The combination of coumarin derivative (7-(1,3-dithiolan-2-yl)-9,10-dihydroxy-6H-benzofuro[3,2-c]chromen-6-on), (DC)–titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2) and ionic liquid (IL) yields nanostructured electrochemical sensor, formed a novel kind of structurally uniform and electrocatalytic activity material. This new ionic liquid–TiO2 nanoparticles modified carbon paste electrode (IL–CTP) due to its enhanced conductivity presented very large current response from electroactive substrates. The modified electrode was characterized by different methods including a scanning electron microscope (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and voltammetry. A pair of well-defined quasi reversible redox peaks of coumarin derivative was obtained at the modified carbon paste electrode (DC/IL–CTP) by direct electron transfer between the coumarin derivative and the CP electrode. Dramatically enhanced electrocatalytic activity was exemplified at the DC/IL–CTP electrode, as an electrochemical sensor to study the electro oxidation of levodopa (LD) and carbidopa (CD). Based on differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), the oxidation of LD and CD exhibited the dynamic range between 0.10– 900.0 μM and 20.0–900.0 μM respectively, and the detection limit (3σ) for LD and CD were 41 nM and 0.38 μM, respectively. DPV was used for simultaneous determination of LD and CD at the DC/IL–CTP electrode, and quantitation of LD and CD in some real samples (such as tablets of Parkin-C Fort and Madopar, Sinemet, water, urine, and human blood serum) by the standard addition method.  相似文献

Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) with different molecular weights (Mw = 200, 400, 1000) were phosphorylated to their bis‐diphenyl phosphinite derivatives as stable solids which are melted in the range 140–160°C. These phosphorylated PEGs were used as ligands and reducing agents to generate nano‐Pd(0) catalysts in 2.5–8.3 nm. The nano‐Pd(0) particles supported on phosphorylated PEG200 were applied for the efficient Heck–Mizoroki carbon–carbon coupling reactions of ArX (X = Cl, Br, I) at 80–100°C under solvent‐free conditions and for the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction in ethanol at 70°C. Density functional calculations were performed on bonding and structural features of [(ηn-BH4)TM(CO)4] (n = 1, 2, 3; TM = Cr, Mo) complexes. Calculations show that the ground state is bidentate which is in good agreement with experimental results. It has been found that the bridge and terminal hydrogen atoms will interchange by two pathways: (i) twist of BH4 about one of the bridge B-H and (ii) twist of BH4 about one of the terminal B-H. The molecular orbital calculations and natural bond orbital methodologies for different isomers of these complexes have been evaluated. The final results indicate that case (i) is more preferable relative to another case.  相似文献

A simple and efficient synthesis for the preparation of unusual charge‐separated pyridinium (thio)barbiturate zwitterion derivatives was achieved via a one‐pot reaction of (thio)barbituric acid derivatives and 2‐pyridinecarbaldehyde under solvent‐free condition and also in methanol under refluxing. The structure of the compounds was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT‐IR, mass and X‐ray analysis. The mechanism of the formation is discussed. Instead, no related pyridinium zwitterion was afforded from the reaction between dimedone and 2‐pyridinecarbaldehyde under the same conditions and its xanthene derivative was obtained.  相似文献

A new tryptophyllin‐like peptide family was found in the skin secretion of the tree frog Hyla savignyi. Peptides were characterized by database‐independent sequencing strategies and specific ion fragmentation features were investigated. Skin secretions from specimens of Hyla savignyi were collected by mild electrical stimulation. Peptides were separated by reversed‐phase nano‐high‐performance liquid chromatography (nanoHPLC) and mass spectra were acquired online by electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FTICR‐MS). Peptides were characterized by manual de novo sequencing and by composition‐based sequencing (CBS), appearing mostly as C‐terminal free acids and as their acid amide analogs. Amide peptides yielded lower intensities of y‐type ions after collision‐induced dissociation (CID) than their acid analogs. A mechanism of internal b‐ion formation (positive ion mode) and of CO2 elimination (negative ion mode) is proposed. We also exemplified phenomena such as the proline effect and formation of non‐direct sequence ions after sequence rearrangements. The occurrence of rearrangement products, of internal ions and of the proline effect made the CID spectra highly complex. CBS analysis nevertheless resulted in successful and highly reliable sequence analysis. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

N,N′‐Diiodo‐N,N′‐1,2‐ethandiylbis(p‐toluene sulfonamide) (NIBTS) is a good and new reagent for synthesis of 2‐arylbenzimidazoles and 2‐arylbenzothiazoles at room temperature under solvent‐free condition with good to high yield. Absence of solvent, short reaction times, non‐corrosive, operational simplicity and environmentally friendliness are the main advantages of this procedure.  相似文献
