We report on the development of semiconductor double-chirped mirrors with the group delay dispersion of ?3,800 ± 100 fs2 in the wavelength range between 1,058 ÷ 1,064 nm and reflectivity of 99.1 %. The simplified plane-wave reflection transfer method was used to design the mirror multilayer stack. The mirror contains an epitaxial AlAs/GaAs structure topped with a SiNx antireflective layer.  相似文献

We perform a proof-theoretical investigation of two modal predicate logics: global intuitionistic logic GI and global intuitionistic fuzzy logic GIF. These logics were introduced by Takeuti and Titani to formulate an intuitionistic set theory and an intuitionistic fuzzy set theory together with their metatheories. Here we define analytic Gentzen style calculi for GI and GIF. Among other things, these calculi allows one to prove Herbrands theorem for suitable fragments of GI and GIF.Work Supported by C. The μ-opioid receptors belong to the family of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), and their activation triggers a cascade of intracellular relays with the final effect of analgesia. Classical agonists of this receptor, such as morphine, are the main targets in the treatment of both acute and chronic pain. However, the dangerous side effects, such as respiratory depression or addiction, significantly limit their widespread use. The allosteric centers of the receptors exhibit large structural diversity within particular types and even subtypes. Currently, a considerable interest is aroused by the modulation of μ-opioid receptors. The application of such a technique may result in a reduction in the dose or even discontinuation of classical opiates, thus eliminating the side effects typical of this class of drugs. Our aim is to obtain a series of 1-aryl-5,6(1H)dioxo-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]imidazole derivatives and provide more information about their activity and selectivity on OP3 (MOP, human mu opioid receptor). The study was based on an observation that some carbonyl derivatives of 1-aryl-2-aminoimidazoline cooperate strongly with morphine or DAMGO in sub-threshold doses, producing similar results to those of normal active doses. To elucidate the possible mechanism of such enhancement, we performed a few in vitro functional tests (involving cAMP and β-arrestin recruitment) and a radioligand binding assay on CHO-K1 cells with the expression of the OP3 receptor. One of the compounds had no orthosteric affinity or intrinsic activity, but inhibited the efficiency of DAMGO. These results allow to conclude that this compound is a negative allosteric modulator (NAM) of the human μ-opioid receptor.  相似文献

Mesoporous TiO(2) nanocontainers (NCs) covered with polyelectrolyte multilayers were adsorbed on self-assembled monolayer (SAM) modified gold substrates at different values of pH and ionic strength. The adsorption process was followed in situ by means of a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and the morphology of the adsorbate was investigated by means of FE-SEM images taken of the substrates after each adsorption process. Deposition could be achieved if either the particles and the surface had opposite charge, or if the salt concentration was sufficiently high, reducing the repulsion between the spheres and the surface. In the latter case the adsorption kinetics could be explained in the context of the DLVO-theory. Using conditions of like charges, one has a means to control the speed of deposition by means of ionic strength. However, interparticle aggregation and cluster deposition on the surface were observed at high ionic strength. Such conditions have to be avoided to obtain a uniform deposition of separated nanocontainers on the surface.  相似文献

Electrical conductivity of solid systems AgX-MX2 (where M=Cd, Co, Zn and X=Cl, Br) were measured in a large range of temperature and compositions. Activation energies and conductivity values vs. composition are presented and discussed in relation to phase equilibria in the respective systems. Maximum of the conductivity value and stabilization of the activation energy have been found for silver halides doped heavily with divalent cation e.g. in the systems forming solid solutions on the silver halide side. Disorder in AgBr on the approach to melting, expected to be higher than in AgCl, has been shown by means of original DSC curves presented for both halides.  相似文献

In the present study, cylindrical and laterally elongated pillar array columns were investigated for use in capillary electrochromatography. Minimal theoretical plate heights of H = 1.90 and 1.46 μm (in absence of sidewall effect) were obtained for coumarin C440 under unretained conditions for cylindrical and rectangular (laterally elongated, aspect ratio 4) pillar array columns, respectively. By comparing dispersion at the entire channel width to that at the central zone only, it appears that sidewall related dispersion significantly contributes to overall dispersion. A 40% reduction of the plate height was observed by taking into account only the central channel zone. A kinetic plot analysis was performed to evaluate the potential of the studied geometries by considering a maximum operating voltage of 20 kV as limiting parameter. It was demonstrated that rectangular radially elongated pillars produce a higher efficiency than cylindrical pillars and other microfabricated column structures for microchip capillary electrochromatography previously studied.  相似文献

Collagen fibril/(calcium phosphate and carbonate) composite coatings on 316L stainless steel were developed with a cathodic deposition technique. The response of SaOS-2 osteoblast-like cells to the collagen/calcium salt-coated 316L steel was investigated. The collagen fibrils were self-assembled on the 316L steel surface and immobilized by their partial incorporation into a calcium salt layer electrodeposited cathodically in Hanks’ solution. The amount of calcium salt depended on the applied cathodic potential. The mineralization of collagen fibrils was observed. The collagen coverage localized and the composition of calcium salts varied on the same specimen. Such non-uniform surfaces affected the cell response. The observed outlines of cell bodies and nuclei on the thin collagen coating were clearer than those on the thick collagen coating in most cases. The collagen coating did not significantly influence the mean viability of cells on the whole specimen surface. Interestingly, the alkaline phosphatase activity per cell on the collagen/calcium salt-coated specimens was higher than that on the as-received specimen. It was revealed that cathodic deposition is an effective technique to immobilize collagen fibrils on a 316L steel surface.  相似文献
