The excited-state tautomerization dynamics of 7-hydroxyquinoline encapsulated in beta-cyclodextrin is compared with that in pure water by measuring isotope-dependent fluorescence kinetics as well as absorption and emission spectra. The normal species tautomerizes stepwise via forming anionic intermediate species in both systems. However, the enol-deprotonation time (40 ps in water) becomes as large as 170 ps whereas the imine-protonation time of the anionic intermediate (160 ps in water) becomes as short as 85 ps in beta-cyclodextrin. The slow formation and the fast decay of the anionic species are attributed to the unstability of the charged species in hydrophobic cages. Encapsulation can be utilized to enhance fluorescence enormously and to accelerate selective reactions by retarding other processes.  相似文献

The brominolysis of a series of exo- and endo-2-triorganostannylnorbornanes with methyl, isopropyl, neopentyl and cyclohexyl as substituents on tin, proceeds with inversion of configuration for the endo-carbon—tin bond and with retention of configuration for the exo-carbon—tin bond. Oxidation of 1,2-Thiazoles; A Convenient Approach to 1,2-Thiazol-3(2H)-one 1,1-Dioxides The 1,2-thiazoles obtained from 3-chloroalk-2-enals and ammonium thiocyanate ( 7 → 9 , Scheme 1) are easily transformed to 1,2-thiazol-3(2H)-one 1,1-dioxidcs 10 on treatment with H2O2 in AcOH at 80°. Hydrogenation of 10 in AcOH yields the corresponding saturated 1,2-thiazolidin-3-one 1,1-dioxides 16 (Scheme 3). Cycloalka[c]-1,2-thiazoles 18 are prepared from 2-[(thiocyanato)methyliden]cycloalkan-1-ones and ammonia (Scheme 4). Surprisingly, oxidation of 18a with H2O2 in AcOH yields the tricyclic oxaziridine 19.  相似文献

An amperometric biosensor based on tyrosinase immobilized in silicate/Nafion composite film has been developed for the determination of phenolic compounds. The Nafion polymer in the composite was used not only to overcome the brittleness of the pure sol-gel-derived silicate film but also to increase the long-term stability of the biosensor. Tyrosinase was immobilized by a thin film of silicate/Nafion composite on a glassy carbon electrode. Phenolic compounds were determined by the direct reduction of biocatalytically-liberated quinone species at −200 mV versus Ag/AgCl (3 M NaCl). The process parameters for the fabrication of the enzyme electrode and various experimental variables such as pH and operating potential were explored for optimum analytical performance of the enzyme electrode. The biosensor can reach 95% of steady-state current in about 15 s. The sensitivities of the biosensor for catechol and phenol were 200 and 46 mA/M, respectively. A detection limit of 0.35 mM catechol was obtained with a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The enzyme electrode retained 74% of its initial activity after 2 weeks of storage in 50 mM phosphate buffer at pH 7.  相似文献

研究了在常温,常压及惰性气体稀释的条件下,用脉冲电晕放电进行的甲烷氧化偶联(OCM)反应。在各种实验条件下,产物CZ烃由一6o/o乙烯,-70rk乙烷和一87%乙炔组成。甲烷的转化率及CZ烃的生成速率依赖于反应气中甲烷与氧气的比值,它们的流速及直流电源的电压等n通过调节这些实验条件,甲烷转化为C4烃的转化率可得到优化,在45kV高压,30ml。/min的流速下(反应气体组成为95%CHn与50/0O2),CZ烃的最高选择性可达85O/O。当反应气体组成为80%CH4和20O/oOZ时,甲烷的最高转化率达23%。在间歇式反应器中,甲烷转化率随反应时间增长而提高,反应75分钟时甲烷转化率达7lO/O,而CZ烃的产物分布,尤其是乙炔的含量随反应时间增长而明显降低,这些实验结果支持了文献中提出的ZCH4~CZH6—CZH4~CZHZ~CO/COZ反应历程。  相似文献

We report on the high-pressure pulsed-laser deposition growth of periodic arrays of free-standing single zinc oxide nanowires with uniform hexagonal arrangement and cross-section with thickness of less than 100 nm. In order to achieve the wire alignment, we prepared an ordered array of catalytic gold seed particles by a nanosphere lithography mask transfer technique using monodisperse spherical polystyrol nanoparticles. These templates were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy prior to nanowire growth. X-ray diffraction revealed the epitaxial relationships between the nanostructures and the a-plane sapphire substrate and excellent crystal quality.
