大豆中二硝基苯胺类除草剂多残留的气相色谱法定量检测及质谱确证

建立以凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)和固相萃取法(SPE)及气相色谱法(GC)联用技术测定大豆中10种二硝基苯胺类除草剂(氟乐灵、乙氟灵、环丙氟、氯乙氟灵、仲丁灵、异乐灵、二甲戊乐灵、二硝胺、氨基丙氟灵和磺乐灵)多残留检测方法.目标农药经正己烷饱和的乙腈提取,凝胶渗透色谱除去大豆中大部分油脂及色素,再经Florisil柱净化和富集,依次用6 mL二氯甲烷和6 mL二氯甲烷+丙酮(99+1)洗脱.目标农药采用电子捕获检测(GC/ECD),外标法定量,并经质谱(MS)确证.两个添加水平重复6次,回收率分别为74%～105%和59%～105%;相对标准偏差＜20%;检出限为1.8～7.6 μg/kg;定量限为6～38 μg/kg.     

Effect of Deposition in Deep-Bed Filtration: Determination and Search of Rate Parameters

Particle deposition in deep-bed filters (porous media) is, by nature, an unsteady-state process and the extent of deposition plays an important role in determining filter performance. A general method of establishing the relationship between deposition rate and the extent of deposition from effluent concentration history of filters is presented. Study of the Complexation Behavior of Calixarene with Transition Metal Cations by UV—vis and Fluorescent Spectra

A new fluorescent compound based on calix[4] arene skeleton was synthesized.Its complexation ability with transition metal ions,such as Fe^3 ,Co^2 ,Ni^2 ,Cu^2 ,Zn^2 and Ag^ ,Was investigated by UV-vis and fluorescent spectra.

植物胞外钙调素与拮抗剂W7-Agarose结合作用的荧光光谱法研究

W 7-agarose是常用的细胞外CaM功能的拮抗剂,本实验采用荧光光谱法研究了水溶液中钙调素拮抗剂W 7-agarose与植物胞外钙调素的相互结合反应。W 7-agarose是一种将W 7-共价连接到颗粒型agarose(琼脂糖)的粒子。W 7-agarose颗粒较大且容易沉淀,静置5m in后,溶液中的荧光强度完全由游离的CaM产生。在溶液中加入W 7-agarose后,溶液中一部分CaM与其结合后沉降至荧光比色皿底部,导致溶液中CaM的荧光强度下降。由此可以确定溶液中游离CaM的浓度。根据公式lg{[Q]t(F0-F)/F0}=nlg{[Q]tF/F0} lgnK[B]t,从而计算出配位体系的结合常数和配比。研究表明:二者以摩尔比1∶1结合,其平衡常数为4.9×105。由此进一步计算了W 7-agarose对胞外钙调素的拮抗率,在拮抗剂W 7-agarose浓度达到15~20μmol/L时,拮抗率可达到90%以上,与文献报道的生物学体内实验结果一致,从分子水平上解释了W 7-agarose与CaM的结合作用。     

Mixed ligand system of cysteine and thioglycolic acid assisting in the synthesis of highly luminescent water-soluble CdTe nanorods

Highly luminescent water-soluble CdTe nanorods were prepared with the assistance of the mixed ligand system of cysteine and thioglycolic acid; the aspect ratio and photoluminescence of the CdTe nanorods could be controlled by the refluxing time.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Orange-emitting Iridium（Ⅲ） Complexes with Diphenylquinoline Ligands Containing Fluorinated Substituent

Three new cyclometalated iridium（m） complexes based on ligands of diphenylquinoline with fluorinated subsfituents were prepared, and characterized by elemental analysis （EA）, ^1H NMR, and mass spectroscopy （MS）. The photophysical and electrophosphorescent properties of the complexes were briefly discussed.     

磁共振方法研究12-钨磷酸水合物中水分子的运动状态

本文使用以Cu(Ⅱ)为顺磁探针的ESR以及宽谱线~1H-NMR等磁共振方法,研究了12-钨磷酸水合物中水分子的运动状态,结果表明水合水的活动性不仅取决于温度,而且还与12-钨磷酸水合物中的含水量有关。     

有机硅耐磨透明涂层的固化分析

ＦＴＩＲ、ＴＧ、ＴＢＡ等对有机硅耐磨涂料（有机硅溶胶）的热固化过程研究表明有机硅胶体中缔合羟基间的脱水缩合速率很高；羟基脱水程度与固化温度有关，温度越高，达平衡时羟基的浓度越低，在１０５～１３０℃间羟基的浓度变化最大，加入适当的固化剂，对羟基的脱水交联有促进作用，在较高的固化温度下，反应体系中出现了环氧环异构化产生的酮羰基的吸收峰
