By alternate deposition of Mg and exposure of O2, layer-by-layer growth, polar MgO(111) ultrathin films with Mg-terminated or O-terminated surfaces have been successfully fabricated on Mo(110) substrate. The surface geometric structure and electronic structures of the polar MgO(111) films were investigated using surface analysis techniques including low-energy electron diffraction and photoelectron emission and electron energy loss spectroscopies. The results indicate that the O-terminated surface is of an insulating character, while for Mg-terminated surface, a prominent new surface state at 2-3 eV and appreciable density of states near Fermi level have been observed. The polar oxide films provide ideal model surfaces for further investigation of support-particle system. 相似文献

利用5 kW CO2激光器,在Ni基高温合金表面,熔覆纳米稀土氧化物(Y2O3)/钴基合金复合材料,制备了涂层.利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜分析了熔覆层的组织结构.结果表明: 熔覆层的主要相组成为γ-Co,ε-Co,Cr23C6和Y2O3;加入纳米Y2O3,凝固组织由细长的柱状树枝晶转变为较短的树枝晶;纳米Y2O3含量增大至1%时整个断面获得等轴晶组织;纳米Y2O3作为异质形核的核心,细化了组织;纳米Y2O3在熔覆层中分布不均匀,促进了γ-Co向ε-Co的转变;熔覆层的亚结构为堆跺层错.对熔覆层等轴组织形成机制进行了分析. 相似文献

A novel and sensitive sandwich-type electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor was fabricated on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for ultra trace levels of α-fetoprotein (AFP) based on sandwich immunoreaction strategy by enrichment using magnetic capture probes and quantum dots coated with Au shell (CdS-Au) as the signal tag. The capture probe was prepared by immobilizing the primary antibody of AFP (Ab1) on the core/shell Fe3O4-Au nanoparticles, which was first employed to capture AFP antigens to form Fe3O4-Au/Ab1/AFP complex from the serum after incubation. The product can be separated from the background solution through the magnetic separation. Then the CdS-Au labeled secondary antibody (Ab2) as signal tag (CdS-Au/Ab2) was conjugated successfully with Fe3O4-Au/Ab1/AFP complex to form a sandwich-type immunocomplex (Fe3O4-Au/Ab1/AFP/Ab2/CdS-Au), which can be further separated by an external magnetic field and produce ECL signals at a fixed voltage. The signal was proportional to a certain concentration range of AFP for quantification. Thus, an easy-to-use immunosensor with magnetic probes and a quantum dots signal tag was obtained. The immunosensor performed at a level of high sensitivity and a broad concentration range for AFP between 0.0005 and 5.0 ng mL−1 with a detection limit of 0.2 pg mL−1. The use of magnetic probes was combined with pre-concentration and separation for trace levels of tumor markers in the serum. Due to the amplification of the signal tag, the immunosensor is highly sensitive, which can offer great promise for rapid, simple, selective and cost-effective detection of effective biomonitoring for clinical application. 相似文献

A series of the solid‐solution phosphors Lu3?x?yMnxAl5?xSixO12:yCe3+ is synthesized by solid‐state reaction. The obtained phosphors possess the garnet structure and exhibit similar excitation properties as the phosphor Lu3Al5O12:Ce3+, but with an effectively improved red component in the emission spectrum. This can be attributed to the energy transfer from Ce3+ to Mn2+. Our investigation reveals that electric dipole–quadrupole interactions dominate the energy‐transfer mechanism and that the critical distance determined by the spectral overlap method is about 9.21 Å. The color‐tunable emissions of the Lu3?x?yMnxAl5?xSixO12:yCe3+ phosphor as a function of Mn3Al2Si3O12 content are realized by continuously shifting the chromaticity coordinates from (0.354, 0.570) to (0.462, 0.494). They indicate that the obtained material may have potential application as a blue radiation‐converting phosphor for white LEDs with high‐quality white light. 相似文献

Double‐stranded DNA and multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) complex modified glassy carbon electrodes (DNA‐MWNT‐GCE) were employed to discriminate penicillamine (PA) enantiomers. Cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy and ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy were used to characterize the enantioselective phenomenon. The results indicated that the binding effect between L ‐PA and DNA‐MWNTs was stronger than that of D ‐PA and DNA‐MWNTs. In addition, the influencing factors of the modified electrodes were systematically investigated. The modified electrodes exhibited a linear response towards PA enantiomers from 1.0×10?1 to 1.0×10?8 mol L?1 and detection limits of 3.1×10?9 and 3.3×10?8 mol L?1 for L ‐PA and D ‐PA, respectively. 相似文献
