Rhodium trichloride supported on Ti-hexagonal mesoporous silica (Ti-HMS), via a bipyridyl group, is an efficient catalyst for the hydroformylation of olefins at 120 °C and 40.8 atm of CO/H2 (CO/H2=2/1). The catalyst is selective leading to high ratios of linear or branched aldehydes from functionalized olefins, and high activity in the case of propene which gave a turnover frequency of 6209 mol/mol(Rh)/h. 相似文献
The first palladium-catalyzed ring-expansion reaction of 2-vinylpyrrolidines with aryl isocyanates to form seven-membered ring heterocycles is described. This regioselective reaction requires 5 mol % of Pd(2)(dba)(3).CHCl(3) and 10 mol % of dppp at 40-60 degrees C in THF and results in the formation of 1,3-diazepin-2-ones in good isolated yields. When Pd(OAc)(2) and PPh(3) were utilized in the reaction, an intramolecular hydrogen migration occurs resulting in the formation of conjugated diene derivatives of urea. 相似文献
Ab initio calculations on the different associated structures of 2-pyrrolidinone with water and with itself were carried out using 3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets at the Hartree–Fock level, including electron correlation using second-order Møller–Plesset perturbation theory. The calculated free energy changes for the intermolecular hydrogen bonded dimer and hydrated species indicated that the molecular systems with cyclic dimerization and association with two water molecules are dominant. A novel, fast and simple liquid chromatographic method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of rosiglitazone and metformin in human plasma. The analysis was performed on a phenyl column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) using a gradient method starting with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile:5 mM acetate buffer pH 5.5 (75:25, v/v). The flow rate was 1 mL min−1. UV detection was performed at 245 nm and verapamil was used as internal standard. The total run time was less than 10 min. Sample preparation included a simple protein precipitation step with acetonitrile. Validation experiments were performed to demonstrate stability, specificity, sensitivity, linearity, accuracy, precision and robustness. The limit of quantification was 100 ng mL−1 for rosiglitazone and 250 ng mL−1 for metformin. The extraction recoveries were 100.02-105.0% for rosiglitazone and 105.64-103.88% for metformin. The method was applied with success to plasma samples obtained from diabetic patients undergoing treatment with rosiglitazone and metformin. 相似文献

ions are determined by pH potentiometric and13C NMR spectrometric measurements. Estimates of H and S are obtained from the values of the temperature dependent formation constants and acid dissociation constants. All four anions form only 1 : 1 complexes with the triprotonated amine species. NO

and Cl– form 1 : 1 complexes only with the tetraprotonated amine, while IO
3–
and SO
42–

Pentacarbonylpyrazinetungsten(0), (CO)5W(pyz), is not stable in solution in polar solvents such as acetone or dichloromethane and undergoes conversion to a bimetallic complex, (CO)5W(pyz)W(CO)5 plus free pyrazine. These three species exist at equilibrium. Using the quantitative 1H NMR spectroscopy, the equilibrium constant could be determined to be Keq = (5.9 ± 0.8) × 10−2 at 25 °C. Introducing a second pyrazine ligand into the molecule does not stabilize the complex, as cis-W(CO)4(pyz)2 was found to be less stable than W(CO)5(pyz) and, therefore, could not be isolated. However, introducing trimethylphosphite as a donor ligand into the complex leads to the stabilization of the carbonyl-pyrazine-metal(0) complexes, as shown by the synthesis of cis-W(CO)4[P(OCH3)3](pyz). This complex could be isolated from the reaction of the photogenerated W(CO)4[P(OCH3)3](tetrahydrofuran) with trimethylphosphite upon mixing for 2 h at 10 °C in tetrahydrofuran and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. 相似文献
A rapid, sensitive, and specific reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection procedure for the simultaneous determination of abacavir, efavirenz and valganciclovir in spiked human serum is described. Separation was performed on a 5 μm Waters Spherisorb column (250 × 4.6 mm ID) with acetonitrile: methanol:KH2PO4 (at pH 5.00) (40:20:40 v/v/v) isocratic elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1. Calibration curves were constructed in the range of 50–30,000 ng mL−1 for abacavir and efavirenz, and 10–30,000 ngmL−1 for valganciclovir in serum samples. The limit of detection and limit of quantification concentrations of the HPLC method were 3.80 and 12.68 ng mL−1 for abacavir, 2.61 and 8.69 ng mL−1 for efavirenz, 1.30 and 4.32 ng mL−1 for valganciclovir. The method has been applied, without any interference from excipients or endogenous substances, for the simultaneous determination of these three compounds in human serum.

Ascorbic acid is the most common electroactive biological compound found in some plant species (e.g., Citrus species, Rosa species). The electrochemical oxidation of ascorbic acid was investigated by cyclic, linear sweep, differential pulse (DPV),
and square wave (SWV) voltammetry. For analytical purposes, a very well-resolved diffusion-controlled voltammetric peak was
obtained in acetate buffer at pH 3.50 for DPV and SWV. The linear response was obtained in the range of 3.52–176.1 μg/mL with
a detection limit of 0.88 μg/mL for DPV and 0.52 μg/mL for SWV. Based on this study, simple, rapid, selective, and sensitive
voltammetric methods were developed for the determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical dosage forms and Rosa species (R. dumalis ssp. boissieri var. boissieri, R. canina, R. pulverulenta, R. heckeliana ssp. vanheurckiana, and R. montana subsp. woronowii). The results obtained are compared with the HPLC data. The developed methods enable the extracts to be analyzed without
the necessity of any time-consuming separation.
