5‐Chloroethylpyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines were synthesized by condensation of 5‐aminopyrazoles with α‐acetyl γ‐butyrolactone followed by cyclization treating with phosphorous oxychloride. 5‐Chloroethyl‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridines, thus obtained, were then converted to the corresponded tricyclic pyrazolo[3,4‐b]‐pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyridines by treating with some primary amines.  相似文献

A solution-based approach to the synthesis of silver (Ag) nanoparticles by chemical reduction of AgNO(3) in a graphene oxide (GrO) suspension is demonstrated. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy indicate that the Ag nanoparticles, of size range 5-25nm, were decorated on the GrO sheets. The size and shape of the Ag nanoparticles are dependent on the concentration of the AgNO(3) solution. Antimicrobial activity of such hybrids materials is investigated against the Gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli and Pseudomonous aeruginosa. The bacterial growth kinetics was monitored in nutrient broth supplemented with the Ag nanoparticle-GrO suspension at different conditions. It was observed that P. aeruginosa is comparatively more sensitive to the Ag nanoparticle-GrO suspension.  相似文献

Pentacyclic triterpenoids α- and β-amyrin possess a wide range of biological and pharmacological activities. High structural similarity between these two structural isomers makes their chromatographic separation an ineffective and tedious choice. In this study, Candida rugosa lipase catalyzed separation protocol for the isolation of individual isomers has been developed. In the presence of vinyl acetate as the acyl donor, Candida rugosa lipase carried out acetylation of β-amyrin more efficiently as compared to α-amyrin leading to a kinetic separation. The conditions of transesterification reaction were optimized systematically, which was utilized to separate α- and β-amyrin from a mixture obtained from the latex of Plumeria obtusa.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of positron annihilation characteristics, 3 andI 3, has been studied on sample of poly(butadiene), poly(isobutylene) and poly(chloroprene). The temperature range was between 15 and 470 K. The rate of expansion of holes or free-volume in all samples was deduced belowT g as well aboveT g as appr. 3·10–3 K–1 and 2·10–2 K–1, respectively. These values are very close to the rate of the mean squared displacement of scatterer<r 2>observed in neutron scattering experiments. A possibility to use an inverse value of free-volume,V f –1 for study of viscoelastic state of polymers is demonstrated.  相似文献

The paper focuses on the utility of 2‐pyrazoline‐5‐ones and 2‐pyrazoline‐5‐thiones as active Michael donors for the synthesis of novel spirocyclohexanone derivatives. We apply a finite element analysis to examine the stability of spherical, thick-walled domes undergoing large deformation. We identify three energetic states, mono-stable, bi-stable, and pseudo-bi-stable that uniquely characterize the behavior of the dome during deformation. An empirical relation is developed using finite element simulations relating the stability of the dome to pertinent geometric parameters like height, length and thickness, which is verified experimentally. Using this relation, similar domes can be designed to have desired stability characteristics.  相似文献
