The effect of a high-voltage pulse electric discharge (HVPED) on the electron spectra of CuSO4, Ni(NO3)2, NiCl2, CoSO4, and Co(NO3)2 aqueous solutions is investigated. It is found that the salt system activation by HVPED can change the configurations of electron shells of molecular ions. It is stated that the processes of post-activation structural relaxation of CuSO4/H2O solution are rather long-term. It is shown that the character of the HVPED effect on the electron spectra of solutions significantly depends on the solution composition and the intensity of interparticle interactions therein. 相似文献

The potentials of a split microtron with an electron beam energy of up to 70 MeV for the gamma activation analysis of some natural samples were studied. Certified reference materials of bottom sediments—terrigenous clay (SDO-1), volcanic-terrigenous mud (SDO-2), and lime mud (SDO-3)—were used as model samples. The samples were irradiated with photons generated upon the deceleration of an electronic beam with an energy of 20–50 MeV. The beam was controlled by placing a gold foil before the test sample. Activation products of C, Cl, Na, Mg, Ti, Fe, Ca, Zr, Mn, Rb, Sr, Ni, Co, Y, As, Ba, Zn, Cs, Sc, Cr, and Ce were identified by gamma lines using a high-purity germanium detector. 相似文献

Optical characteristics of the HfO2 − x

and TiO2 − x

films obtained by reactive ion beam sputtering have been investigated by spectral ellipsometry. The chemical composition
of the films was determined using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The nitrogen content in the oxynitride films (determined
by the N2/O2 ratio in the gas mixture during synthesis) reached ≈9 at % for TiO2 − x
N
x
and ≈ 6 at % for HfO2 − x
N
x
. It is found that the dispersion relations n(λ) and k(λ) for the TiO2 − x
N
x
films change from those characteristic of titanium dioxide to those typical of titanium nitride with an increase in the nitrogen
content from 0 to ≈9 at %. The optical parameters of the HfO2 − x
N
x
films depend weakly on the nitrogen content in the range 0–6 at %.
