Hydrogen uptake and release in arene–cycloalkane pairs provide an attractive opportunity for on‐board and off‐board hydrogen storage. However, the efficiency of arene–cycloalkane pairs currently is limited by unfavorable thermodynamics for hydrogen release. It is shown here that the thermodynamics can be optimized by replacement of H in the ‐OH group of cyclohexanol and phenol with alkali or alkaline earth metals. The enthalpy change upon dehydrogenation decreases substantially, which correlates with the delocalization of the oxygen electron to the benzene ring in phenoxides. Theoretical calculations reveal that replacement of H with a metal leads to a reduction of the HOMO–LUMO energy gap and elongation of the C?H bond in the α site in cyclohexanolate, which indicates that the cyclohexanol is activated upon metal substitution. The experimental results demonstrate that sodium phenoxide–cyclohexanolate, an air‐ and water‐stable pair, can desorb hydrogen at ca. 413 K and 373 K in the solid form and in an aqueous solution, respectively. Hydrogenation, on the other hand, is accomplished at temperatures as low as 303 K.  相似文献

A simple PCR-RFLP method has been developed for the identification of 19 penaeid shrimp species of food interest belonging to the superfamily Penaeoidea. Preliminary amplification, sequencing and alignment of a 960 bp fragment of the 16S rRNA/tRNA(Val)/12S rRNA mitochondrial region allowed the design of 16Scru4/16Scru4 primers, constructed on well-conserved mitochondrial sequences of the penaeid shrimp species considered. Such primers afforded the amplification of an internal 515-535 bp region of the 16S rRNA/tRNA(Val) genes that, when subjected to cleavage with AluI, TaqI and HinfI, provided species-specific restriction patterns. Moreover, the proposed method also allowed the definition of different intraspecific restriction types between different populations of Litopenaeus vannamei, Farfantepenaeus notialis, Fenneropenaeus merguiensis, Metapenaeus sp., Melicertus latisulcatus and Pleoticus muelleri of different origins. The method described here was also successfully applied for the identification of penaeid shrimps in complex processed precooked foods, where this type of shellfish is used as an added-value food ingredient. Sequencing analysis provided new information about the genetic relationships among shrimps not only at the levels of species and genus, but also among different populations at intraspecific level. The 16S rRNA/tRNA(Val) fragment considered in this study seems to be accurate for shrimp species identification in raw and processed foodstuffs and for phylogenetic analysis among penaeid shrimp species.  相似文献

Replacing widely used organic liquid electrolytes with solid-state electrolytes (SSEs) could effectively solve the safety issues in sodium-ion batteries. Efforts on seeking novel solid-state electrolytes have been continued for decades. However, issues about SSEs still exist, such as low ionic conductivity at ambient temperature, difficulty in manufacturing, low electrochemical stability, poor compatibility with electrodes, etc. Here, sodium carbazolide (Na-CZ) and its THF-coordinated derivatives are rationally fabricated as Na+ conductors, and two of their crystal structures are successfully solved. Among these materials, THF-coordinated complexes exhibit fast Na+ conductivities, i.e., 1.20×10−4 S cm−1 and 1.95×10−3 S cm−1 at 90 °C for Na-CZ-1THF and Na-CZ-2THF, respectively, which are among the top Na+ conductors under the same condition. Furthermore, stable Na plating/stripping is observed even over 400 h cycling, showing outstanding interfacial stability and compatibility against Na electrode. More advantages such as ease of synthesis, low-cost, and cold pressing for molding can be obtained. In situ NMR results revealed that the evaporation of THF may play an essential role in the Na+ migration, where the movement of THF creates defects/vacancies and facilitates the migration of Na+.  相似文献

Data on the NMR line shifts, the spin-lattice relaxation rate of 63Cu and 17O nuclei, and the spin-spin relaxation rate of 63Cu are obtained for Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8−δ (T c =112 K) in the normal and superconducting states. The hyperfine constants at the copper and oxygen atoms in a CuO2 plane are estimated from an analysis of the temperature dependence of the Knight shift. The temperature-dependent behavior of the long-and short-wavelength parts of the dynamic spin susceptibility is discussed by modeling an antiferromagnetic Fermi liquid. The possible relation between the characteristics of the spin-fluctuation spectrum and the superconducting transition temperature is analyzed for the oxide investigated. Zh. éksp. Teor. This work describes the effect of two different surfactants on the internal nanostructure of the kinetically stabilized isasomes (internally self-assembled particles or "somes"), which are a new family of colloidal particles (cubosomes, hexosomes, micellar cubosomes, and emulsified microemulsions, EME). The stabilization of these systems is performed by using the polymeric stabilizer F127. We demonstrate that the internal structure of these oil-free and oil-loaded dispersed particles can be modulated by varying the lipid composition. To achieve this goal, we replaced part of our primary lipid monolinolein (MLO) with diglycerol monooleate (DGMO) or soybean phosphatidylcholine (PC). We found that DGMO has a counter effect to that of tetradecane (TC) and allows us to tune back the self-assembled nanostructure in the TC-loaded dispersions from H2 (hexosomes) to Im3m (cubosomes). Although TC has a higher impact on confined structures than does DGMO, we demonstrate that the addition of DGMO significantly affects the internal structure of the TC-solubilized dispersions and favors the formation of large water channels. PC can also be used to modify the internal structure for MLO-based systems. It is somehow different from DGMO due to the fact that the fully hydrated Pn3m cubic structure in the presence of PC for the TC-free dispersion is preserved after dispersing. The results also indicate that PC is less effective than DGMO for tuning back the TC-loaded internal structure from H2 to cubic phase, in which it makes the confined structure less ordered. In addition, we found that DGMO has a significant effect on the internal structure of isasomes. It increases the water solubilization capacity for dispersed and nondispersed bulk phases. In contrast to the MLO-based dispersions, the present results indicate that F127 plays an important role in the internal structure of these dispersions due to its penetration into the oil-free cubic phase changing the symmetry from Pn3m to Im3m.  相似文献

We present a computational approach, allowing for a self-consistent treatment of three-dimensional (3D) fishnet metamaterial operating at 710 nm wavelength coupled to a gain material incorporated into the nanostructure. We show numerically that loss-free negative index material is achievable by incorporating gain material inside the fishnet structure. The effective gain coefficient of the combined fishnet-gain system is much larger than its bulk counterpart and the figure-of-merit (FOM = | Re(n)/Im(n) |) increases dramatically with gain. Transmission, reflection, and absorption data, as well as the retrieved effective parameters, are presented for the fishnet structure with and without gain.  相似文献
