Radical copolymerizations of methyl allyl maleate (MAM) and methyl allyl fumarate (MAF) with styrene (St) are carried out in bulk using AIBN as an initiator at 60°C, and their copolymerization behaviors are compared in detail. The different rate features are observed with each other; thus in the MAF-St copolymerization the rate was quite enhanced and, also, the maximum rate was found at the molar ratio of 1:1 in the monomer feed, whereas no maximum phenomenon of the rate was apparent for the MAM—St copolymerization. The copolymerizability of MAF with St was quite high, whereas that of MAM was very poor. The cyclization of MAM or MAF was hindered by the highly reactive St monomer. These results are discussed in terms of the formation of the charge—transfer complex between MAF and St and, furthermore, the cyclocopolymerization kinetics involving the 17 elementary reactions as the propagation reactions.  相似文献

The oxygen atom of oximes acts as a reactive nucleophile in the iridium-catalyzed allylic substitution of unsymmetrical substrates to give the branched oxime ethers. Among several chiral ligands evaluated, the iridium complex of pybox ligand having phenyl group catalyzed the allylic substitution of phosphates with high activity to form the branched oxime ethers with good enantioselectivities.  相似文献

Feeding experiments with [2-3H3]acetate and [2-13C2H3]acetate in Aspergillus terreus Thom No. 14 indicated that the hydrogen at C-2 in terrecyclic acid A is incorporated without migration from the precursor acetic acid; the results favour our group's earlier speculation for the cyclization to the tricyclic skeleton in the biosynthetic scheme.  相似文献

Full details of the total synthesis of pacidamycin D (4) and its 3'-hydroxy analogue 32 are described. The chemically labile Z-oxyacyl enamide moiety is the most challenging chemical structure found in uridylpeptide natural products. Key elements of our approach to the synthesis of 4 include the efficient and stereocontrolled construction of the Z-oxyvinyl halides 6 and 7 and their copper-catalyzed cross-coupling with the tetrapeptide carboxamide 5, a thermally unstable compound containing a number of potentially reactive functional groups. This synthetic route also allowed us to easily prepare 3'-hydroxy analogue 32. The assemblage by cross-coupling of the Z-oxyvinyl halide 6 and the carboxamide 5 at a late stage of the synthesis provided ready access to a range of uridylpeptide antibiotics and their analogues, despite their inherent labile nature with potential epimerization, simply by altering the tetrapeptide moiety.  相似文献

The self-motion of a benzoquinone (BQ) disk on NADPH was investigated as the coupling of an autonomous motor and an enzyme reaction. In the absence of the enzyme reaction, features of motion changed depending on the concentration of NADPH, that is, continuous motion→ intermittent oscillatory motion→ no motion. When the reverse reaction from NADP(+) to NADPH was introduced into the system with the addition of an enzyme reaction, continuous motion changed to intermittent oscillatory motion with small amplitude. The mechanism of this mode change is discussed in relation to the surface tension as a driving force and the time course of UV spectra as a window to the progress of the reaction. Characteristic features of the mode change were qualitatively reproduced by a numerical calculation.  相似文献

A method for conducting enantioselective bromolactonization reactions of trisubstituted alkenoic acids, using the C(3)-symmetric trisimidazoline 1 and 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethyl hydantoin as a bromine source, has been developed. The process generates chiral δ-lactones that contain a quaternary carbon. The results of studies probing geometrically different olefins show that (Z)-olefins rather than (E)-olefins are favorable substrates for the process. The method is not only applicable to acyclic olefin reactants but can also be employed to transform cyclic trisubstituted olefins into chiral spirocyclic lactones. Finally, the synthetic utility of the newly developed process is demonstrated by its application to a concise synthesis of tanikolide, an antifungal marine natural product.  相似文献

A three step synthesis of 2-pentafluorosulfanylnaphthalene is reported. Initial addition of SF5Cl to benzobarralene was followed by elimination to form 2-pentafluorosulfanylbenzobarralene. Heating of this compound with 3,6-bis-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine led to elimination of the ethylene bridge via a sequence of cycloadditions and retro-cycloadditions to form the title compound.  相似文献

The preparation, X-ray structure, and reactivity of new, highly soluble, and reactive iodonium ylides derived from malonate methyl ester and bearing an ortho substituent on the phenyl ring are reported. These new reagents show higher reactivity than common phenyliodonium ylides in the Rh-catalyzed cyclopropanation, C-H insertion, and transylidation reactions under homogeneous conditions.  相似文献

Over the last few decades, the in vitro motility assay has been performed to probe the biophysical and chemo-mechanical properties as well as the self-organization process of biomolecular motor systems such as actin-myosin and microtubule-kinesin. However, aggression of the reactive oxygen species (ROS) and concomitant termination of the activity of biomolecular motors during investigation remains a drawback of this assay. Despite enzymatic protection that makes use of a combination of glucose, glucose oxidase, and catalase, the active lifetime of biomolecular motors is found to be only a few hours and this short lifetime restricts further study on those systems. We have solved this problem by using a newly developed system of the in vitro motility assay that is conducted in an inert nitrogen gas atmosphere free of ROS. Using microtubule-kinesin as a model system we have shown that our system has prolonged the active lifetime of the biomolecular motor until several days and even a week by protecting it from oxidative damage.  相似文献
