The immobilization of Rose Bengal onto Merrifield resin and its application in the light-driven metal-free thiocyanation of azaheterocycles in continuo were investigated. The supported photocatalyst was used in batch reactions under heterogeneous conditions, with different azaheterocycles, and proved to efficiently promote the reaction. Its recovery and recycle were also demonstrated for up to four times. The resin-supported Rose Bengal was then employed under continuous flow conditions, affording thiocyanate functionalized azaheterocycles with higher space-time-yields than the in-batch transformations, and in a shorter reaction time. The easily modification of the SCN groups was also demonstrated by synthetizing trifluoromethyl thioethers and sulfenyl tetrazoles derivates in high yields.  相似文献

Peptide-based hydrogels are of great interest in the biomedical field according to their biocompatibility, simple structure and tunable properties via sequence modification. In recent years, multicomponent assembly of peptides have expanded the possibilities to produce more versatile hydrogels, by blending gelating peptides with different type of peptides to add new features. In the present study, the assembly of gelating P5 peptide SFFSF blended with P21 peptide, SFFSFGVPGVGVPGVGSFFSF, an elastin-inspired peptides or, alternatively, with FF dipeptide, was investigated by oscillatory rheology and different microscopy techniques in order to shed light on the nanotopologies formed by the self-assembled peptide mixtures. Our data show that, depending on the added peptides, cooperative or disruptive assembly can be observed giving rise to distinct nanotopologies to which correspond different mechanical properties that could be exploited to fabricate materials with desired properties.  相似文献

This study reports curcumin as an efficient photolarvicide against Aedes aegypti larvae under natural light illumination. Larval mortality and pupal formation were monitored daily for 21 days under simulated field conditions. In a sucrose-containing formulation, a lethal time 50 (LT50) of 3 days was found using curcumin at 4.6 mg L−1. This formulation promoted no larval toxicity in the absence of illumination, and sucrose alone did not induce larval phototoxicity. The photodegradation byproducts (intermediates) of curcumin were determined and the photodegradation mechanisms proposed. Intermediates with m/z 194, 278, and 370 were found and characterized using LC-MS. The ecotoxicity of the byproducts on non-target organisms (Daphnia, fish, and green algae) indicates that the intermediates do not exhibit any destructive potential for aquatic organisms. The results of photodegradation and ecotoxicity suggest that curcumin is environmentally safe for non-target organisms and, therefore, can be considered for population control of Ae. aegypti.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to study oscillation of fourth-order neutral differential equation. By using Riccati substitution and comparison technique, new oscillation conditions are obtained which insure that all solutions of the studied equation are oscillatory. Tanacetum parthenium (feverfew) has traditionally been employed as a phytotherapeutic remedy in the treatment of migraine. In this study, a commercial T. parthenium water extract was investigated to explore its anti-inflammatory and neuromodulatory effects. Isolated mouse cortexes were exposed to a K+ 60 mM Krebs-Ringer buffer and treated with T. parthenium water extract. The prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) level, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), interleukin-10 (IL-10), and IL-1β gene expression were evaluated in the cortex. The effects on dopamine (DA) release and dopamine transporter (DAT) gene expression were assayed in hypothalamic HypoE22 cells. A bioinformatics analysis was conducted to further investigate the mechanism of action. The extract was effective in reducing cortex PGE2 release and IL-1β gene expression. In the same experimental system, IL-10 and BDNF gene expressions increased, and in HypoE22 cells, the extract decreased the extracellular dopamine level and increased the DAT gene expression due to the direct interaction of parthenolide with the DAT. Overall, the present findings highlight the efficacy of T. parthenium water extract in controlling the inflammatory pathways that occur during cortical-spreading depression. Additionally, the inhibition of the hypothalamic DA release observed in this study further supports the role of dopaminergic pathways as key targets for novel pharmacological approaches in the management of migraine attacks.  相似文献

In this study, the role of two reactive fillers, specifically a sand from a clay washing process as an alternative to waste glass powder and a commercial metakaolin (MK), into the geopolymerization process of waste clay-based materials was assessed. Three kinds of clayey wastes from mining operations—halloysitic, kaolinitic and smectitic clays—were tested as potential precursor of geopolymeric materials in view of a potential valorisation of these by-products. A mix-design based on the addition of low percentages (20%) of these fillers or MK to improve the mechanical and chemico-physical properties of geopolymeric formulations was evaluated. All the clays were thermally treated at a temperature of 650 °C, while the geopolymeric pastes were cured at room temperature. In particular, the chemical stability in water (pH and ionic conductivity of leachate water, weight loss), the variations in the microstructure (XRD, SEM), and in the mechanical performance (compressive strength) were analysed. The most reactive additive was MK, followed by sand and waste glass at very similar levels—1:1 or 2:1—depending upon the type of the clay but not strictly related to the clay type. The increase of geopolymeric gel densification due to the presence of MK and sand was replaced by a crack deflection mechanism in the case of the WG grains. The worst performance (chemical stability and mechanical properties) was found for the halloysitic clay, while kaolinitic and smectitic clays developed strengths slightly below 30 MPa.  相似文献

A novel three-step four-transformation approach to highly functionalized 5-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid esters, starting from commercially available phenylsulfonylacetonitrile, aldehydes, and N-(diphenylmethylene)glycine tert-butyl ester, was developed. The one-pot strategy delivered this class of amidines bearing, for the first time, three contiguous stereocenters, in good to high yield and diastereoselectivity. The entire sequence was carried out using diethyl carbonate and 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran as benign solvents, operating under metal-free conditions. The process could be conveniently scaled-up, and the synthetic utility of the products was demonstrated.  相似文献

We study asymptotic behavior in a class of nonautonomous second order parabolic equations with time periodic unbounded coefficients in R×Rd. Our results generalize and improve asymptotic behavior results for Markov semigroups having an invariant measure. We present a KAM theory for some dissipative systems (geometrically, these are conformally symplectic systems, i.e. systems that transform a symplectic form into a multiple of itself). For systems with n degrees of freedom depending on n parameters we show that it is possible to find solutions with a fixed n-dimensional (Diophantine) frequency by adjusting the parameters.  相似文献
