Formal series of powers of Fourier coefficients for the effective elastic constants of a heterogeneous material (Herring’s series) are considered. It is demonstrated that, on their basis, all the known exact solutions of an elastic problem for a two-dimensional two-phase composite can be found. It is also shown how a full renormalization of the series for the inverse bulk modulus can be carried out. A general expression for Young’s modulus is deduced, leading to considerable simplifications in some special cases. All results have been obtained without any restrictions on the Fourier coefficients of local parameters of the composite. 相似文献

The S- and N-shaped current—voltage characteristics have been studied for composite films of the conjugated polymer polyfluorene and ZnO
nanoparticles deposited onto Al and In2O3/SnO2 electrodes with and without an intermediate sublayer of the conducting polymer PEDT/PSS. The differences in the current—
voltage characteristics of the systems (the N- and S-types, respectively) are interpreted using the electro-thermal switching model, which takes into account the structural and
electric properties of PEDT/PSS. The switching provides both alignment of polymer molecules and tunneling of charge carriers,
which leads to an increase in conductivity. The current flow in this structure causes an increase in temperature of conducting
channels; when the temperature reaches certain levels, the conductivity of the channels decreases because the alignment of

CQD/PEDOT:PSS composites were prepared via the hydrothermal method from glucose carbon quantum dots (CQDs) and an aqueous solution of PEDOT:PSS conducting polymer and their electrical and optical properties were investigated. The morphology and structure of these samples were investigated by AFM, SEM, EDX, and EBSD. It was found that the CQDs and CQD/PEDOT:PSS composites had a globular structure with globule sizes of ~50–300 nm depending on the concentration of PEDOT:PSS in these composites. The temperature dependence of the resistivity was obtained for the CQD/PEDOT:PSS (3%, 5%, 50%) composites, which had a weak activation character. The charge transport mechanism was discussed. The dependence of the resistivity on the storage time of the CQD/PEDOT:PSS (3%, 5%, 50%) composites and pure PEDOT:PSS was obtained. It was noted that mixing CQDs with PEDOT:PSS allowed us to obtain better electrical and optical properties than pure CQDs. CQD/PEDOT:PSS (3%, 5%, 50%) composites are more conductive composites than pure CQDs, and the absorbance spectra of CQD/PEDOT:PSS composites are a synergistic effect of interaction between CQDs and PEDOT:PSS. We also note the better stability of the CQD/PEDOT:PSS (50%) composite than the pure PEDOT:PSS film. CQD/PEDOT:PSS (50%) composite is promising for use as stable hole transport layers in devices of flexible organic electronics. 相似文献

In connection with the question of possible existence of sterile neutrino the laboratory on the basis of SM-3 reactor was created to search for oscillations of reactor antineutrino. A prototype of a neutrino detector with scintillator volume of 400 l can be moved at the distance of 6–11 m from the reactor core. The measurements of background conditions have been made. It is shown that the main experimental problem is associated with cosmic radiation background. Test measurements of dependence of a reactor antineutrino flux on the distance from a reactor core have been made. The prospects of search for oscillations of reactor antineutrino at short distances are discussed. 相似文献
