Recently, multi‐parameter potential has been introduced and had been discussed as special cases of other potential model, that is why we are interested to the study of such a potential. In order to study this potential, the D‐dimensional Schrödinger has been presented in detail and the scattering state with any arbitrary J‐state due to this potential has been investigated approximately. After this step, we have discussed analytically the scattering and bound state for some special cases in D‐dimensional situations which play important roles in physics. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

In this paper, Shannon entropy and Fisher information is studied for the screened Kratzer potential model and compared with the screened Coulomb in three dimensions. Our results showed similar higher-order characteristic behavior for position and momentum space. Our numerical results showed that increases in the accuracy of predicting particle location occurred in the position space. Our result shows that the sum of the position and momentum entropies satisfies the lower-bound Berkner, Bialynicki-Birula, and Mycieslki inequality. The Stam-Cramer-Rao inequalities relation for Fisher information and the expectation values were also satisfied for the different eigenstates.  相似文献

In this paper, we calculate the energy spectra and the corresponding wavefunction for the symmetric and asymmetric trigonometric Rosen-Morse potential of the Dirac equation within the framework of spin and pseudospin symmetry limits including the tensor interaction using the supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSYQM) formalism. We have also reported some numerical results and figures to show the effect of tensor interaction.  相似文献

The solutions of the Dirac equation with Modified Tietz and Modified Poschl-Teller scaler and vector potentials including the tensor interaction term for arbitrary spin-orbit quantum number κ are presented. We obtained the energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave functions using the supersymmetry method. To show the accuracy of our results, we calculate the energy eigenvalues numerical for different values of n and κ. It is shown that these results are in good agreement with those found in the literature.  相似文献

The Dirac equation with Hellmann potential is presented in the presence of Coulomb-like tensor (CLT), Yukawa-like tensor (YLT), and Hulthen-type tensor (HLT) interactions by using Nikiforov-Uvarov method. The bound state energy spectra and the radial wave functions are obtained approximately within the framework of spin and pseu- dospin symmetries limit. We have also reported some numerical results and figures to show the effects of the tensor interactions. Special cases of the potential are also discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the approximate bound state solutions of the Dirac equation within the framework of spin and pseudospin symmetries for Eckart potential for arbitrary κ—state using Nikiforov–Uvarov method. The tensor interactions of Coulomb-like and Yukawa-like form are considered and the effects of these tensors and the degeneracy removing role are discussed in detail. We present the bound state solution of Schr?dinger equation in D dimensions for quadratic exponential-type potential for arbitrary l-state. We study the d-dimensional Schrödinger equation for Eckart plus modified deformed Hylleraas potentials using the generalized parametric form of Nikiforov-Uvarov method. We obtain energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave function expressed in terms of Jacobi polynomial. We also discuss two special cases of this potential comprised of the Hulthen potential and the Rosen-Morse potential in three dimensions. Numerical results are also computed for the energy spectrum and the potentials.  相似文献

This paper presents analytical-approximate solutions of the time-fractional Cahn-Hilliard (TFCH) equations of fourth and sixth order using the new iterative method (NIM) and q-homotopy analysis method (q-HAM). We obtained convergent series solutions using these two iterative methods. The simplicity and accuracy of these methods in solving strongly nonlinear fractional differential equations is displayed through the examples provided. In the case where exact solution exists, error estimates are also investigated.  相似文献
