This note discusses the possibility of fair gain sharing in cooperative situations where players optimally partition themselves across a number of alternative channels. An example is group purchasing among a set of buyers facing with a range of suppliers. We introduce channel selection games as a new class of cooperative games and give a representation of their cores. With two channels (suppliers), the game has a non-empty core if the gain functions across every individual channel is supermodular.  相似文献

The conductivity of glasses in the 50\textP\text2 \textO\text5 - x\textV\text2 \textO\text5 - ( 50 - x )\textLi\text2 \textO50{\text{P}}_{\text{2}} {\text{O}}_{\text{5}} - x{\text{V}}_{\text{2}} {\text{O}}_{\text{5}} - \left( {50 - x} \right){\text{Li}}_{\text{2}} {\text{O}} system was studied as a function of temperature and composition. For all compositions, the conductivity variation as a function of temperature followed an Arrhenius type relationship. Isothermal variation of conductivity as a function of composition showed a minimum for a molar ratio x near 20. Probable mechanisms for decrease of conductivity with decrease of vanadium oxide concentration were explained. The minimum in room temperature was attributed to increase of V4+/V5+ with decrease of vanadium oxide in specific concentrations of vanadium oxide. Activation energy increased with decrease of V2O5 content. This behavior was attributed to increase of average spacing between vanadium ions.  相似文献

In a transshipment game, supply chain agents cooperate to transship surplus products. Although the game has been well studied in the OR literature, the fundamental question whether the agents can afford cooperation costs to set up and maintain the game in the first place has not been addressed thus far. This paper addresses this question for the cooperative transshipment games with identical agents having normally distributed independent demands. We provide characterization of equal allocations which are in the core of symmetric games, and prove that not all transshipment games are convex. In particular, we prove that though individual allocations grow with the coalition size, the growth diminishes according to two rules of diminishing individual allocations. These results are the basis for studying the games with cooperation costs. We model the cooperation costs by the cooperation network topology and the cooperation cost per network link. We consider two network topologies, the clique and the hub, and prove bounds for the cost per link that render coalitions stable. These bounds always limit coalition size for cliques. However, the opposite is shown for hubs, namely newsvendors can afford cooperation costs only if their coalition is sufficiently large.  相似文献

The main aim of this article is to present some new exact solutions of the resonant nonlinear Schrödinger equation. These solutions are derived by using the generated exponential rational function method (GERFM). The kink‐type, bright, dark, and singular soliton solutions are reported, and several numerical simulations are also included. The calculations are carried out by Maple software. All of the solutions that are derived in this paper are believed to be new and have presumably not been reported in earlier publications.  相似文献

A three‐factor mixture design and response surface methodology were employed to find the optimal weight ratio of graphite powder, n‐dodecylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate and paraffin for the fabrication of a copper hexacyanoferrate modified carbon ionic liquid paste electrode (CuHCFe‐CILPE). The fabricated sensor showed electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation and reduction of hydrogen peroxide. It also was observed that the electrocatalytic activity for hydrogen peroxide oxidation was much higher than the electrocatalytic activity for hydrogen peroxide reduction. Glucose oxidase was then successfully immobilized on the surface of the proposed sensor to examine the possibility of using CuHCFe‐CILPE for the biosensor fabrication.  相似文献

At room temperature, ZrOCl2·8H2O on montmorillonite K10 efficiently catalyzes conjugate addition of amines to a variety of conjugated alkenes such as α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, carboxylic esters, nitriles and amides under solvent-free conditions. A flow injection system coupled with two simple and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) methods is described for the determination of some phenolic compounds. The methods are based on the inhibition effects of the investigated phenols on the CL signal intensities of N-chlorosuccinimide-KI-luminol (NCS-KI-luminol) and NCS-luminol systems. The influences of the chemical and hydrodynamic parameters on the decrease in CL signal intensities of NCS-KI-luminol and NCS-luminol systems for hydroquinone, catechol, and resorcinol, serving as the model compounds of analyte, were studied in the flow injection mode of analysis. Under the selected conditions, the proposed CL systems were used for the determination of some phenolic compound and analytical characteristics of the systems including calibration equation, correlation coefficient, linear dynamic range, limit of detection, and sample throughput. The limits of detection for hydroquinone, catechol, and resorcinol were 0.002, 0.01, and 0.3 μM using the NCS-KI-luminol system; for the NCS-luminol system these were 0.01, 0.17, and 1.6 μM, respectively. The relative standard deviation for 10 repeated measurements of 0.04, 0.06, and 1 μM of hydroquinone, catechol, and resorcinol were 1.9, 1.4, and 2.0%, respectively, with the NCS-KI-luminol system; for 0.2, 0.5, and 4 μM of hydroquinone, catechol, and resorcinol these were 2.6, 2.2, and 3.7%, respectively, using the NCS-luminol system. The method was applied to the determination of catechol in known environmental water samples with a relative error of less than 6%. A possible reaction mechanism of the proposed CL system is discussed briefly.   相似文献

A new mononuclear mixed-ligand complex of Ni(II) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as [Ni(4-Cl-pydc)(apym)(H2O)2], where 4-Cl-pydc and apym are 4-chloropyridine-26-dicarboxylate and 2-aminopyrimidine, respectively. Spectroscopic studies such as FT-IR, UV-vis, 1H-NMR, and thermal analysis (TGA/DTA) were carried out. The fluorescence properties were studied in solvents with different dipole moments. Antimicrobial activities of 4-chloropyridine-26-dicarboxylic acid (1), 2-aminopyrimidine (2), complex (3), and nickel(II) nitrate hexahydrate (4) were investigated by disk diffusion and broth microdilution methods against three Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus epidermidis and three Gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, S. marcescens; also antifungal effect was evaluated on Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae in vitro. The highest antibacterial activity of complex was observed nearly equal to gentamicin as a standard drug toward S. epidermids with IZD of 18 mm. The in vitro antiproliferative activity of 1–4 on H1299 (a human non-small cell lung carcinoma), HepG2 (a human liver hepatocellular carcinoma), and β-TC3 (a mouse beta pancreatic) cell lines was evaluated by MTT (3-(45-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-25-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide) assay and, effect of complex on depolarization of mitochondrial membrane (MMP) of all three cell lines was measured by rhodamine 123. The highest cytotoxic effect of complex was exhibited toward H1299 cell line with IC50 value equal to 10 μM.  相似文献

In this study, magnetically nanoparticles of CuFe2O4@SiO2@PTMS@Tu@Ni(II) as novel and reusable catalyst were prepared. Synthesis of the Ni (II)‐nanocatalyst was carried out through the complexation of Ni(OAc)2·4H2O with the immobilized thiourea on silica‐layered CuFe2O4. The prepared nanocomposite system was then characterized using SEM, EDX, XRD, VSM, ICP‐OES, Raman, UV–Vis and FT‐IR analyses. Catalytic activity of the Ni(II)‐CuFe2O4 system was investigated towards rapid reduction of aromatic nitro compounds to arylamines with sodium borohydride as well as one‐pot reductive‐acetylation of nitroarenes to acetanilides with NaBH4/Ac2O system without the isolation of intermediate arylamines. All reactions were carried out in H2O within 3–7 min to afford the products arylamines/acetanilides in high to excellent yields. Reusability of the Ni(II)‐nanocatalyst was examined for seven consecutive cycles without the significant loss of the catalytic activity.  相似文献
