新型N-取代苯基-9-烷基-3-咔唑磺酰脲类化合物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性

以9-烷基咔唑为原料,经磺化、氯化和氨化反应制得9-烷基咔唑-3-磺酰胺(4a和4o);取代苯胺与三光气反应制得取代苯基异氰酸酯(6a~6n,6s,6Ⅳ);4分别与6经缩合反应合成了30个新型的N-取代苯基-9-烷基-3-咔唑磺酰脲类化合物(7a~7Ⅳ),其结构经1H NMR,IR和ESI-MS表征。对7进行了Cdc25B抑制活性筛选。结果表明,在用药浓度为20μg·m L-1时,其中12个化合物对Cdc25B具有良好的抑制活性,抑制率大于90%。     

Af+AB星型聚合体系的统计热力学

应用统计力学和热力学原理研究了 A_f+AB星型聚合体系的性质. 首先从两种不同的角度给出了与聚合反应相应的配分函数, 并据此得到反应体系的平衡自由能、质量作用定律及数量分布函数, 进而得到了体系的平衡状态方程和比热. 在此基础上, 以反应体系的回转半径为例研究了溶剂效应对星型高分子空间尺度的影响.     

Translocation of Biopolymer Chain Through a Nanopore: Coil--Helix Transition

The translocation dynamics of a single biopolymer chain through a nanopore in a membrane is investigated by taking the coil-helix transition into account. Based on the changing of the free energy due to the coil-helix transition, the mean first passage time T is obtained, and then the corresponding numerical simulations are presented under different conditions. It is shown that the coil--helix transition can significantly shorten the translocation time of the biopolymer chain. In addition, we also discuss the scaling behaviour for T with the chain length N and some related problems.     

Chaos in an Ar+ Composite Resonator Laser Using KNSBN;Cu Crystal Self-Pumped Phase-Conjugator

Observation of the dynamics in a single-mode Ar⁺ composite resonator laser using KNSBN;Cu crystal self-pumped phase-conjugator is reported. The sequence of instabilities occurring on gain change corresponds to the transition the chaos of the logistic equation. Period-doubling route to chaos, and period-5, -3,-3×2, and -2 together with -3 windows in the chaotic range were observed. The strange attractor which is similar to that of the forced Duffing equation is obtained by reconstructing phase-space pictures of the system.     

New Preparation Methodology of Functionalized Picolines

Under the organomagnesium complex n‐Bu₂CH₃MgLi conditions, picoline compounds provide a new entry to a broad range of polyfunctional picoline derivatives, after reaction with various electrophiles.     

横向磁场导致CO2激光器混沌运转及其奇异吸引子的观测

在外加磁场的情况下,对单模均匀展宽CO₂激光器进行了实验研究。改变磁场的大小,观察到了自脉动和混沌现象,同时还获得了该系统的奇异吸引子,并对其物理机制进行了探讨。     

脉冲电流作用下LY12铝合金的微观结构和合金元素分布

研究了在凝固过程中施加脉冲电流对LY12铝合金微观结构和合金元素分布的影响.实验结果表明,在脉冲电流作用下,LY12合金的微观结构发生了明显变化,聚集在晶界和枝晶网的共晶组织大大减少,网络变得不连续,在晶内和晶界附近存在弥散的近似球状的共晶质点.另外,脉冲电流能有效地改善合金中Cu和Mg的成分偏析,其中对Cu在Al合金中的负偏析现象的改善更为显著,使Cu较均匀地分布于整个试样. 关键词： LY12铝合金 脉冲电流 显微结构 偏析     

一维新型阶梯函数光子晶体透射特性

研究了阶梯型折射率n₂₂、n₁₁(阶梯分布高度)的大小、对应的分布厚度、不同入射角以及缺陷模对阶梯函数型光子晶体透射特性的影响.由费马原理给出光在函数光子晶体中的运动方程,再由电磁传播理论给出函数光子晶体的传输矩阵,进一步推导出函数光子晶体的透射率以及电场分布的表达式.研究表明,1)随n₂₂,n₁₁大小或者厚度改变,其禁带变宽;2)随光的入射角增加,其禁带变窄;3)当加入缺陷层时,随着缺陷层介质折射率增加,缺陷模强度减小且位置发生红移;4)在函数光子晶体中,缺陷层前电场分布保持不变,而在缺陷层处以及之后的电场强度都明显增强,这不同于常规光子晶体的电场分布仅在缺陷层处局域增强.
