The hypervalent iodine reagents o-iodoxybenzoic acid (IBX) and bis(trifluoro-acetoxy)iodobenzene (BTI) are shown to be general reagents for regio-controlled oxidation of polycyclic aromatic phenols (PAPs) to specific isomers (ortho, para, or remote) of polycyclic aromatic quinones (PAQs). The oxidations of a series of PAPs with IBX take place under mild conditions to furnish the corresponding ortho-PAQs. In contrast, oxidations of the same series of PAPs with BTI exhibit variable regiospecificity, affording para-PAQs where structurally feasible and ortho-PAQs or remote PAQ isomers in other cases. The structures of the specific PAQ isomers formed are predictable on the basis of the inherent regioselectivities of the hypervalent iodine reagents in combination with the structural requirements of the phenol precursors. IBX and BTI are recommended as the preferred reagents for regio-controlled oxidation of PAPs to PAQs. 相似文献

A series of novel glyco-gambogic acid(GA) compounds were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro anti-proliferative activity against human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cells.All compounds showed much better aqueous solubility(0.92- 1.89 mg/mL) than GA(0.013 mg/mL),and displayed potent inhibition on HCC cells(IC50:0.21-12.23μmol/L) and little affects on non-tumor liver cells(IC50:42.56-86.43μmol/L),suggesting that glyco-GA compounds selectively inhibit HCC proliferation,and may be promising candidates for further intensive study. 相似文献

A novel modification of simulated moving bed (SMB) technology, referred to as fractionation and feedback SMB (FF-SMB), has been introduced recently. This concept is based on fractionating one or both outlet streams and feeding the off-spec fractions back into the unit alternatingly with the original feed mixture. In this paper, the optimization problem of FF-SMB realizing one outlet fractionation is considered. A mathematical optimization framework based on a detailed process model is presented which allows to evaluate quantitatively the potential of this operating scheme. Detailed optimization studies have been carried out for a difficult separation characterized by small selectivity and low column efficiency. The results reveal that the proposed fractionation and feedback regime can be significantly superior to the classical SMB chromatography, in terms of both feed throughput and desorbent consumption. The effect of the feeding sequence on the performance of FF-SMB is also examined. 相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积法在MgO(100)单晶衬底上制备了Ce0.8Gd0.2O2-δ(CGO)系列薄膜,沉积温度与膜厚对CGO/MgO薄膜的微结构及离子电导率的影响分别被研究.X-ray衍射(2θ-ω线扫描,ω-摇摆曲线,(-扫描)测量显示,随着沉积温度的升高,CGO薄膜的微结构由多晶薄膜演变到外延膜.对沉积在730℃的CGO薄膜(510nm)中较大的离子电导归因于薄膜中较小的晶界密度.对高质外延的CGO薄膜(沉积730℃),随着膜厚的减小,其快速减小的激活能及增大的离子电导可解释为CGO/MgO界面平面的应变态和氧空位的无序分布所致.我们的结果表明,为获得高离子电导的CGO薄膜,最佳的沉积温度和膜厚是需要考虑的. 相似文献

碳纳米管具有优异的场发射性能 ,是一种很有前景的电子发射源。实验使用印刷方法将碳纳米管制备于玻璃基底 ,并作为X射线源的阴极。阳极材料为铜 ,其顶端为半球形 (半径为 2mm)。高压电源输出在 0~ 19kV之间可调。射线源工作真空度为 1× 10 -4Pa ,利用流气式正比计数器测到了铜kα 谱线 ,并且进行了连续 4h的运行。实验结果表明X射线源发光稳定 ,碳纳米管可以作X射线源的阴极。最后提出了改进的X射线源结构。 相似文献
