A sufficient condition for implementation of the quantum dialogue protocol is obtained and it is shown that the set of unitary operators used for the purpose must form a group under multiplication. A generalized protocol of quantum dialogue is obtained using the sufficient condition. Further, several examples of possible groups of unitary operators and quantum states that may be used for implementation of quantum dialogue are systematically generated. As examples, it is shown that GHZ state, GHZ-like state, W state, 4 and 5-qubit Cluster states, Ω   state, Brown state, Q4Q4 state and Q5Q5 state can be used to implement quantum dialogue protocol. It is also shown that if a quantum system is found to be suitable for quantum dialogue then that can provide solution of the socialist millionaire problem too.  相似文献

A general gold-catalyzed oxidative homo- and hetero-coupling of arenes in mild conditions is described. This reaction gives moderate to excellent yield using PhI(OAc)2 as an oxidant. The effects of temperature, solvent, oxidant and concentration of substrate in this process have also been studied in detail. The product identity and distribution as well as the substrate limitation give us insights into this type of gold catalysts. Depending upon the reaction conditions, the gold catalyst behaves as a simple Lewis acid, which produces amines from arenes using DIAD as an aminating reagent.  相似文献

The performance of semiconductor devices can be fine‐tuned through chemical transformation of their nanostructured components. Such transformations are often carried out in controlled conditions. Herein, the use of electrospray deposition of metal ions from solutions in air is reported, to bring about chemical transformations across mm2‐sized areas of nanostructures. This is illustrated with monolayer assemblies of ultrathin tellurium nanowires (NWs). The process does not require any reducing agent and can transform the NWs chemically, in the solid state itself, under ambient conditions. By using suitable masks, the beam of ions can be patterned to localize such transformations with nanometer precision to obtain aligned multiphasic NWs, containing atomically precise phase boundaries. By controlling the time of exposure of the spray, the scope of the process is further expanded to produce tellurium‐metal telluride core–shell NWs. The method described here represents a crucial step for ambient processing of nanostructured components, useful for applications such as semiconductor device fabrication.  相似文献

Coordination complexes of an olefinic molecule (PIP) containing pyridine and imidazopyridine moieties with ZnII/NiII metal salts were shown to exhibit appreciable proton conductivity. These complexes form 3D‐hydrogen bonded frameworks containing rhomboidal channels that are occupied by uncoordinated 1,5‐naphthalenedisulfonate (NDS). The extensive hydrogen bonding between the frameworks and NDS resulted in thermally stable and water‐insoluble materials. Irrespective of the metal atom present, both complexes exhibited moderate to high proton conduction in the range of 10?5 to 0.5×10?3 S cm?1 depending on the temperature and humidity levels.  相似文献

When a bacterium divides, its cell wall at the division site grows radially inward like the shutter of a camera and guillotines the cell into two halves. The wall is pulled upon from inside by a polymeric ring, which itself shrinks in radius. The ring is made of an intracellular protein FtsZ (filamenting temperature sensitive Z) and thus is called the Z ring. It is not understood how the Z ring generates the required contractile force. We propose a theoretical model and simulate it to show how the natural curvature of the FtsZ filaments and lateral attraction among them may facilitate force generation.  相似文献

In this article the author proposes a method of developing all-optical quaternary Inversion, NOT and Bitswap logic gates, which are essential parts of quaternary arithmetic and logical processors. While intramolecular Scholl oxidative coupling between two arenes is common, successful C−C heterocoupling between thiophene and arene is scarce. The latter is due to the notorious reactivity of thiophene towards polymerization under oxidative conditions. This report systematically demonstrates how topological variation of electronics and reactivity in thiophene substrates can lead to efficient oxidative heterocoupling. Bis(biaryl)thiophenes having reactive α- and β-positions open are the choice of substrates. The cyclizing arene partners are so electronically tuned for thiophene's reactivity (at α- and β-) as to establish C−C bond oxidatively generating symmetrical as well as unsymmetrical diphenanthrothiophenes which are basic thiananographenes. Depending on the cyclizing-couple's electronics, either arene- or thiophene-centered oxidation initiates C−C heterocoupling. The potential utility of these simple thiananographenes is further unfurled by converting them to functional N−/C-graphene segments that are aza-corannulene precursor and tetrabenzospirobifluorene. Their bright emission and extended electrochemical stability are remarkable that may be potentially important and applicable.  相似文献
