The kinetics of deagglomeration in diluted suspensions of goethite nanopowder, as well as the rheology and morphology of the resulting suspensions, strongly depends on pH. At pH 3, nanopowder can be dispersed as separate nanoparticles, and the resulting suspension is Newtonian, with the viscosity only marginally higher than the viscosity of water. At pH between 5 and 12, nanoparticles tend to reaggregate and form weak aggregates/flocs. Morphology changes from a Newtonian suspension of primary nanoparticles to a non-Newtonian, shear-thinning suspension of large, porous, interconnected flocs with the yield stress reaching a maximum at an isoelectric point. The effect of pH on morphology and rheology is reversible, and as pH is reduced to 3, the suspension becomes Newtonian, with viscosity marginally higher than the viscosity of water. The rheological models based on DLVO theory do not allow prediction of the effect of pH on viscosity and yield stress, but the flow curves of goethite suspensions can be described by a fractal model with five adjustable parameters. 相似文献

Emerging RNA-based technologies for controlling gene expression have triggered a high demand for synthetic oligoribonucleotides and have motivated the development of ribonucleoside phosphoramidites that would exhibit coupling kinetics and coupling efficiencies comparable to those of deoxyribonucleoside phosphoramidites. To fulfill these needs, the novel 4-(N-dichloroacetyl-N-methylamino)benzyloxymethyl group for 2'-hydroxyl protection of ribonucleoside phosphoramidites 9a-d has been implemented (Schemes 1 and 2). The solid-phase synthesis of AUCCGUAGCUAACGUCAUGG was then carried out employing 9a-d as 0.2 M solutions in dry MeCN and 5-benzylthio-1H-tetrazole as an activator. The coupling efficiency of 9a-d averaged 99% within a coupling time of 180 s. Following removal of all base-sensitive protecting groups, cleavage of the remaining 2'-[4-(N-methylamino)benzyl] acetals from the RNA oligonucleotide was effected in buffered 0.1 M AcOH (pH 3.8) within 30 min at 90 degrees C. RP-HPLC and PAGE analyses of the fully deprotected AUCCGUAGCUAACGUCAUGG were comparable to those of a commercial RNA oligonucleotide sharing an identical sequence. Enzymatic digestion of the RNA oligomer catalyzed by bovine spleen phosphodiesterase and bacterial alkaline phosphatase revealed no significant amounts of RNA fragments containing (2'-->5')-internucleotidic phosphodiester linkages or noteworthy nucleobase modifications. 相似文献

The effect of pressure on the crystal structure of thallium selenate (Tl2SeO4) (Pmcn, Z=4), containing the Tl+ cations with electron lone pairs, has been studied with single-crystal X-ray diffraction in a diamond anvil cell up to 3.64 GPa at room temperature. No phase transition has been observed. The compressibility data are fitted by a Murnaghan equation of state with the zero-pressure bulk modulus B0=29(1) GPa and the unit-cell volume at ambient pressure V0=529.6(8) Å3 (B′=4.00). Tl2SeO4 is the least compressible in the c direction, while the pressure-induced changes of the a and b lattice parameters are quite similar. These observations can be explained by different pressure effects on the nine- and 11-fold coordination polyhedra around the two non-equivalent Tl atoms. The SeO42− tetrahedra are not rigid units and become more distorted. Their contribution to the compressibility is small. The effect of pressure on the isotypical oxide materials A2TO4 with the β-K2SO4 structure is discussed. It appears that the presence of electron lone pairs on the Tl+ cation does not seem to influence the compressibility of Tl2SeO4. 相似文献

A series of tetrachloride platinum(IV) compounds of the general formulae PtCl4L2, where L = 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (tp) (1), 5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dmtp) (2), 5,7-ditertbutyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dbtp) (3) and 5-methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7(4H)-one (HmtpO) (4) have been prepared and characterized by thermal analysis, 1H, 13C, 15N, 195Pt NMR and IR spectroscopy. Spectral data suggest that the triazolopyrimidines act as a monodentate ligand via the nitrogen atom N(3). The preliminary assessments of antitumor properties of the four complexes were evaluated as in vitro antiproliferative activity against three cell lines: HL-60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia, SW707 rectal adenocarcinoma and HCV29T bladder cancer. PtCl4(dbtp)2 exhibits high cytotoxic activity against all human cell lines, whereas the other complexes are only moderately active. 相似文献

二维液相色谱(2D-LC)因具有较高的峰容量,在复杂样品的分离分析中获得了广泛的关注。然而,制备型2D-LC以纯化高纯单体为目标,在方法开发和设备构成等方面与分析型2D-LC有较大的不同,目前尚未得到充分的开发,在大规模的制备纯化中应用较少。本文以一套制备液相色谱模块为分离系统,以稀释泵、切换阀和捕集柱阵列为接口,构建了新型的制备型2D-LC系统,旨在规模化纯化多个活性成分。以烟叶中可以用作医药原料的烟碱、绿原酸、芦丁和茄尼醇等组分为目标物,考察了不同类型填料对样品的捕集效率、过载条件下的色谱保留行为等,优化了制备色谱条件。进而利用在线2D-LC系统实现了烟叶提取物的纯化,通过一次运行获得了4个高纯化合物。该系统具有中压色谱纯化成本低、系统在线运行自动化程度高、稳定性好及容易放大等优点。烟叶中活性化学成分的回收利用对促进烟草行业的发展及带动地方农业经济开发具有重大的意义。 相似文献

Integrating the advantages of both inorganic ceramic and organic polymer solid-state electrolytes, small-molecule solid-state electrolytes represented by LiI-3-hydroxypropionitrile (LiI-HPN) inorganic–organic hybrid systems possess good interfacial compatibility and high modulus. However, their lack of intrinsic Li+ conduction ability hinders potential application in lithium metal batteries until now, despite containing LiI phase composition. Herein, inspired by evolution tendency of ionic conduction behaviors together with first-principles molecular dynamics simulations, we propose a stepped-amorphization strategy to break the Li+ conduction bottleneck of LiI-HPN. It involves three progressive steps of composition (LiI-content increasing), time (long-time standing), and temperature (high-temperature melting) regulations, to essentially construct a small-molecule-based composite solid-state electrolyte with intensified amorphous degree, which realizes efficient conversion from an I− to Li+ conductor and improved conductivity. As a proof, the stepped-optimized LiI-HPN is successfully operated in lithium metal batteries cooperated with Li4Ti5O12 cathode to deliver considerable compatibility and stability over 250 cycles. This work not only clarifies the ionic conduction mechanisms of LiI-HPN inorganic–organic hybrid systems, but also provides a reasonable strategy to broaden the application scenarios of highly compatible small-molecule solid-state electrolytes. 相似文献

Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) plays an important role as a negative regulator and has been proved to be an effective target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Bis-(2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-methane 7 was first reported as a natural bromophenol with significant inhibition against PTP1B which was isolated from red algae Rhodomela conrervoides. Intrigued by its astonishing activity (IC50 = 2.4 μmol/L), compound 7 was synthesized with the overall yield of 24% and evaluated for its PTPIB inhibitory activity compared with natural compound. 相似文献
