从中草药勒党根茎中分离出二个化合物, 其一为已知的萜类生物碱culamtraramine, 其二为它的差向立体异构体, 为新化合物, 定名为isoculantraramine。用选择性远程核磁共振技术测定了它们的结构。

The thermo-labile organophosphorous pesticide Phoxim was determined by capillary gas chromatographywith flame phototnetric detector. When high linear velocity H_2(>200cm/s) was used as carrier gas,the thermo-decomposition of Phoxim was considerably reduced.The most important gas chromatography conditions,injectortempereture and column head pressure,were studied.The thermo-decomposition preducts were identified by gaschromatography-mass spectrometry.     

Physico-Chemical Characterization of Yu Guo Beads(1100-771 B. C. ) in China

When was the earliest glass produced in China? This has still been a question so far. Some archaeologists have thought that Yu Guo beads are real glass, the earliest glass(1100-771 B. C. ) in China. However, more details of scientific investigations in this paper show that Yu Guo beads are mainly made of clastic quartz (>95%) with a small amount of clay and sintered under the low temperature(500-600℃). It is not a glassy body, but a kind of polycrystal ornaments.     

表皮生长因子受体和抑制剂之间分子对接的研究

研究了表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和4-苯胺喹唑啉类抑制剂之间的相互作用模式，表皮生长因子受体的三维结构通过同源蛋白模建的方法得到，而抑制剂和靶酶结合复合物结构则通过分子力学和分子动力学结合的方法计算得到。从模拟结果得到的抑制剂和靶酶之间的相互作用模式表明范德华相互作用、疏水相互作用以及氢键相互作用对抑制剂的活性都有重要的影响，抑制剂的苯胺部分位于活性口袋的底部，能够与受体残基的非极性侧链产生很强的范德华和疏水相互作用，抑制剂双环上的取代基团也能和活性口袋外部的部分残基形成一定的范德华和疏水性相互作用，而抑制剂喹唑啉环上的氮原子能和周围的残基形成较强的氢键相互作用，对抑制剂的活性有较大的影响，计算得到抑制剂和靶酶之间的非键相互作用能以及抑制剂和靶酶之间的相互作用信息能够很好地解释抑制剂活性和结构的关系，为全新抑制剂的设计提供了重要的结构信息。

Effect of polarization on efficiency of volume Bragg grating filter

<正>Diffraction efficiency of volume Bragg grating,whose period is in the same order as the incident wavelength, is related to the polarization direction of the incident linear polarized beam.When two linearly polarized recording beams with the same polarization direction are used for recording volume Bragg gratings in a photopolymer with diffusion amplification,the azimuth of polarization of the reconstruction beam influences the diffraction efficiency of the grating.When the probe beam is linearly polarized and oriented orthogonally to the grating vectors,the±1-order diffraction beams are also linearly polarized with polarization direction parallel to that of the probe beam.According to the results,a two-dimensional nonspatial optical filter consisting of the volume Bragg gratings would achieve significantly higher efficiency.

Isolation of Trichoderma reesei pyrG Negative Mutant by UV Mutagenesis and Its Application in Transformation

Two uridine auxotrophic mutants of Trichoderma reesei were isolated by resistance to 5-fluoroorotic acid after UV mutagenesis. One mutant, called M23, was complemented with the Aspergillus niger pyrG gene carried by plasmid pAB4-1. A mutated pyrG gene of M23 was cloned and DNA sequencing analysis indicated that a cytosine was inserted into the 934―939 oligo dC position of the pyrG coding region, resulted in a frameshift mutation. Transformation efficiency was approximately 200―300 transformants per microgram of DNA with plasmid pAB4-1. Stable transformants were obtained by monosporic culture and showed to be prototroph after successive propagation. Vitreoscilla hemoglobin expression plasmid pUCVHb was cotransformed with plasmid pAB4-1 and attained a transformation efficiency of 71.8% or of 26.1% with pAN7-1. Southern blot analysis of the transformants demonstrated that plasmid pUCVHb was integrated into the chromosomal DNA. The experimental results demonstrated that the pyrG-based system was more efficient and timesaving than the conventional hygromycin B resistance-based transformation system.
