The N-allyl-N-cinnamyl amide 10 undergoes thermal cyclization to a 2:1-mixture of the trans- and cis-benz(f)isoindolines 11a and 12a . By comparison, the thermolysis of the corresponding bis-cinnamylamide 14 proceeds in a highly stereoselective manner to give the cis-fused[4+2]-adduct 16a . Similarly, the trans-fused stereoisomeric adducts 30a and 31a were obtained with high stereochemical control on heating the N-allyl-N-diphenylallyl amide 28 . The thermal transformations 4 → 5 + 6a and 17 → 18a + 20a show the competitive formation of [2+2]-adducts. An alternative approach to (substituted) benz[f]isoindolines 16 via the all-cis-isomer 24a has been developed. The described structures have been assigned on the basis of spectral evidence, chemical correlations and by X-ray-diffraction study of the isomer 16b . These results illustrate the utility of substituent interactions in order to direct intramolecular cyclo-additions at will towards either endo- or exo-products. 相似文献

Analysis of high-resolution NMR spectra elucidation has been known for many years. Hard-and software development now permits
the implementation of such programs on personal computers. The structural information hidden in complex proton NMR spectra
becomes easily accessible by using graphical user interfaces and direct data exchange between programs. A new mode has been
implemented in 1D WIN-NMR to support the analysis of multiplet patterns with first order rules. Structure display, direct
export mechanisms to the simulation program WIN-DAISY, and an archiving possibility complete the state-of-the-art data analysis.
Some practical examples are given.

The rotational motions of 1-naphthylamine in propylene glycol are investigated by means of steady-state flourescence polarization measurements and differential polarized phase flourometry, on excitation at various wavelengths. For excitation at 370 nm the average rotational rate is faster than for excitation at shorter wavelength and the rotations are clearly anisotropic. On excitation from 370nm to the red edge of the spectrum (390 nm) the average rotational rate slows down by a factor of two and the rotations become nearly isotropic. The results reveal the possible existence of an excited state generated preferentially by excitation at the edge of the absorption, in which the transition moments in both absorption and emission are prependicular to the plane of the aromatic rings. 相似文献

We report the vibrationally resolved photoelectron spectrum of phenanthrene obtained by two photon ionization via theS 2 electronic state. The experiments were performed with picosecond laser pulses with a bandwidth sufficiently large to span a significant fraction of the intermediate resonance state. Therefore the photoelectron spectrum is dominated by signal corresponding to the unrelaxed intermediate resonance, in spite of this state's 420 fs lifetime. 相似文献

Na2 is excited (B1Πu←X1Σ g + ) in the presence of noble gases (20–700 Torr). The Na2 fluorescence decay shows two lifetimes: a short component which corresponds to the well known lifetime of Na2 in the B1Πu state [1], and a long component with a lifetime of about 0,1 μs which depends strongly on the noble gas density [2]. The development of the future French and European bioeconomies will involve developing new green chemical processes in which catalytic transformations are key. The VAALBIO team (valorization of alkanes and biomass) of the UCCS laboratory (Unité de Catalyse et Chimie du Solide) are working on various catalytic processes, either developing new catalysts and/or designing the whole catalytic processes. Our research is focused on both the fundamental and applied aspects of the processes. Through this review paper, we demonstrate the main topics developed by our team focusing mostly on oxygen- and hydrogen-related processes as well as on green hydrogen production and hybrid catalysis. Albumin is one of the major components of synovial fluid. Due to its negative surface charge, it plays an essential role in many physiological processes, including the ability to form molecular complexes. In addition, glycosaminoglycans such as hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate are crucial components of synovial fluid involved in the boundary lubrication regime. This study presents the influence of Na, Mg and Ca ions on human serum albumin–hyaluronan/chondroitin-6-sulfate interactions examined using molecular docking followed by molecular dynamics simulations. We analyze chosen glycosaminoglycans binding by employing a conformational entropy approach. In addition, several protein–polymer complexes have been studied to check how the binding site and presence of ions influence affinity. The presence of divalent cations contributes to the decrease of conformational entropy near carboxyl and sulfate groups. This observation can indicate the higher affinity between glycosaminoglycans and albumin. Moreover, domains IIIA and IIIB of albumin have the highest affinity as those are two domains that show a positive net charge that allows for binding with negatively charged glycosaminoglycans. Finally, in discussion, we suggest some research path to find particular features that would carry information about the dynamics of the particular type of polymers or ions. 相似文献
