CdSe纳米线阵列的制备及其表征(英)

通过在含有SeSO₃^2-和Cd²⁺的室温水溶液中，用模板-电沉积法在纳米孔阵列阳极氧化铝膜(AAM)模板中制备了高有序性的CdSe纳米线阵列，并对其形貌、结构和组分进行了表征。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果表明，纳米线阵列中的CdSe纳米线具有相同的长度和直径，分别对应于使用的AAM模板的厚度和孔径；X-射线衍射(XRD)和X-射线能谱(EDAX)结果表明，CdSe纳米线中Cd和Se的化学组成非常接近于1∶1，其结构为立方CdSe。另外，对模板-电沉积法制备CdSe纳米线的机理进行了讨论。     

Preparation of Micron-size Functional Fluorescent Microspheres

As a kind of special functional microspheres, fluorescent polymer microspheres could be used in cell label and separation, blood flow assay, flow cytometer marking, chemical reaction assay,and in analyst of the transform and diffusion of particles in soil 1. However, one of the most important applications of fluorescent microspheres is in the high-throughput screening of drugs (HTS) 2. Through affinity interaction, radioactive ligands (latent drugs) are bound to fluorescent microspheres covered by receptor, and luminescence is produced by radioactivity, so ligands can be assayed and screened.In this study, we developed a technique for preparing micron-size fluorescent microspheres with different functional groups. The methods included the synthesis of micron-size polystyrene microspheres through the dispersion polymerization of styrene in different media such as ethanol,ethanol-water, and isopropanol; the functional polystyrene microspheres were prepared by introduction of functional monomers into the reaction system of styrene; the functional fluorescent microspheres were obtained by the way of dying functional microspheres in the fluorescent material's ethanol solvent.The average diameter of microspheres was in the range of 1～10 μm, and the distribution was normal distribution. The functional groups included -OH, -CHO, -COOH, -CONH2, and SO3H. The absorbing spectrum and exciting spectrum were tested, the results showed that the maximal absorbance of fluorescent microsphere was near 306.5 nm, and its maximal excitation was near 362 nm. The excitation spectrum of fluorescent material (DPO) and fluorescent microspheres were shown in figure 1, and it indicated that the developed fluorescent microspheres showed the same excitation behavior like DPO, which related to the fluorescent microspheres had stable luminescence property.     

胶束溶液中高氯酸二水(四胺)合钴(Ⅲ)配合物催化磷酸二酯水解的研究

本文合成了疏水性高氯酸二水（四胺）合钴（Ⅲ）配合物，研究了它与非离子表面活性剂Brij35形成的金属2胶束催化二（对硝基苯酚）磷酸二酯水解的动力学及其机理。结果表明此金属胶束对磷酸二酯水解的速率大约提高10^4倍，这主要是由于表面活性剂胶束的pH效应和浓聚效应所致，暗示着顺式二水类配合物形成的金属胶束是一个潜在的磷酸二酯水解剪切的催化剂。     

4-[2-(4,6-二甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄胺基]苯甲酸正丙酯的合成和晶体结构

2-甲砜基-4,6二甲氧基嘧啶和N-(4-丙氧羰基苯基)-2-羟基苄胺在四氢呋喃溶液中反应, 生成标题化合物4-[2-(4,6-二甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄胺基]苯甲酸正丙酯,并测定了其晶体结构。该化合物分子式为C23H25N3O5,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P2/n,晶胞参数为a = 14.8504(8),b = 9.4420(4),c = 16.3129(9) 牛 = 104.881(1)埃琕 = 2210.6(2) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.272 g/cm3,F(000) = 896.00,(MoK? = 0.91 cm-1,R = 0.051,wR = 0.118,获得19761衍射数据,其中独立衍射点5004个。经元素分析、IR、MS和HNMR等对化合物的结构进行了表征。在分子结构中,各有3个不同的共轭平面。嘧啶环和苯环(C(7) C(12)),及苯环(C(14) C(19))的夹角分别为99.18 , 164.15埃?个苯环之间的夹角为94.93啊;衔锍世啻焦瓜蟆?

α－芳甲酰基烯酮二硫缩醛的新合成方法

以碳酸钾为碱，芳甲酰丙酮（１）与二硫化碳、卤代烃反应得到２－乙酰基－２－芳甲酰基烯酮硫代缩醛（２），２在乙硫醇钾作用下脱乙酰基生成标题化合物（３）。１→３的转化具有反应条件温和、产物产率高及对３中各种缩醛基均可通用等特点。     

三硝基苯磺酸离子选择电极的制备和应用

三硝基苯磺酸是氨基酸分析常用试剂,在水溶液中它是稳定的一价阴离子。Sarantonis曾研制液膜型三硝基苯磺酸离子选择电极,间接测定氨基酸的浓度,其电极的线性响应范围为1.1×10~(-1)～5.1×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)。     

SILICA-BOUND CROWN ETHERS PLATINUM COMPLEX AS HYDROSILYLATION CATALYST

Silica-bound 15-Crown-5, 18-Crown-6 with a spacer of propyloxymethyl and their platinum complexes have been synthesized. It was found that they were efficient catalysts for the hydrosilylation of olefms with triethoxysilane in the temperature range of 60 to 130 ℃.     

三维有序大孔杂化材料SiW11O39^8——SiO2和γ—SiW10O36^8——SiO2的制备与表征

通过溶胶 -凝胶和聚苯乙烯模板等方法制备了含缺位 Keggin阴离子 Si W1 1 O8- 3 9和 γ-Si W1 0 O8- 3 6的三维有序大孔杂化氧化硅复合材料 ,并通过紫外漫反射光谱 ( UV/ DRS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱 ( FTIR)、固体核磁共振波谱 ( MAS NMR)等手段对其结构进行了表征 .结果表明 ,杂化材料中的 Keggin阴离子仍保留其基本骨架结构 ,但其与氧化硅基体之间存在化学作用 .杂化材料的孔道结构用扫描和透射电子显微镜 ( SEM和TEM)进行表征 ,其平均孔径为 ( 335± 5 0 ) nm.对杂化材料孔壁的微孔性通过氮气吸附进行了测定 .此类材料对水溶液中羟基丁二酸的降解反应具有活性 ,光催化过程中未发现 Keggin阴离子自载体中脱落的现象 .     

Interaction Between HMG Proteins (1+2) and the Negative Regulatory Region 1(NCR1) in the 5''''-flanking Sequence of the Human β-globin Gene

The pattern of high mobility group proteins 1 and 2 (HMG1,2) interaction with the 5'-flanking sequence of the human β-globin gene has been analyzed by scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM). A 200 bp negative regulatory region in the 5'-flanking sequence of the human β-globin gene can be folded by HMG proteins 1 and 2 into a circular structure (diameter 70±6) with a linear tail which seems to be a left-handed double helix structure.
