Amorphous films of some μm in thickness, prepared by low temperature condensation in an ultra-high vacuum onto liquid helium cooled substrates, have been studied in situ by using an X-ray diffractometer operating in a symmetrical reflection mode. The structure factor of gallium has been obtained over the wavevector range 1.3 to 16.1 Å by means of two wavelengths, CrK and MoK, monochromatized by balanced filters. The average number of nearest neighbours deduced from the well-resolved first maximum in the radial distribution function is equal to 9.3 atoms. The results are compared to those previously found by electron diffraction measurements on thin films and also to the structure of supercooled liquid.  相似文献

Olmutinib (Olita?) is an orally bioavailable third generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Olmutinib was approved in South Korea in May 2016 for the treatment of patients suffering from locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor T790M mutation‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer. Reactive olmutinib intermediates may be responsible for the severe side effects associated with the treatment. However, literature review revealed no previous reports on the structural identification of reactive olmutinib metabolites. In this work, the formation of reactive olmutinib metabolites in rat liver microsomes was investigated. Methoxylamine, glutathione, and potassium cyanide were used as capturing agents for aldehyde, iminoquinones, and iminium intermediates, respectively. The stable complexes formed were identified using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. The major phase I metabolic pathway observed in vitro was hydroxylation of the piperazine ring. Seven potential reactive intermediates were characterized, including three iminium ions, three iminoquinones, and one aldehyde. Based on the findings, various bioactivation pathways were postulated. Hence, identifying the reactive intermediates of olmutinib that may be the cause of severe side effects can provide new insights, leading to improved treatments for patients.  相似文献

The propagation of linear and nonlinear dust ion acoustic waves (DIAWs) are studied in a collisionless magnetized plasma which consists of warm ions having anisotropic thermal pressure, nonthermal (energetic) electrons and static dust particles of positive and negative charge polarity. The anisotropic ion pressure is defined using double adiabatic Chew‐Golberger‐Low (CGL) theory. In the linear regime, the propagation properties of the two possible modes are investigated via ion pressure anisotropy, dust particle polarity and nonthermality of electrons. Using reductive method Zakharov‐Kuznetsov (ZK) equation is derived for the propagation of two dimensional electrostatic dust ion acoustic solitary waves in dusty plasmas. It is found that both compressive and rarefactive solitons are formed in presence of nonthermal electrons using Cairn's distribution [R.A. Cairns, A.A. Mamun, R. Bingham, R.O. Dendy, R. Bostrom, C.M.C. Nairn and P.K. Shukla, Geophys.Res. Lett. 22 , 2709 (1995)] in the system. The ion pressure anisotropy, nonthermality of electrons and charge polarity of the dust particles have significant effects on the amplitude and width of the dust ion acoustic solitary waves in such anisotropic nonthermal magnetized dusty plasmas. The numerical results are also presented for illustration. Our finding is applicable to space dusty plasma regimes having anisotropic ion pressure and nonthermal electrons. A facile and efficient method for synthesis of fenamic acid hydrazides from their acids in one-step reaction under microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions was developed. LiSn2P3O12 with sodium (Na) super ionic conductor (NASICON)-type rhombohedral structure was successfully obtained at low sintering temperature, 600 °C via citric acid-assisted sol-gel method. However, when the sintering temperature increased to 650 °C, triclinic structure coexisted with the rhombohedral structure as confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. Conductivity–temperature dependence of all samples were studied using impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range 30 to 500 °C, and bulk, grain boundary and total conductivity increased as the temperature increased. The highest bulk conductivity found was 3.64?×?10?5 S/cm at 500 °C for LiSn2P3O12 sample sintered at 650 °C, and the lowest bulk activation energy at low temperature was 0.008 eV, showing that sintering temperature affect the conductivity value. The voltage stability window for LiSn2P3O12 sample sintered at 600 °C at ambient temperature was up to 4.4 V. These results indicated the suitability of the LiSn2P3O12 to be exploiting further for potential applications as solid electrolytes in electrochemical devices.  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) have widely been studied and a special concern because of their mutagenic and carcinogenic activities. In this study, natural- and chemically modified-bentonite were characterized by means of N2 adsorption method, XRD, SEM, FT-IR, elemental and thermal analysis and zeta potential techniques and their adsorption behavior were then investigated toward naphthalene, which is the first member of the PAHs. The effects of various experimental parameters such as pH, contact time and temperature on adsorption were tested in the experiments. The optimum pH values for naphthalene adsorption onto natural bentonite (NB) and hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide modified bentonite (HB) were found to be as 4.00 and 5.97, respectively. The equilibrium contact time was 60 min for both of the adsorbent. A comparison of the linear and nonlinear method of three widely used kinetic models, which are Lagergren-first order, the pseudo-second-order and Elovich kinetics, and the most popular isotherms, which are Langmuir and Freundlich, were examined to the experimental data of the adsorption of naphthalene onto NB and HB. The kinetic results indicated that the pseudo-second-order kinetic model with high correlation coefficients was more suitable than the other kinetic models e.g. Lagergren first-order and Elovich. All results showed that the modified bentonite can be used as an adsorbent to remove PAHs from aqueous solutions by using adsorption method due to its effectiveness, simplicity and low-cost than the other conventional methods.  相似文献

Abstract

Inorganic–organic hybrid cyclomatrix type polyphosphazene microspheres (poly[cyclotriphosphazene-co-(4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane)]) (HDMS) and poly[cyclotetraphosphazene-co-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane)] (ODMS) were prepared to investigate their possible use as alternative adsorbents for the comparative study on Pb(II) ions removal from aqueous solutions. The structures of the microspheres were elucidated by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) measurements, and the surface morphologies were also observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The adsorption of Pb(II) ions onto HDMS and ODMS from aqueous solutions was examined by means of pH, temperature, contact time and concentration. Furthermore, adsorption kinetics and isotherm models were applied and the experimental data fitted well with Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetic models. The maximum adsorption capacities of HDMS and ODMS for Pb(II) ions were obtained as 157.8 and 308.0?mg g?1 at 20?°C and pH 5.5, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

O, O’-Dialkyl and alkylene dithiophosphatogold (III)dichloride complexes of the type [(RO)2PS2]AuCl2 and [S2POGO]AuCl2, where R?=?Et, nPr, iPr, iBu, Ph, cyclohexyl and cyclopentyl, where G?=?CMe2CMe2-, have been synthesized in 80-90% yields by reaction of the corresponding acid or sodium salts of the appropriate dithiophosphoric acids in 1:1 ratio with gold (III) chloride in dry dichloromethane at room temperature. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and (1H, l3C, and 31P) NMR. The crystal structure of [S2POCMe2CMe2O]AuCl2, was determined. These new complexes have shown their growth inhibiting potential against various bacterial strains with moderate to good activity.  相似文献
