A general one-pot synthesis of pyridines 4a-t from the reaction of dialkyl acyclic/cyclic ketones 1a-i, methyl, aryl/heteroaryl ketones 1m-r, and aldehydes bearing alpha-hydrogens 1s,t with propargylamine 2 is described. Gold and copper salts are efficient catalysts for the reaction of ketones with 2. The formation of the pyridines 4 is suggested to proceed through the sequential amination of carbonyl compounds followed by regioselective 6-endo-dig cyclization of the N-propargylenamine (N-propargyldienamine) intermediate 3(5) and aromatization reaction. Whereas the preparation of linear polycyclic pyridine 4i can be carried out by reacting cholestan-3-one 1i with 2, the angular polycyclic pyridine 4j has been obtained starting from cholest-5-en-3-one 1j. Selectivity of the reaction of polycyclic dicarbonyls 1k,l with 2 has also been investigated.  相似文献

The palladium-catalysed reaction of 2-propynyl-1,3-dicarbonyls with organic halides or triflates provides an efficient straightforward entry into highly substituted furans. The best results have been obtained by using an excess of the alkyne. The process can tolerate a wide variety of important functional groups both on the alkyne and the organic halide or triflate. Under an atmosphere of carbon monoxide, the reaction affords furan derivatives incorporating carbon monoxide. Depending on the alkyne to organic halide or triflate ratio, acyl furans (incorporating one molecule of carbon monoxide) or enol esters (incorporating two molecules of carbon monoxide) can be isolated as the main products.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed reaction of o-alkynyltrifluoroacetanilides with 1-bromoalkynes affords free N-H 2-substituted 3-alkynylindoles in satisfactory to high yield. 2-Substituted 3-alkynylindoles revealed useful intermediates for the regioselective synthesis of 2-substituted 3-acylindoles. The latter can be prepared from o-alkynyltrifluoroacetanilides and 1-bromoalkynes via a one-pot cyclization-hydration protocol, omitting the isolation of 2-substituted 3-alkynylindoles.  相似文献

We study the surprisingly complicated asymptotic character ofa simple first-order differential equation, which involves aterm with a low exponent of the dependent variable. While numericalsolutions and straightforward asymptotic expansions indicatea clearly defined boundary layer type transition, we find thatthe correct asymptotic structure involves a 'hidden' boundarylayer, and that a straightforward approach cannot discern this.  相似文献

Preliminary results of sequential alkylation/gold-catalyzed annulation reactions of anilines with propargylic bromide derivatives to provide quinoline scaffolds are described. The efficiency of NaAuCl4·2H2O in the sequential procedure was investigated and compared with different transition metal salts and Au(I) complexes. Selectivity of the reaction of aniline derivatives with propargylic bromides has also been investigated.  相似文献

An electrochemical initiated tandem reaction of anilines with 2-formyl benzonitrile has been developed. Thus, unprecedented 3-N-aryl substituted isoindolinones have been conveniently achieved by constant current electrolysis in a divided cell using catalytic amount of electricity and supporting electrolyte and a Pt-cathode as working electrode. The origin of the electrochemical activation as well as the mechanism of the subsequent chemical cascade reactions have been investigated by DFT calculations.  相似文献

We describe an alternative and more sustainable method for the synthesis of 2,2’-disubstituted 3,3’-biindoles starting from 2,2’-diaminotolanes and (hetero)arylaldehydes. The key feature of the approach is the use of an acidic Deep Eutectic Solvent (DES) able to exploit a double activity, i. e., solvent and Brønsted Acid (BA) catalyst, avoiding the use of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) as solvents and additional acid catalysts. By this way, we synthesized twenty-five biindoles, including eighteen new compounds. The reactions run quickly under mild conditions by microwave heating at 70 °C, with yields ranging from good to very good. The reaction scope is rather broad. The medium demonstrated to be reusable at least five times with only a slight reduction in yields. Based on experimental evidence and previous literature findings, a plausible mechanism is proposed.  相似文献
