采用旋转平移块方法对Ca2+/豆蔻酰基开关进行了正则模式分析(NMA). 研究结果表明, 恢复蛋白(Recoverin)的T态的N-末端与C-末端易于发生刚体逆向旋转, 一旦结合Ca2+, 很容易发生构象变化, 形成具有双向构象转变特征的I态. I态是一个中间结构, 既可以发生构象回转到T态, 又可以继续相对旋转到R态, 使豆蔻酰基完全暴露, 从而行使其信号传导生物功能. 从低频振动模式分析可以看出, 恢复蛋白具有构象转变这一本质属性. 相似文献

Treatments of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic dithioether ligands, 1,2-bis(4-(pyridin-3-yl) pyrimidin-2-ylthio) ethane (L1) and 1,3-bis (4-(pyridin-3-yl) pyrimidin-2-ylthio) propane (L2), with zinc or cadmium salts have resulted in the interesting frameworks with structural motifs from a mononuclear macrocycle or a dinuclear macrocycle to an one-dimensional structure. A small difference of the alkyl length between L1 and L2 led to conspicuous changes of the fluorescent properties of both ligands and their complexes. Mainly due to the size of metal atoms, structures of [ZnL2I2] (1) and [CdL2I2] (2) are varied from a mononuclear macrocycle to a 1D framework, while {[ZnL2(H2O)4](ClO4)2}2 (3) and {[CdL2(H2O)4](ClO4)2}2 (4) are dinuclear macrocycles in which perchlorate anions may play an important template role. As for complexes 5–8 ([ZnL1I2]n (5), [CdL1I2]n (6), {{[ZnL12(H2O)4](ClO4)2}0.5 · L10.5 · CH3OH} (7), {{[Cd0.5L1(H2O)2](ClO4)}2 · CH3OH · L1} (8)), the self-assemble processes were mainly directed by the organic ligand in the reactions of L1 with metal salts. We study the entanglement dynamics between two strongly-AC-driven superconducting charge qubits coupled collectively to a zero temperature, dissipative resonator and find an unusual feather that the competing of creation and annihilation of entanglement can lead to entanglement increasing, sudden death and revival. We investigate the entanglement dynamics of a quantum system consisting of three superconducting charge qubits (SCQs) interacting with a microwave field. For separable and entangled states of the SCQs, the evolutions are studied under various photon numbers of cavity field. The results show that the amplitude and period of the bipartite entanglement square concurrences can be controlled by the choice of initial states of SCQs and photon numberof cavity field, respectively. The charged Dirac oscillator on a noncommutative plane coupling to a uniform perpendicular magnetic field is studied in this paper. We map the noncommutative plane to a commutative one by means of Bopp shift and study this problem on the commutative plane. We find that this model can be mapped onto a quantum optics model which contains Anti-Jaynes-Cummings (AJC) or Jaynes-Cummings (JC) interactions when a dimensionless parameter ζ (which is the function of the intensity of the magnetic field) takes values in different regimes. Furthermore, this model behaves as experiencing a chirality quantum phase transition when the dimensionless parameter ζ approaches the critical point. Several evidences of the chirality quantum phase transition are presented. We also study the non-relativistic limit of this model and find that a similar chirality quantum phase transition takes place in its non-relativistic limit. 相似文献

A design is proposed for scalable solid-state quantum computing, which is based on collectively enhanced magnetic coupling between nitrogen-vacancy center ensembles and superconducting transmission line resonators interconnected by current-biased Josephson junction superconducting phase qubit. In this hybrid system, we realize distant multi-qubit controlled phase gate operations and generate distant multi-qubit entangled W-like states, being indispensable resource to quantum computation. Our proposed architecture consists of solid-state spin ensembles and circuit QED, and could achieve quantum computing in a solid-state environment with high-fidelity and scalable way.
