Chitosan hydrochloride as biopolymer‐based, renewable, and recyclable heterogeneous catalyst was used for efficient one‐pot synthesis of perimidine derivatives. The combination of acebrophylline (ABP), levocetirizine (LCZ) and pranlukast (PRN) is used to treat allergic rhinitis, asthma, hay‐fever and other conditions where patients experience difficulty in breathing. This study was carried out with the aim of developing and validating a reverse‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatographic bioanalytical method to simultaneously quantitate ABP, LCZ and PRN in rat plasma. The objective also includes determination of the pharmacokinetic interaction of these three drugs after administration via the oral route after individual and combination treatment in rat. Optimum resolution between the analytes was observed with a C18 Kinetex column (250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 μm). The chromatography was performed in a gradient elution mode with a 1 mL/min flow rate. The calibration curves were linear over the concentration range of 100–1600 ng/mL. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision and accuracy were found to be within acceptable limits as specified in US Food and Drug Administration guideline for bioanalytical method validation. The analytes were stable on the bench‐top (8 h), after three freeze–thaw cycles, in the autosampler (8 h) and as a dry extract (?80°C for 48 h). The statistical results of the pharmacokinetic study in Sprague–Dawley rats showed a significant change in pharmacokinetic parameters for PRN upon co‐administration of the three drugs.  相似文献

The understanding of structure–function relationships within synthetic biomimetic systems is a fundamental challenge in chemistry. Herein we report the direct correlation between the structure of short peptoid ligands—N-substituted glycine oligomers incorporating 2,2′-bipyridine groups—varied in their monomer sequence, and the photoluminescence of RuII centers coordinated by these ligands. Based on circular dichroism and fluorescence spectroscopy we demonstrate that while helical peptoids do not affect the fluorescence of the embedded RuII chromophore, unstructured peptoids lead to its significant decay. Transmittance electron microscopy (TEM) revealed significant differences in the arrangements of metal-bound helical versus unstructured peptoids, suggesting that only the latter can have through-space interactions with the ruthenium dye leading to its quenching. High-resolution TEM enabled the remarkable direct imaging of singular ruthenium-bound peptoids and bundles, supporting our explanation for structure-depended quenching. Moreover, this correlation allowed us to fine-tune the luminescence properties of the complexes simply by modifying the sequence of their peptoid ligands. Finally, we also describe the chiral properties of these Ru–peptoids and demonstrate that remote chiral induction from the peptoids backbone to the ruthenium center is only possible when the peptoids are both chiral and helical.  相似文献

The research on the RNA interference (RNAi) for the control of insect pests has made significant growth in recent years. The availability of the genomic sequences of insects has further widened the horizons for the testing of this technology to various insect groups. Different modes of application of double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) have been tested; however, the practicability of delivery of dsRNA in insects still remains the biggest challenge. Till date, the oral delivery of dsRNA in insects is one of the efficient approaches for the practical application of this technique. The uptake of dsRNA from the insect gut is mediated either by SID-1/SID-2 transmembrane proteins or by endocytosis; however, the systemic RNAi machinery still remains to be revealed in insect species. The RNAi-mediated gene knockdown has shown striking results in different insect groups, pointing it to be the upcoming technique for insect control. However, before the successful application of this technique for insect control, some potential issues need to be resolved. This review presents the account of prospects and challenges for the use of this technology for insect control.  相似文献

To the best of our knowledge, there is no method in literature for solving such fully fuzzy linear programming (FLP) problems in which some or all the parameters are represented by unrestricted L-R flat fuzzy numbers. Also, to propose such a method, there is need to find the product of unrestricted L-R flat fuzzy numbers. However, there is no method in the literature to find the product of unrestricted L-R flat fuzzy numbers.In this paper, firstly the product of unrestricted L-R flat fuzzy numbers is proposed and then with the help of proposed product, a new method (named as Mehar’s method) is proposed for solving fully FLP problems. It is also shown that the fully FLP problems which can be solved by the existing methods can also be solved by the Mehar’s method. However, such fully FLP problems in which some or all the parameters are represented by unrestricted L-R flat fuzzy numbers can be solved by Mehar’s method but can not be solved by any of the existing methods.  相似文献

The synthesis of 3′-fluoro-4′-amino-hexitol nucleosides with a uracil and cytosine nucleobase was performed. The synthesis started from 1,5:2,3-dianhydro-4,6-benzylidene-allitol and afforded the target compounds in 15 steps. These protected hexitol nucleosides are valuable building blocks for the preparation of a new class of oligonucleotides.  相似文献

A green protocol (compared to the existing methodology) for carrying out Garratt–Braverman cyclization has been developed. The method involves stirring a pre-absorbed bispropargyl sulfone/ether/sulfonamide over basic alumina. The reaction with sulfones was over within 10–15 min at room temperature whereas for the ether/sulfonamide the reaction took 6–8 h at 130 °C. The products, aryl naphthalene derivatives, are obtained by simple filtration through Celite, in excellent yields.  相似文献

Gold-catalyzed oxidations of propargyl alcohols with nitrones by using a P(tBu)2(o-biphenyl)Au+ catalyst, afforded bicyclic annulation products from the Mannich reactions of gold enolates. The same reactions of propargyl amines with nitrones by using the same gold catalyst gave distinct oxoarylation products. Our DFT calculations indicate that oxidation of propargyl alcohols with nitrones by using electron-rich gold catalysts lead only to gold carbenes, which can generate gold enolates or oxoarylation intermediates with enolate species having a barrier smaller than that of oxoarylation species.  相似文献
