We present omniSpect, an open source web- and MATLAB-based software tool for both desorption electrospray ionization (DESI) and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) that performs computationally intensive functions on a remote server. These functions include converting data from a variety of file formats into a common format easily manipulated in MATLAB, transforming time-series mass spectra into mass spectrometry images based on a probe spatial raster path, and multivariate analysis. OmniSpect provides an extensible suite of tools to meet the computational requirements needed for visualizing open and proprietary format MSI data.   相似文献

Spectrofluorometric measurements have been used to elaborate the self-aggregation of mixture of anioinic, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS), and cationic gemini, alkanediyl-α, ω-bis (tetradecyldimethylammonium bromide) (14-4-14) with nonionic surfactant, polyoxyethylene 10 cetyl ether (Brij-56). The critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the binary mixtures has been investigated. Application of the regular solution theory (RST) to the experimental data yield the interaction parameter at mixed micelles (β), indicate an attractive interaction and reflect the synergistic behavior in both Brij-56/SDBS and Brij-56/14-4-14 systems. The micelle aggregation number (N agg) was measured using a steady state fluorescence quenching method. The N agg values of the mixed surfactant system were larger than those of pure components. The micropolarity of various combinations and the binding constants (K sv) were determined from the ratio of intensity of peaks (I 1/I 3) of pyrene fluorescence emission spectrum and its quenching, respectively.  相似文献

Searching for inexpensive hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrocatalysts with high activity has attracted considerable research interest in the past years. Reported herein is the topotactic fabrication of self‐supported Cu3P nanowire arrays on commercial porous copper foam (Cu3P NW/CF) from its Cu(OH)2 NW/CF precursor by a low‐temperature phosphidation reaction. Remarkably, as an integrated three‐dimensional hydrogen‐evolving cathode operating in acidic electrolytes, Cu3P NW/CF maintains its activity for at least 25 hours and exhibits an onset overpotential of 62 mV, a Tafel slope of 67 mV dec?1, and a Faradaic efficiency close to 100 %. Catalytic current density can approach 10 mA cm?2 at an overpotential of 143 mV.  相似文献

The ability to preserve noncovalent, macromolecular assemblies intact in the gas phase has paved the way for mass spectrometry to characterize ions of increasing size and become a powerful tool in the field of structural biology. Tandem mass spectrometry experiments have the potential to expand the capabilities of this technique through the gas-phase dissociation of macromolecular complexes, but collisions with small gas atoms currently provide very limited fragmentation. One alternative for dissociating large ions is to collide them into a surface, a more massive target. Here, we demonstrate the ability and benefit of fragmenting large protein complexes and inorganic salt clusters by surface-induced dissociation (SID), which provides more extensive fragmentation of these systems and shows promise as an activation method for ions of increasing size.  相似文献

The present paper reports on the first preparation of 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine nanobelts (TPTNBs) by adjusting the pH value of the solution and the subsequent synthesis of Ag nanoparticle (AgNP)-decorated TPTNBs (AgNP-TPTNBs) by mixing an aqueous AgNO(3) solution with preformed TPTNBs without use of any external reducing agent. It is found that the resultant AgNP-TPTNBs exhibit notable catalytic performance for H(2)O(2) reduction. A glucose biosensor was fabricated by immobilizing glucose oxidase (GOD) onto a AgNP-TPTNBs-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for glucose detection. The constructed glucose sensor has a wide linear response range from 3 mM to 20 mM (r: 0.999) with a detection limit of 190 μM. It is further shown that this glucose biosensor can be used for glucose detection in human blood serum.  相似文献

We investigated the antibacterial activity of some new macromolecules such as bis‐pyrazoline, bis‐pyrazole, bis‐pyrimidines prepared from the reaction of bis‐chalcone with thiosemicarbazide/phenyl hydrazine/guanidine hydrochloride/thiourea. All the macromolecules have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass and elemental analyses. The antibacterial activity of these compounds was first tested in vitro by the disc diffusion assay against two Gram‐positive and two Gram‐negative bacteria, and then the minimum inhibitory concentration was determined with the reference to standard drug chloramphenicol. The results showed that pyrazoline derivative showed better antibacterial activity on S. typhimurium and E. coli than the reference drug chloramphenicol.  相似文献

The photophysical properties such as electronic absorption, molar absorptivity, emission spectra, fluorescence quantum yield and fluorescence lifetime of N,N′-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4:9,10-perylene bis(dicarboximide) (BPPD) have been measured in different solvents. Both electronic absorption and fluorescence spectra are not sensitive to medium polarity, while the fluorescence quantum yield (?f) is solvent dependent. The ground state geometry has been computed by using density functional theory (DFT), the transition from HOMO to LUMO from perylene core with maximum absorption at 512 nm and HOMO–LUMO energy difference equal 2.53 eV. BPPD dye undergoes molecular aggregation to dimmer or higher aggregates in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). Crystalline solids of BPPD gives excimer-like emission at 676 nm. The fluorescence quenching of BPPD is also studied using hydrated ferric oxide nanoparticle (FeOOH), and the Stern–Volmer rate constants (Ksv) were calculated as 8×106 and 9.2×106 M?1 in ethanol and ethylene glycol, respectively.  相似文献

控制反应条件如表面活性剂的组成、加入量或反应时间,可以制得不同形态、相结构且具有上转换发光(UCL)的氟钪纳米晶(NCs)。改变表面活性剂油酸(OA)/油胺(OM)的比例有利于晶体结构从立方相ScF_3∶Yb,Er转变为具有上转换发光性能增强的正交相KSc_2F_7∶Yb,Er纳米晶,而纳米晶的形态会发生从小到大的转变。改变掺杂元素的种类及含量,在980 nm光激发下,KSc_2F_7纳米晶的上转换发光可以从蓝色变到白色,再到主要发射紫色光。  相似文献
