Eight new molybdenum(VI) complexes with 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazones have been prepared. They were characterized as mononuclear [MoO2LD] or dinuclear [{MoO2L}2D] complexes. In all the compounds the MoO22+ core is coordinated by a tridentate ONS thiosemicarbazonato ligand and by the N-donor molecule (imidazole, pyridine or γ-picoline). All the complexes were characterized by chemical analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. Three of the mononuclear complexes, dioxo[(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazonato)(pyridine)]molybdenum(VI), dioxo[(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazonato)(γ-picoline)]molybdenum(VI) and dioxo[(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazonato)(imidazole)]molybdenum(VI) were also characterized by single-crystal X-ray structural analysis. A spectrophotometric method for the determination of molybdenum based on extraction of ion-pairs formed by the cationic surfactant and the [MoO(SCN)4]− anion is described. 相似文献

The readily available in gram quantities tris(allyloxy)knot of the amide-type 5 (knotane) can be completely and partially deprotected with nBu(3)SnH in the presence of a palladium catalyst resulting in hydroxyknotanes 7-9. These, in turn, react with diethylchlorophosphate giving rise to knotanes equipped with between one and three phosphoryl groups. Sulfonylation of bis(allyloxy)monohydroxyknotane 8 with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and, following removal of one or two allyl groups from the intermediate monosulfonate 13, give rise to sulfonyloxy-allyloxy-hydroxy- and sulfonyloxy-dihydroxy-knotanes 15 and 14, respectively. This provides a convenient method for the preparation of knotanes with any substitution pattern. All new knotanes have been isolated in preparative amounts and as highly pure substances with an exception of allyloxy-dihydroxyknotane 9. This compound could only be obtained as a mixture with the corresponding monohydroxy-derivative 8. The structures of all synthesized compounds were established by means of FAB and MALDI TOF mass spectrometry, (1)H and (31)P NMR spectroscopy. The triphosphorylated knotane 10 exhibits high solubility in alcohols, allowing its complete enantiomeric resolution with a commercially available chiral HPLC column. (1)H,(1)H DQF-COSY correlation spectroscopy along with H/D exchange experiments and ab initio calculations provided the first detailed (1)H NMR signal assignments of knotanes in [D(6)]DMSO solution. The combination of variable temperature (1)H and (31)P NMR spectroscopy and molecular modeling has been applied to study the conformational behavior of the new knotanes in different solvents. It has been shown that in DMSO solution at room temperature knotanes exist in a relatively rigid nonsymmetrical conformation similar to that found in the solid state while faster conformational exchange leading to the average D(3) symmetrical structure was detected in a number of other solvents. 相似文献

Six new lipodepsipeptides and an additional linear derivative named taxlllaids A–G ( 1 – 7 ) have been identified in the entomopathogenic bacterium Xenorhabdus indica. The structures of the main compounds have been solved by detailed NMR spectroscopic analysis and the structures of minor derivatives were elucidated by a combination of labelling experiments and detailed MS experiments. The absolute configuration of the taxlllaids was deduced by using the advanced Marfey method and analysis of the biosynthesis gene cluster showing the presence of epimerisation domains, which was subsequently proved to be correct by solid‐phase peptide synthesis of all taxlllaids. The exchange of a single amino acid in the adenylation domain was shown to be responsible for substrate promiscuity of the third A domain, resulting in the incorporation of leucine, phenylalanine or tyrosine. Bioactivity testing revealed the taxlllaids to be weakly active against Plasmodium falciparum and against a number of eukaryotic cell lines. 相似文献

Starting from low toxic salicyloylglycine, a new seleninic acid anhydride 7 that lacks SeN or SeO non-bonded interactions was synthesized. This compound exhibits a fourfold higher glutathione peroxidase-like (GPx-like) activity than ebselen and inhibits plant and mammalian 12/15-lipoxygenases at lower micromolar concentrations. Because of these pharmacological properties, 7 may constitute a new lead compound for the development of anti-inflammatory low-molecular-weight seleno-organic compounds. Analyzing the redox products of 7 with glutathione (GSH) and tBuOOH, we identified three potential catalytic cycles (A, B, C) of GPx-like activity that are interconnected by key metabolites. To study the relative contribution of these cycles to the catalytic activity, we prepared selected reaction intermediates and found that the activity of seleninic acid anhydride 7 and of the corresponding diselenide 11 and selenol 14 compounds were in the same range. In contrast, the GPx-like activity of monoselenide 9 was more than one order of magnitude lower. These data suggested that cycles A and B may constitute the major routes of GPx-like activity of 7, whereas cycle C may not significantly contribute to catalysis. 相似文献

Tranexamic acid (TSA) is widely used as an antiaging treatment for reducing melasma and wrinkles. There are various mechanisms for wrinkle formation, and one of them is due to damage of the mitochondria. Research on mitochondria in the skin is very limited, so we are interested to see the changes that occur after application of TSA cream. We explored the effect of TSA on mitochondrial protein levels (PGC1α, Tom20, COX IV), which had affected to skin histological structure. Thirty male, 6-week-old, Balb/C mice were divided into five groups (negative control, positive control, TSA 3%, TSA 4% and TSA 5%). After 10 days of acclimatization, four groups of mice were exposed to UVB light, of which three groups were given TSA cream for 10 weeks. The skin tissue was excised for protein and histological studies. H&E staining was performed for evaluating histological changes in epidermal thickness and dermal elastosis. TSA treatment on the mice skin increased mitochondrial marker levels and epidermal thickness while decreasing dermal elastosis for all the treatment groups. Topical application of TSA significantly increased mitochondrial biogenesis which may cause alteration in epidermal thickness and reduced dermal elastosis in the histology of mice skin. 相似文献

For the first time Am(III) complexation with a small organic ligand could be identified and characterized with time-resolved laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy (TRLFS) at room temperature and trace metal concentration. With pyromellitic acid (1,2,4,5-benzene-tetracarboxylic acid, BTC) as ligand spectroscopic characteristics for the Am-BTC complex system were determined at pH 5.0, an ionic strength of 0.1 M (NaClO4) and room temperature. The fluorescence lifetimes were determined to be 23.2±2.2 ns for Am3+(aq) and 27.2±1.2 ns for the Am-BTC 1:1 complex; the emission maximum for the 5D1-(7)F1 transition is 691 nm for both species. The complex stability constant for the Am-BTC 1:1 complex was calculated to be logβ110=5.42±0.16. 相似文献
