A nickel(II) Schiff base complex immobilized on multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) surface as a highly efficient heterogeneous catalyst was synthesized and characterized by IR, X-ray diffraction patterns, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma, elemental analysis, and thermal gravimetric analysis. Then a facile and environmentally benign procedure was developed for synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives via Hantzsch one-pot condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 1,3-diones, ethyl acetoacetate, and ammonium acetate in the presence of above synthesized catalyst under solvent-free conditions. This protocol has the advantages of stability, easy availability, recyclability and eco-friendly nature of catalyst, simple experimental and work-up procedure, and also high to excellent yields. Considering the solvent-free condition and also temperature, time, and yield of the model reaction, the nanocatalyst reported here is among the best catalysts reported so far for synthesis of polyhydroquinolines. 相似文献

Two new triterpene glycosides, 1 and 2 , together with three known ones, were isolated from roots of Acanthophyllum laxiusculum Schiman ‐Czeika . Abstract We study the problem of optimal control of a jump diffusion, that is, a process which is the solution of a stochastic differential equation driven by Lévy processes. It is required that the control process is adapted to a given subfiltration of the filtration generated by the underlying Lévy processes. We prove two maximum principles (one sufficient and one necessary) for this type of partial information control. The interaction of the myelin basic protein (MBP) from the bovine central nervous system with divalent magnesium ion was studied
by isothermal titration calorimetry at 27 °C in aqueous solution. A simple rapid method for determination of the dissociation
binding constants for Mg2+-MBP interaction was introduced using the isothermal titration calometric data. The binding isotherm for Mg2+-MBP interaction is easily obtained by carrying out a titration calorimetric experiment using only one set of concentrations
of MBP. There are two identical independent intrinsic association constants equal to 0.021 μmol⋅L−1 in the first- and second-binding sites, respectively. 相似文献

The interaction of myelin basic protein (MBP) from the bovine central nervous system with divalent calcium ion was studied
by isothermal titration calorimetry at 27 °C in aqueous solution. The extended solvation model was used to reproduce the enthalpies
of Ca2+-MBP interaction over the whole range of Ca2+ concentrations. The solvation parameters recovered from the solvation model were attributed to the structural change of MBP
due to the metal ion interaction. It was found that there is a set of two identical and non-interacting binding sites for
Ca2+ ions. The association equilibrium constant is 0.021 μmol⋅dm−3. The molar enthalpy of binding is ΔH=−15.10 kJ⋅mol−1. 相似文献

Triphenyl(propyl‐3‐sulfonyl)phosphoniumtrifluoromethanesulfonate {[TPPSP]OTf} as a reusable, green and benign ionic liquid catalyst has been used in the Hantzsch four‐component (synthesis of polyhydroquinolines) and three‐component (synthesis of acridines) condensation reactions of 1,3‐diones, β‐ketoesters, aldehydes, ammonium acetate and aniline derivatives in the presence of 0.5 mol% of {[TPPSP]OTf} at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. The new ionic liquid catalyst was fully characterized using infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR, 19F NMR and mass spectroscopies, and thermogravimetric and derivative thermogravimetric analyses. Additionally, the recovered catalyst can be recycled at least five times in subsequent reactions without significant loss in catalytic activity. The new synthesis technique presented offers numerous advantages of safety, mild conditions, simplicity, short reaction time, high yields and easy workup compared to the traditional synthesis method. Semicarbazide functionalized with chlorosulfonic acid on the surface of silica‐coated magnetic nanoparticles, {Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3Semicarbazide‐SO3H/HCl}, as a novel magnetic Brønsted acid catalyst according to the aims of green chemistry was synthesized and fully characterized using Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron, transmission electron and atomic force microscopies and thermogravimetric analysis. The capability and excellent activity of this nanoparticle catalyst were exhibited in the synthesis of two series of compounds with important biological activities, namely 3,3′‐(arylmethylene)bis(4‐hydroxycoumarin) and 1‐carbamato‐alkyl‐2‐naphthol derivatives, under mild, green and solvent‐free conditions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study of the synthesis and application of {Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3Semicarbazide‐SO3H/HCl} as Brønsted acid solid magnetic nanoparticles. Consequently the present study can open up a novel and promising intuition in the sequence of logical design, synthesis and applications of task‐specific Brønsted acid magnetic nanoparticle catalyst with favourable properties as a full‐fledged efficient material for sustainable approaches.
