solvents, suggesting that the helical structures in the solution are the building blocks of the helical aggregates. Self-assembling structures of PPA-Val on the water surface were, however, very different from that formed upon evaporation of its THF solution on the mica surface. The polymer chains associated into a monolayer of extended fibers on the water surface, whereas superhelical fibers formed on the mica surface. Water molecules play a critical role in inducing the polymer to form diverse morphological structures in its bulk solution and on its surface. In solution, the isotropic hydrophobic effect drove the polymer chains to form superhelical aggregates, while on the water surface, the hydrophobic effect concentrated mainly on the lateral part of the polymer, thus giving a monolayer of extended fibers.  相似文献
