The contribution from the solid-phase interactions in the PbO + Sb2O3 and PbO + Bi2O3 activating compositions to the multichannel process of GaAs thermal oxidation has been determined by spatial separation of the oxides. The solid-phase interactions make a positive contribution to the overall negative nonlinear effect in the dependence of the oxide film thickness on the GaAs surface on the activator batch composition. The contributions from the oxide interactions on the semiconductor surface and in the gas phase have been evaluated for the PbO + Sb2O3 composition.  相似文献

Light scattering and dielectric spectroscopy measurements were performed on the room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) [C4mim][NTf2] in a broad temperature and frequency range. Ionic conductivity was used to estimate self-diffusion of ions, while light scattering was used to study structural relaxation. We demonstrate that the ionic diffusion decouples from the structural relaxation process as the temperature of the sample decreases toward T(g). The strength of the decoupling appears to be significantly lower than that expected for a supercooled liquid of similar fragility. The structural relaxation process in the RTIL follows well the high-temperature mode coupling theory (MCT) scenario. Using the MCT analysis we estimated the dynamic crossover temperature in [C4mim][NTf2] to be T(c) ~ 225 ± 5 K. However, our analysis reveals no sign of the dynamic crossover in the ionic diffusion process.  相似文献

In this study, we develop an approximate formulation for two‐dimensional nonlinear Sobolev problems by focusing on pseudospectral meshless radial point interpolation (PSMRPI) which is a kind of locally applied radial basis function interpolation and truthfully a meshless approach. In the PSMRPI method, the nodal points do not need to be regularly distributed and can even be quite arbitrary. It is easy to have high order derivatives of unknowns in terms of the values at nodal points by constructing operational matrices. The convergence and stability of the technique in some sense are studied via some examples to show the validity and trustworthiness of the PSMRPI technique.  相似文献

Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles were obtained in the course of reaction in microemulsion system stabilized by surfactant (sodium bis-2-ethylhexylsulfosuccinate). By the methods of X-ray phase analysis, IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and electron microscopy the presence of crystals in the samples of hydroxyapatite as the main phase, and detected the formation of additional calcium phosphate compounds was demonstrated.  相似文献

The surface of GaAs(111) and InAs(111) substrates has been investigated by transmission and scanning electron microscopy after thermal treatment in selenium vapor. A pseudomorphic growth of single-crystal phases of indium selenide In2Se3(111) and gallium selenide Ga2Se3(111) is found; these compounds are crystallized into a sphalerite lattice with ordered stoichiometric cation vacancies. A model of an atomic surface is proposed for the In2Se3(111) and Ga2Se3(111) structures. The reconstruction of the (√3 × √3)-R30° surface of GaAs(111) and InAs(111) after treatment in Se vapor is considered within this model.  相似文献

The ionization mechanisms of several atmospheric pressure ion sources based on desorption and ionization of samples deposited on a surface were studied. Home-built desorption electrospray ionization (DESI), laserspray ionization (LSI), and atmospheric pressure matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (AP-MALDI) sources were characterized using low-molecular-weight compounds, in particular fluorescent dyes. Detection of the desorbed and ionized species was performed by laser-induced fluorescence and ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry. The dependences of the signal intensities on various experimental parameters were studied. The data obtained reveals common features, such as formation of solvated species and clusters in the ionization processes, in all of the techniques considered.  相似文献

We present detailed studies of the relationship between ionic conductivity and segmental relaxation in polymer electrolytes. The analysis shows that the ionic conductivity can be decoupled from segmental dynamics and the strength of the decoupling correlates with the fragility but not with the glass transition temperature. These results call for a revision of the current picture of ionic transport in polymer electrolytes. We relate the observed decoupling phenomenon to frustration in packing of rigid polymers, where the loose local structure is also responsible for the increase in their fragility.  相似文献
