A cyclic (amino)metal‐substituted dicoordinated silylene derivative has been synthesized and fully characterized. Of particular interest is that the N‐hetero‐RhI‐metallacyclic silylene exhibits a distorted tetrahedral geometry around the rhodium atom and a considerably shortened Si?Rh bond (2.138 Å) compared to classical Si?Rh single bonds (ca. 2.30–2.35 Å). A theoretical investigation reveals that the geometrical deviation around the rhodium center from the classical square‐planar to a tetrahedral geometry increases the π‐donating and σ‐accepting character of the rhodium atom, thereby efficiently stabilizing the silylene moiety. 相似文献

Delivering nucleic acids into the endothelium has great potential in treating vascular diseases. However, endothelial cells, which line the vasculature, are considered as sensitive in nature and hard to transfect. Low transfection efficacies in endothelial cells limit their potential therapeutic applications. Towards improving the transfection efficiency, we made an effort to understand the internalization of lipoplexes into the cells, which is the first and most critical step in nucleic acid transfections. In this study, we demonstrated that the transient modulation of caveolae/lipid rafts mediated endocytosis with the cholesterol-sequestrating agents, nystatin, filipin III, and siRNA against Cav-1, which significantly increased the transfection properties of cationic lipid-(2-hydroxy-N-methyl-N,N-bis(2-tetradecanamidoethyl)ethanaminium chloride), namely, amide liposomes in combination with 1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE) (AD Liposomes) in liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (SK-Hep1). In particular, nystatin was found to be highly effective with 2–3-fold enhanced transfection efficacy when compared with amide liposomes in combination with Cholesterol (AC), by switching lipoplex internalization predominantly through clathrin-mediated endocytosis and macropinocytosis. 相似文献

Substituted arenes flanked by two bulky triethylsilyl groups were regiospecifically lithiated at the 5‐position with nBuLi?PMDTA at 25 °C. The resulting aryllithiums reacted with a broad range of electrophiles such as ketones, isocyanates, Weinreb amides, allyl bromides, and CO2 at 25 °C. These bis‐silylated arenes were then converted in simple reaction sequences into silyl‐free tetrasubstituted arenes. This remote lithiation was extended to 2,6‐bis(triethylsilyl)pyridine as well as 3,3′‐bis(triethylsilyl)biphenyl. 相似文献

A loop thermosiphon thermal collector was developed for the waste heat recovery power generation with electric capacity of 500 W. The heat collector with heat transfer area of 0.159 m2 (500 mm width and 300 mm depth) was connected to the condenser with a shrunken heat transfer area by a loop. The thermal performance of the apparatus was declined when increasing the water filling rate to 90% as the working fluid occupied the internal volume. In the range of water filling rate between 30% and 60%, the effective thermal conductivity was around100 times of the conductivity of copper. 相似文献

We report on a measurement of the inclusive jet cross section in pp[over ] collisions at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=1.96 TeV using data collected by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 0.70 fb;{-1}. The data cover jet transverse momenta from 50 to 600 GeV and jet rapidities in the range -2.4 to 2.4. Detailed studies of correlations between systematic uncertainties in transverse momentum and rapidity are presented, and the cross section measurements are found to be in good agreement with next-to-leading order QCD calculations. 相似文献

We study the flavor-changing-neutral-current process c-->u micro(+) micro(-) using 1.3 fb(-1) of pp[over ] collisions at square root s = 1.96 TeV recorded by the D0 detector operating at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. We see clear indications of the charged-current mediated D(s)(+) and D(+)-->phipi(+) --> micro(+)micro(-)pi(+) final states with significance greater than 4 standard deviations above background for the D(+) state. We search for the continuum neutral-current decay of D(+)-->pi(+) micro(+) micro(-) in the dimuon invariant mass spectrum away from the phi resonance. We see no evidence of signal above background and set a limit of B(D(+) --> pi(+) micro(+) micro(-))<3.9 x 10(-6) at the 90% C.L. This limit places the most stringent constraint on new phenomena in the c--> u micro(+) micro(-) transition. 相似文献

We present a measurement of the shape of the Z/gamma* boson transverse momentum (q(T)) distribution in pp --> Z/gamma* --> e(+)e(-) + X events at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV using 0.98 fb(-1) of data collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. The data are found to be consistent with the resummation prediction at low q(T), but above the perturbative QCD calculation in the region of q(T)>30 GeV/c. Using events with q(T)<30 GeV/c, we extract the value of g(2), one of the nonperturbative parameters for the resummation calculation. Data at large boson rapidity y are compared with the prediction of resummation and with alternative models that employ a resummed form factor with modifications in the small Bjorken x region of the proton wave function. 相似文献

We report on a search for charge-1/3 third-generation leptoquarks (LQ) produced in pp collisions at square root s =1.96 TeV using the D0 detector at Fermilab. Third-generation leptoquarks are assumed to be produced in pairs and to decay to a tau neutrino and a b quark with branching fraction B. We place upper limits on sigma(pp --> LQLQ)B2 as a function of the leptoquark mass M(LQ). Assuming B=1, we exclude at the 95% confidence level third-generation scalar leptoquarks with M(LQ)<229 GeV. 相似文献

The selective addition of organomagnesium reagents to 2,4,6-trichlorophenyl isocyanide leading to magnesiated aldimines is reported. These aldimines react with Weinreb amides, ketones, or carbonates to provide the corresponding carbonyl derivatives after acidic cleavage. This study is an attempt to improve the loading and release potential of silver oxide nanoparticles (AgO NPs) using Oleic acid based bio-surfactant isolated from Enteromorpha instestinalis. The isolated Oleic acid based bio-surfactant was characterized using GC–MS, NMR, and HPLC. The AgO NPs were then surface-functionalized with the bio-surfactant and analyzed using XRD, HR-TEM/SAED, DLS, UV–Vis, and FTIR spectroscopy to evaluate the loading of aspirin and functional groups responsible for loading. The model drug Aspirin that has depreciated bio-availability due to poor solubility was used to test the drug carrier efficiency of the AgO NPs after the surface-functionalization. The loading of aspirin was increased by up to 80% in bio-surfactants than PEG-coated NPs (72%) at a 1:1 ratio (Aspirin/NP). The drug release profile of aspirin was evaluated by dialysis at different acidic conditions (pH 1.2, 6.8, and 7.4) and the active release of aspirin was observed in pH 6.8 and bio-surfactant produced better release than PEG and commercial tablet in all the pH conditions. To identify the mechanism of release from the carrier, the release kinetics was studied using zero-order, first-order, Higuchi's, and Korsmeyer Peppas equations and found that the release was time-dependent and non-fickian. 相似文献
