In situ transformations of selenidostannate frameworks in ionic liquids (ILs) were initiated by treatment of the starting phase K2[Sn2Se5] and the consecutive reaction products by means of temperature increase and/or amine addition. Along the reaction pathway, the framework dimensionalities of the five involved selenidostannate anions develop from 3D to 1D and back, both in top‐down and bottom‐up style. Addition of ethane‐1,2‐diamine (en) led to the reversion of the 2D→1D step from 2D‐{[Sn24Se56]16?} to 1D‐{[Sn6Se14]4?}. As rationalized by DFT investigations, the 2D anion is thermodynamically favored. Photoconductivity measurements reveal that all samples show Schottky contact behavior with absolute thresholds below 10 V. One of the samples exhibits conductive states within the energy range of visible photons. 相似文献

Abstract On the basis of experimental results obtained in the present and some other works a model of melting of rare gas solids within bubbles formed in a crystalline metal matrix as a result of ion implantation is proposed. Rare gas solid is supposed to melt on heating at the expense of the bubble volume expansion by emission of a dislocation loop. On this basis the melting temperature can be estimated as one which is enough to provide for a pressure inside a bubble sufficient for the initiation of the dislocation loop punching. The ability to control the interplay of materials with low‐energy photons is important as visible light offers several appealing features compared to ultraviolet radiation (less damaging, more selective, predominant in the solar spectrum, possibility to increase the penetration depth). Two different metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) were synthesized from the same linker bearing all‐visible ortho‐fluoroazobenzene photoswitches as pendant groups. The MOFs exhibit different architectures that strongly influence the ability of the azobenzenes to isomerize inside the voids. The framework built with Al‐based nodes has congested 1D channels that preclude efficient isomerization. As a result, local light–heat conversion can be used to alter the CO2 adsorption capacity of the material on exposure to green light. The second framework, built with Zr nodes, provides enough room for the photoswitches to isomerize, which leads to a unique bistable photochromic MOF that readily responds to blue and green light. The superiority of green over UV irradiation was additionally demonstrated by reflectance spectroscopy and analysis of digested samples. This material offers promising perspectives for liquid‐phase applications such as light‐controlled catalysis and adsorptive separation. 相似文献

We prove a theorem that gives a large array of new counterexamples to the known Baer (1949) and S. Chernikov (1959) problems related to socle groups. All these counterexamples are semisimple groups. We also establish many new properties of locally subinvariant semisimple subgroups. In the present record a model for the gas-phase reactions during the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes of group 13-15 materials is presented, based on the results of extensive quantum-chemical modeling. Thermodynamic criteria have been introduced to evaluate the importance of a range of association reactions. For the organometallic and hydride derivatives, association processes are found to be favorable both thermodynamically and kinetically. Formation of high mass association products takes place under CVD conditions, including laser-assisted CVD. Structural and thermodynamic properties of the most important ring and cluster intermediates have been predicted. The stoichiometry-controlled synthesis of the 13-15 ternary alloys and nanoparticles using cluster compounds as single-source precursors is predicted to be viable. The association pathway described may be generalized to the CVD reactions of many binary materials (12-16, 13-16, 13-15, 14-15, 14-16). 相似文献

Laminar-turbulent transition in circular Couette flow is discussed. Phenomenological equations are proposed describing the breakdown of azimuthal waves coherency. The correspondence is established between the flow turbulization and the stochastic attractor in the phase space of these equations. Evolution of attractor structure is investigated experimentally in terms of motion in some effective phase space. It is shown that during the transition to turbulence the increase in number of degrees of freedom is combined with the stochastic behaviour of rapid motion envelopes. 相似文献

Tissue water content is an important diagnostic parameter that can be used for estimation of water loss in muscles such as common dehydration during high endurance exercises. It could be also applied for evaluation of the increased fluids content in the tissue caused by the variety of pathological conditions or edemas. Ultrasonic method for tissue water content monitoring is based on the premise that the speed of a bulk or compression sound wave is determined mainly by the molecular content of the tissue. Most soft tissues, including muscles that consist of about 70-80% water, exhibit shift of the ultrasound velocity associated with the change in their water content. In the present paper, we tested the feasibility of assessing changes in tissue water content by measurements of ultrasound velocity in ex vivo animal muscle tissues. An increase in the ultrasound velocity correlated with the volumetric water loss in the tissue was observed when other tissue components (proteins, fat) remained constant. Possibility to assess muscle dehydration with 1% accuracy was confirmed in model dehydration experiments, where ultrasound velocity slope of about 3 m/s per 1% of water loss was revealed at measurement error less than 2 m/s. Hence, the ultrasonic approach can provide basis for a convenient, lightweight system in sports medicine for monitoring total body hydration during long-term endurance exercise in hot conditions, as well as for edemas monitoring and other medical applications. 相似文献
