Natural iron oxides are very common in nature and are the main components of many minerals, rocks and soils. There are a great variety of these minerals in Peru, especially in the Andes region. The mineral studied was extracted from the Taraco District in the Huancané Province of the Puno Region. The extracted sample is a yellowish mineral with very small particles which is called limonite. X-ray diffraction indicates the presence of goethite as the principal mineralogical phase and quartz as the secondary phase. The 57Fe Mössbauer spectra at room temperature show broadened spectra that were fitted using a distribution model. The most probable field of the magnetic component is 21T, corresponding to the presence of small particles of goethite, confirmed by the 4.2 K spectrum. MS of the calcinated sample in air at 900°C show the presence of two hematite sextets, one related to bulk particles and another to surface particles. Chemical analysis using Scanning Electron Microscopy and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer indicates that O and Fe are the major components; other elements such as Al, Si, Mg and Ca are also present.  相似文献

We discussed the radial intensity distribution in the presence of spherical aberrations (SA) for cases in which the incident field is a focused Gaussian spot. A numerical solution of a two dimensional integral diffraction (paraxial ray) equation for a relatively large SA is developed by using the well-known trapezoidal rule for integration. The mesh size was chosen so that convergence of the integration is insured to one part in 10−8 at successive steps. The spot size and the radial intensity distribution in both SA free lens and lens exhibiting SA are calculated. A relation that determines the spot size at the geometrical focus in aberrated case is developed.  相似文献

We developed an expression that describes the hollow Gaussian beams (HGBs) passing through a spherically aberrated lens by using the Collins formula. The radial intensity distribution in both spherical aberration SA free lens, lens that exhibits relatively large in both positive spherical aberration PSA, and negative spherical aberration NSA is calculated. Numerical calculations are made and the results show that the PSA and NSA have a strong influence on the intensity distribution especially at the focus. The study showed remarkable results for which there is no hollow Gaussian beam at a large NSA along the optical axis at the focus. In addition, we found that the DSS, and wr of focused hollow Gaussian beams in the focal region depend not only on the beam radius, and beam order; but also on the spherical aberration.  相似文献

In view of second-order coherence theory, the generalized diffractive axicon illuminated by partially coherent Gaussian Schell-model (GSM) beams is analyzed. An analytical equation for focal depth of axicon without aperture illuminated by spatial partially coherent GSM beam is derived. We showed that the off-axis images can be evaluated by using the method of stationary phase at any correlation state, hence we demonstrated that the intensity distribution of diffracted beam is a superposition of Bessel Beams of various orders. We also showed that the diffracted beam is nondiffractive only on the boundaries of the focal depth.  相似文献

Abstract

3-Aryloxymethyl-4-phenyl-5-mercapto-s-triazoles (Ia-c) have been synthesized and reacted with N-chloroacetyl derivatives of aromatic and/or heterocyclic amines to yield 5-(N-aryl/heterocyclyl)-carboxamidomethyl thio-s-triazole derivatives 2a-o and 3a-o respectively. Reaction of Ia-u with ethyl chloroacetate gave the corresponding esters 4a-c which were reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give hydrazides 5a-c. Condensation of 5a-c with aromatic aldehydes gave Schiff s bases 6a-u with on cycloaddition reaction with thioglycolic acid yielded 4-thiazolidinones 7a-g. Some of these compounds were screened in vitro for their antibacterial activities.  相似文献

5-Acetyl-3-amino-4-aryl-6-methylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxamides (1a, b) were reacted with aromatic aldehydes or with some cycloalkanones to give the corresponding tetrahydropyridothienopyrimidinone derivatives 2a–f and 4a–d . The reaction of compound 1b with urea and/or carbon disulfide has been carried out and their products were identified. Parkinson’s disease is characterized by the loss of dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) and the resultant loss of dopamine in the striatum. Various studies have shown that oxidative stress and neuroinflammation plays a major role in PD progression. In addition, the autophagy lysosome pathway (ALP) plays an important role in the degradation of aggregated proteins, abnormal cytoplasmic organelles and proteins for intracellular homeostasis. Dysfunction of ALP results in the accumulation of α-synuclein and the loss of dopaminergic neurons in PD. Thus, modulating ALP is becoming an appealing therapeutic intervention. In our current study, we wanted to evaluate the neuroprotective potency of noscapine in a rotenone-induced PD rat model. Rats were administered rotenone injections (2.5 mg/kg, i.p.,) daily followed by noscapine (10 mg/kg, i.p.,) for four weeks. Noscapine, an iso-qinulinin alkaloid found naturally in the Papaveraceae family, has traditionally been used in the treatment of cancer, stroke and fibrosis. However, the neuroprotective potency of noscapine has not been analyzed. Our study showed that administration of noscapine decreased the upregulation of pro-inflammatory factors, oxidative stress, and α-synuclein expression with a significant increase in antioxidant enzymes. In addition, noscapine prevented rotenone-induced activation of microglia and astrocytes. These neuroprotective mechanisms resulted in a decrease in dopaminergic neuron loss in SNpc and neuronal fibers in the striatum. Further, noscapine administration enhanced the mTOR-mediated p70S6K pathway as well as inhibited apoptosis. In addition to these mechanisms, noscapine prevented a rotenone-mediated increase in lysosomal degradation, resulting in a decrease in α-synuclein aggregation. However, further studies are needed to further develop noscapine as a potential therapeutic candidate for PD treatment.  相似文献
