Theoretical and practical aspects of applying time reversal of elastic waves to localize a source of oscillations or a defect are considered in problems of active ultrasonic monitoring of thin-walled metal structures. Backward reradiation of a time-reversed signal is implemented using a computer model based on a semianalytical integral approach. The proposed algorithm is verified experimentally on aluminum samples excited by piezoelectric wafer active sensors. The results corroborate the possibility of reliably determining of the position and size of the load application region and a local inhomogeneity with a relatively small number of signal measurement points on the sample surface.  相似文献

New carboxyl-containing o-aminophenols and phenoxazines were synthesized by condensation of 3,5-di-(tert.-butyl)-quinone with p-aminobenzoic and anthranilic acids. Oxidative transformations of the o-aminophenols and intermediate o-iminoquinones occur with the formation of the ESR detected phenoxazinyl radicals, which furthermore transform to phenoxazines or the dimeric products emerged through the radical attack at the C1 carbon of a formed phenoxazine. Molecular structure of the dimer obtained by oxidation of methyl ester of 4-[3,5-di-(tert.-butyl)-1-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)amino]benzoic acid was X-ray determined. Reaction of 4-[3,5-di-(tert.-butyl)-1-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)amino]benzoic acid with thionyl chloride gives rise to the formation of a derivative of 2-oxido-3H-benzo[d,j][1,2,3]oxathiazol system, the structure of which was established using X-ray crystallography. Solutions of methyl-6,8-di-(tert.-butyl)-10H-phenoxazine-3-carboxylate solvents display intense fluorescence covering a broad spectral region in the range of 400–600?nm.  相似文献

Prostate cancer is the second most common type of cancer among men. The main method of its treatment is androgen deprivation therapy, which has a wide range of side effects. One of the solutions to this challenge is the targeted delivery of drugs to prostate cancer cells. In this study, we performed the synthesis of a novel small-molecule PSMA-targeted conjugate based on abiraterone. Cytotoxicity, the induction of intracellular reactive oxygen species, and P450-cytochrome species inhibition were investigated for this conjugate PSMA-abiraterone. The conjugate demonstrated a preferential effect on prostate tumor cells, remaining inactive at up to 100 µM in human fibroblast cells. In addition, it revealed preferential efficacy, specifically on PSMA-expressing lines with a 65% tumor growth inhibition level on 22Rv1 (PSMA+) xenografts after 14-fold oral administration of PSMA-Abi at a single dose of 500 mg/kg (7.0 g/kg total dose) was observed. This compound showed significantly reduced acute toxicity with comparable efficacy compared to AbiAc.  相似文献

Elastodynamic response of anisotropic laminate composite structures subjected to a force loading is evaluated based on the integral representations in terms of Green's matrices. Explicit and asymptotic expressions for guided waves generated by a given source are then obtained from those integrals by means of series expansions and the residue technique. Unlike to conventional modal expansions, such representations keep information about the source, giving an opportunity for a quantitative near- and far-field analysis of generated waves. An effective computer implementation is achieved by the use of fast and stable algorithms for the Green matrix, pole, and residue calculations. The potential of the model is demonstrated by examples of anisotropy manifestation in the directivity of radiated waves. The effect of main energy outflow in the direction of either upper- or inner-ply orientation depending on the source size and frequency is discussed.  相似文献
