All-reflective optical system design for extreme ultraviolet lithography

All-reflective optical systems,due to their material absorption and low refractive index,are used to create the most suitable devices in extreme ultraviolet lithography （EUVL）.In this letter,we present a design for an all-reflective lithographic projection lens.We also discuss its design idea and structural system.After analysis of the four-mirror optical system,the initial structural parameters are determined,the optical system is optimized,and the tolerances of the system are analyzed.We also show the implementation of optimal layout and desired imaging performance.     

大孔吸附树脂对大豆皂苷的吸附研究

比较了5种大孔吸附树脂对大豆皂苷的吸附等温线、吸附容量、解吸率和吸附动力学。发现ZTC-1树脂对大豆皂苷吸附量大、解吸容易、吸附速度快，是一种良好的大豆皂苷吸附荆，AB-8树脂次之．选择ZTC-l树脂纯化大豆皂苷粗提液，得到大豆皂苷产品纯度为78．2％(干物质)，回收率为93．1％．     

正负离子表面活性剂在短链脂肪醇/水中沉淀-囊泡转化和双水相的形成

首次报道在短链脂肪醇/水溶剂中十二烷基硫酸钠和辛基三甲基溴化铵混合体系由沉淀转化为囊泡，并出现表面活性剂双水相的新现象，以期探索正负离子表面活性剂混合体系研究的新途径。     

Study on thermal stability of poled non-linear optical polymers

A logarithmic expression is proposed to describe relaxation of the polar order in side chain polymers,together with a new way of plotting temperature dependent relaxation data.This results in a straight line extending even below the glass transition temperature in the case of poled nonlinear optics (NLO) side chain polymers.A simple procedure to determine the rotational diffusion constant Dr is given and Dr values of several polymer systems have been evaluated and compared with each other.It appears that,starting from the conventional and well known poled polymer system currently applied,a further lowering of Dr by about 3 orders of magnitude is necessary in order to reach an acceptable orientational stability or lifetime of poled polymers for practical applications.Attempts have been made to introduce electron push-pull substituents into high thermostable molecular frameworks and results of preliminary measurements are reported.     

The rotation and the phase transition in solid C60

The interaction between C60's in solid C60 has been calculated by (exp-6-1) potential, and the cause and the controlled factor of the high rapid rotations of C60 's were discussed. In order to describe the disordered degree of C60 rotation, an equivalent M is introduced. The phase transitions at the ~260 K and at the ~90 K are studied from the viewpoint of C60 rotation. The potential barriers of the ordered rotation below the ~260 K and the disordered rotation above the ~260 K have been given, and the effect of the external pressure on the temperature of phase transition has also been given.     

Structure and base properties of calcined hydrotalcites

Five hydrotalcites with Mg/Al molar ratio range of 3-15 were prepared. The structure and basicity of Mg-Al mixed oxides (Mg(Al)O) transformed from hydrotalcites were investigated by TPD, XPS, XRD, FT-IR and NMR techniques. The results of elemental analysis and XPS indicate that Al is enriched in the surface regions of Mg(Al)0, and its amount increases with the Mg/Al molar ratio and the calcination temperature. 27Al-MAS-NMR results show that Al exists in two chemical environments: tetrahedral aluminium (Al(t)) and octahedral aluminium (Al(o)) in Mg(Al)O. The amount of Al(t) increases with the Mg/Al molar ratio and the calcination temperature. It is assumed that Al(t) may be mainly from the surface Al. Temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) of CO2 shows that the number of basic sites of Mg(Al)O samples increases with the Mg/Al molar ratio, and the maximum number of basic sites is obtained for hydrotalcite calcined at 773 K. New conversion of Friendlnder reaction of 3-amino-1H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitriles with cyclohexanone

Two different skeletons of heterocyclic compounds,quinoline and quinazolinone analogs could be obtained by a novel one-pot synthesis from substituted 3-amino-1 H-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitrile derivatives and cyclohexanone in DMF in the catalyst of anhydrous zinc chloride under reflux.A plausible mechanism was proposed.     

高温煤焦油的超临界萃取分馏研究

采用正戊烷溶剂,在超临界状态下,于220℃和5MPa~15MPa循序升压条件下,将高温煤焦油萃取分馏为10个液相窄馏分和1个固相沥青产物;切割深度达78.36%,萃余沥青收率为21.64%,明显低于常规蒸馏沥青收率。研究发现,所用高温煤焦油的初馏分萃取收率最高,随着萃取压力的增加,较低压力段一次萃取液相馏分的收率迅速减少;压力达到10 MPa,液相馏分总收率趋于峰值。元素分析和色质联用分析数据表明,随着萃取压力的增加,一次萃取获得窄馏分的碳氢原子比逐渐增加,平均环数和相对分子质量均逐渐增大,萃取馏分逐渐变重。     

Fluorescence-quenching of Tryptophan Ion-18-crown-6 Complex——A Different Observation from Its Neutral Counterpart

Two new bromoindoles from red alga Laurencia similis

Two new bromoindole alkaloids have been isolated from the ethanolic extract of the red alga Laurencia similis.On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods(including 1D and 2D NMR technique),their structures have been elucidated as 2,2′,5,5′,6,6′-sixibromo -3,3′-bi-1H-indole and 3,5-dibromo-1-methylindole,respectively.
