Zusammenfassung Auf Grund seiner katalytischen Wirkung auf die Lumineszenzreaktion von Luzigenin mit Wasserstoffperoxid läßt sich Osmiumtetroxid im Konzentrationsbereich von 1 bis 60g/5 ml mit Hilfe der Simultan-komparationsmethode hinreichend genau bestimmen. Die störenden Ionen des Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Co, Ni, Ca und Mg lassen sich mit ÄDTA maskieren.
Summary Osmium tetroxide can be detected in the concentration range of 1 to 60g/5 ml through its luminescence reaction with hydrogen peroxide and lucigenin with sufficient precision by means of the simultaneous comparation method. The interfering ions (Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Co, Ni, Ca, and Mg) can be masked with EDTA.

Résumé En utilisant l'action catalytique du tétroxyde d'osmium sur la réaction de luminescence de la lucigénine avec l'eau oxygénée, on peut le doser avec suffisamment de précision dans le domaine des concentrations allant de 1 à 60g/5 ml par la méthode de comparaison photométrique. On peut masquer par l'EDTA les ions gênants de Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Co, Ni, Ca et Mg.

By means of vapor pressure measurements using theTorker method (Torsion-Knudsen Effusion Recoil) as well as theKnudsen tanspiration technique in connection with a mass spectrometer, the heats of formation of the following compounds were found to be –6.5±0.7 kcal/g atom (Mn0.366Si0.634), –7.8±0.6 kcal/g atom (Mn0.50Si0.50), –7.3±0.6 kcal/g atom (Mn0.625Si0.375), and –6.6±0.6 kcal/g atom (Mn0.75Si0.25).

Under acetylating conditions racemic thioflavanone thiosemicarbazones cyclize into racemic 3‐acetyl‐spiro[1,3,4‐thiadiazoline‐2,4′‐thioflavans] and a racemic 3‐acetylspiro[1,3,4‐oxadiazoline‐2,4′‐thioflavan] with trans O(1) or S(1) and Ph(2′eq). Hindered rotation of the endocyclic N(3) acetyl group spirothia‐diazolines caused the formation of isomers separable by HPLC. X‐ray diffraction analyses, 1H‐, 13C‐, and 15N NMR measurements as well as MOPAC QM calculations were performed to reveal the structures of these isomers.  相似文献

Wide-angle X-ray diffraction and molecular dynamics simulation has been used to perform complete structural characterization of nitromethane solution of a 16-membered gold(I) ring. The joint application of these two methods was an adequate tool to describe not only the structure of the complex but also the solvation properties of the complex in nitromethane and the effect of the solvation on the bulk structure. It has been found that a relatively diffuse slightly distorted solvation shell is formed around the complex, following the shape of the molecule. Nitromethane molecules in the solvation sphere are distributed randomly; no special orientation can be detected. The interaction energy of the complex with nitromethane molecules is attractive. In bulk, besides the antiparallel orientation of the nitromethane molecules, T-shape orientation and long-range order in antidipole orientation can also be detected.  相似文献

A recent report on an intense CO 2 and CO evolution in the Briggs-Rauscher (BR) reaction revealed that iodination of malonic acid (MA) is not the only important organic reaction in the classical BR oscillator. To disclose the source of the gas evolution, iodomalonic (IMA) and diiodomalonic (I2MA) acids were prepared by iodinating MA with nascent iodine in a semibatch reactor. The nascent iodine was generated by an iodide inflow into the reactor, which contained a mixture of MA and acidic iodate. Some CO2 and a minor CO production was observed during these iodinations. It was found that in an aqueous acidic medium the produced I2MA is not stable but decomposes slowly to diiodoacetic acid and CO2. The first-order rate constant of the I 2MA decarboxylation at 20 degrees C was found to be k1 = 9 x 10(-5) s(-1), which is rather close to the rate constant of the analogous decarboxylation of dibromomalonic acid under similar conditions (7 x 10(-5)s(-1)). From the rate of the CO2 evolution, the I2MA concentration can be calculated in a MA-IMA-I2MA mixture as only I2MA decarboxylates spontaneously but MA and IMA are stable. Following CO2 evolution rates, it was proven that I2MA can react with MA in the reversible reaction I2MA + MA <--> 2 IMA. The equilibrium constant of this reaction was calculated as K = 380 together with the rate constants of the forward k 2 = 6.2 x 10 (-2) M (-1)s(-1) and backward k-2 = 1.6 x 10(-4) M(-1)s(-1) reactions. The probable mechanism of the reaction is I(+1) transfer from I2MA to MA. The presence of I(+1) in a I2MA solution is demonstrated by its reduction with ascorbic acid. To estimate the fraction of CO2 coming from the decarboxylation of I2MA in an oscillatory BR reaction, the oscillations were inhibited by resorcinol. Unexpectedly, all CO2 and CO evolution was interrupted for more than one hour after injecting a small amount of resorcinol (10(-5) M initial concentration in the reactor). Finally, some implications of the newly found I(+1) transfer reactions and the surprisingly effective inhibition by resorcinol regarding the mechanism of the oscillatory BR reaction are discussed. The latter is explained by the ability of resorcinol to scavenge free radicals including iodine atoms without producing iodide ions.  相似文献

The interaction between the achiral sulfonated porphyrin 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin, H 2TPPS 4 (4-), and two chiral cationic surfactants has been studied by optical absorption, fluorescence, and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopies. At surfactant concentrations above the critical micellar concentration (cmc) the porphyrin is included in the micellar aggregates, but it is CD silent. Below the cmc at a definite porphyrin/surfactant stoichiometry the formation of heteroaggregates with transfer of chirality to the porphyrin chromophore occurs. The preferred surfactant/porphyrin stoichiometry is 3:1, which suggests a structure driven by electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions between porphyrin and surfactant and dipolar and ionic interactions with the water solution. At surfactant concentrations above the cmc, depending on the protocol of preparation of the samples, the formation of the two kinds of aggregates can be observed, reversible for the simple surfactant micelles incorporating the porphyrin, but irreversible for the heteroaggregates.  相似文献

Ab initio equation-of-motion coupled-cluster singles and doubles (EOM-CCSD) calculations have been performed to investigate substituent effects on coupling constants for borazine and selected substituted borazines. For molecules in which F atoms are not bonded to adjacent atoms in the ring, F substitution increases the one-bond (11)B-(15)N coupling constants involving the atom at which substitution occurs but leaves the remaining one-bond B-N coupling constants essentially unchanged. For these molecules, the magnitudes of one-bond B-N coupling constants are only slightly dependent on the number of F atoms present. Fluorine substitution at adjacent B and N atoms in the borazine ring further increases the one-bond B-N coupling constant involving the substituted atoms and has the same effect on the other one-bond coupling constants as observed for corresponding molecules in which substitution occurs at alternate sites. In contrast to the effect of F substitution, substitution of Li at either N or B decreases one-bond B-N coupling constants relative to borazine. The effects of F and Li substitution on one-bond B-N coupling constants for borazine are similar to F and Li substitution effects on (13)C-(13)C coupling constants for benzene.  相似文献

Liquid chromatography ion-trap mass spectrometry LC-MSn has been successfully applied to identify and confirm carbosulfan and seven of its metabolites in oranges after pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) with dichloromethane. Mass spectra of carbosulfan and its metabolites were investigated using multiple stages of mass spectrometry. Although interpretation of the fragmentation pathways, based on mass spectra, enables structural elucidation and identification of these compounds, the proposed fragmentation pathways and ion structures need verification by exact mass measurements. The analytical method--PLE and LC-MS3 --was validated: limits of quantification (LOQ) ranged from 0.01 to 0.07 mg kg(-1); at this level, recoveries were 55-90% with RSDs (five replicate analyses) from 8 to 19%. The degradation of carbosulfan was determined in a laboratory study carried out in mature oranges (Valencia Late) and tangerines (Clementine of Nules) already harvested. Main degradation products of carbosulfan were carbofuran, 3-hydroxycarbofuran, 3-ketocarbofuran and dibutylamine.  相似文献
