In this article, an inverse problem of determining an unknown time‐dependent source term of a parabolic equation is considered. We change the inverse problem to a Volterra integral equation of convolution‐type. By using Sinc‐collocation method, the resulting integral equation is replaced by a system of linear algebraic equations. The convergence analysis is included, and it is shown that the error in the approximate solution is bounded in the infinity norm by the condition number and the norm of the inverse of the coefficient matrix multiplied by a factor that decays exponentially with the size of the system. Direct electron transfer of immobilized copper, zinc‐superoxide dismutase (SOD) onto electrodeposited nickel‐oxide (NiOx) nanoparticle modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode displays a well defined redox process with formal potential of ?0.03 V in pH 7.4. Cyclic voltammetry was used for deposition of (NiOx) nanoparticles and immobilization of SOD onto GC electrode. The surface coverage (Γ) and heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) of immobilized SOD are 1.75×10?11 mol cm?2 and 7.5±0.5 s?1, respectively. The biosensor shows a fast amperometric response (3 s) toward superoxide at a wide concentration range from 10 µM to 0.25 mM with sensitivity of 13.40 nA µM?1 cm?2 and 12.40 nA µM?1 cm?2, detection limit of 2.66 and 3.1 µM based on anodically and cathodically detection. This biosensor exhibits excellent stability, reproducibility and long life time.  相似文献

For the first time, a novel carbon nanotube bed electrode impregnated with silver–nanoparticles (AgNPs) for the determination of trace amounts of gabapentin (GBP) is described. We synthesized the AgNPs via a new procedure. The voltammetric behavior of the electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. There were linear relationships in the ranges from 3.1×10?9 to 2.9×10?2 M and from 1.0×10?8 to 1.0×10?2 GBP with square wave and differential pulse voltammetric peak currents, respectively. The detection limits were 5.6×10?10 and 9.7×10?9 M, respectively. The electrode showed excellent response over a period of 2 months and was successfully applied in human plasma and pharmaceutical capsular products.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of copper-doped silica cuprous sulfate (CDSCS) as a new and efficient heterogeneous nano catalyst are described. CDSCS has been fully characterized by different microscopic, spectroscopic and physical techniques, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic forced microscopy (AFM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and FT-IR. CDSCS is proved to be a useful heterogeneous nano catalyst in Cu(I)-catalyzed ‘Click’ cycloaddition of organic azides with terminal alkynes. CDSCS catalyzes the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of β-azido alcohols and alkynes at room temperature, in THF/H2O (1:1, v/v) solution. Using CDSCS, 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole adducts are mainly obtained, in good to excellent yields and in short reaction times. These compounds have featural resemblance to β-adrenoceptor blocking agents. CDSCS was approved as a chemically and thermally stable nano catalyst that can be reused for many consecutive trials without a significant decline in its reactivity.  相似文献

The production of voice is directly related to the vibration of the vocal folds, which is generated by the interaction between the glottal flow and the tissue of the vocal folds. In the current study, the aerodynamics of the symmetric glottis is investigated numerically for a number of static configurations. The numerical investigation is based on the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM), which is an alternative approach within computational fluid dynamics. Compared to the traditional Navier-Stokes computational fluid dynamics methods, the LBM is relatively easy to implement and can deal with complex geometries without requiring a dedicated grid generator. The multiple relaxation time model was used to improve the numerical stability. The results obtained with LBM were compared to the results provided by a traditional Navier-Stokes solver and experimental data. It was shown that LBM results are satisfactory for all the investigated cases.  相似文献
