A series of unsymmetrical 1,3-disubstituted benzimidazolium chlorides were synthesized as N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors. These compounds were used to synthesize of the PEPPSI-type palladium NHC complexes. The structures of all compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The catalytic activity of the PEPPSI-type palladium–NHC complexes has been evaluated with respect to the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of phenyl boronic acid with various aryl halides in aqueous media. 相似文献

The widespread use of poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) in the active layers of organic solar cells indicates that it possesses chemical stability and solubility suitable for such an application. However, it would be desirable to have a material that can maintain these properties but with a smaller bandgap, which would lead to more efficient energy harvesting of the solar spectrum. Fifteen P3HT derivatives were studied using the Density Functional Theory. The conclusion is that it is possible to obtain compounds with significantly smaller bandgaps and with solubility and stability similar to that of P3HT, mostly through the binding of oxygen atoms or conjugated organic groups to the thiophenic ring. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Dopamine, rotigotin, ladostigil, and rasagiline analogues 2-amino-4,5,6-trimethoxyindane and 1-amino-5,6,7-trimethoxyindane were synthesized starting from 5,6,7-trimethoxyindan-1-one for the first time with 34% and 45% total yields. α-Carboxylation of indanone, reduction of ketone group with Et3SiH, basic hydrolysis of ester, Curtius reaction of the acid, and addition of BnOH afforded the corresponding carbamate. Pd-C-catalyzed hydrogenolysis of carbamate and deprotonation of amine hydrochloride with NaOH gave the dopamine and rotigotin analogue 2-aminoindane. Reduction of 5,6,7-trimethoxyindan-1-one with NaBH4 afforded the alcohol, which was then converted to the azide derivative via Mitsunobu reaction with diphenylphosphoryl azide; Pd-C catalyzed hydrogenation of the azide to the amine hydrochloride and then deprotonation of the amine hydrochloride with NaOH furnished the ladostigil and rasagiline analogue 1-aminoindane. These amines and BnOH were reacted with CSI to produce sulfamoyl carbamates, which were converted to sulfamides via Pd-C-catalyzed hydrogenolysis reaction with 20% and 25% total yields. 相似文献

Abstract A three-column ion chromatographic system for the removal of humic substances from natural waters, and subsequent on-line concentration and determination of nitrate and sulfate using non-suppressed ion chromatography is presented. Humic substances are removed using disposable adsorption columns packed with chemically bonded amine silica material. The sample is directly transfered to an ion exchange column where the anions are concentrated ca 10 times. After reversing the flow, the ions are transferred to a third column where they are separated and quantified. The detection limit is less than 1 mg L?1 of nitrate or sulfate in water containing 45mgL?1 of humic acid. 相似文献

N-Aryl-N,N-diphenacylamine dioximes were prepared by the reaction of corresponding arylamines with α-bromoacetophenone oxime in ethanol-water at room temperature. First, methyl β‐d‐glucoside was converted into methyl 4,6‐O‐p‐nitrobenzylidine‐β‐d‐glucoside with p‐nitrobenzaldehyde. A new soluble vic-dioxime ligand namely 1,4-bis(2′-hydroxyethyl)-2,3-bis(hydroxyimino)-5,6-diphenylpiperazine, (LH2) containing optically active centers has been prepared as a mixture of isomers from (CNO)2 and N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)stilbendiamine (1) which has been made by the reduction of the condensation of the product of benzaldehyde and 2-aminoethanol in the presence
of aluminum amalgam. N,N-coordinated planar metal complexes of this ligand have been synthesized with NiII, CuII, CoII, PdII and UVIO2. Oxidation of (LH)2Co in the presence of a base, such as pyridine, leads to an octahedral complex (LH)2CopyCl containing pyridine and chloride as axial ligands in addition to vic-dioxime ligands. The structures of the ligand and its complexes are proposed on the basis of elemental analysis, 1H-n.m.r., mass, i.r. and u.v.–vis. spectral data.
