Effect of Substrates on CuInSe2 Nanoparticle Thin Films by Radio Frequency Reactive Sputtering

CuInSe2(CIS) nanoparticle thin films have been prepared by radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering from compound ternary fan-shaped targets on low-temperature substrates with pure argon gas as the atmosphere.The stoichiometry of the ternary compound semiconductor quantum dots can easily be controlled by the ratios of the ternary elements and sputtering parameters.CIS nanoparticle thin films regularly shaped and distributed reasonably uniform in size on substrates of 7059 glass etc can be grown in this way.The average particle diameter can be varied between 40-80 nm by an appropriate choice of the substrate temperature,power density and total CIS coverage.the optical and electrical properties of the CIS films have also been studied.     

离散物Surlyn对PBT／PP共混体系的力学性能及形态结构的影响

用力学性能测试，ＤＭＡ、ＳＥＭ等方法研究了离聚物Ｓｕｒｌｙｎ对ＰＢＴ／ＰＰ共混体系的力学性能及形态结构的影响。结果表明，在ＰＢＴ／ＰＰ共混体系中引入少量Ｓｕｒｌｙｎ可以改善界面的粘接性，从而改善其力学性能。     

Study of the electric capacitance spectra on symmetric quantum-dot pattern

We have calculated the ground-state energy of the symmetric quantum-dot pattern by the ab initio calculation method, i.e. unrestricted Hartree-Fock-Roothaan (UHFR) method based on the Gaussian basis, and studied their electric capacitance spectra, assuming each quantum dot of quantum-dot pattern to be confined in a three-dimensional spherical potential well of finite depth. For the systems in question, our results show that our method and theoretical model not only give the electric capacitance peaks similar to s-shell and p-shell atom-like quantum dot, but also show some new fine-structure of electric capacitance in the symmetric quantum-dot pattern system. This method might be a feasible tool to study few-electron problems on the symmetric quantum-dot pattern system.     

UFsh—O软X光胶片在质子荧光源上的绝对刻度

介绍在Ｋ—４００质子加速器上，以质子激发低Ｚ材料产生的内壳层荧光（波长０．５０～６．８ｕｍ）作为光源绝对刻度ＵＦｓｈ—Ｏ软Ｘ光胶片．给出了该种胶片的三维黑密度曲线并对结果作了讨论．     

稀土催化邻苯二甲酸酐与环氧丙烷交替共聚

研究了用稀土络合催化剂Ｎｄ（ａｃａｃ）３－Ａｌ（ｉ－Ｂｕ）３催化邻苯二甲酸酐（ＰＡ）和环氧丙烷（ＰＯ）开环交替共聚（ａｃａｃ＝乙酰丙酮）．考察了共聚合反应特征，用红外光谱、核磁共振表征了共聚物的结构。共聚反应的动力学研究表明共聚与单体浓度呈一级关系，与催化剂浓度呈一级关系，表现活化能为１．２８７×１０￣５Ｊ／ｍｏｌ。     

一种新型桥路型HTSFCL的实验研究

在研究一种新型桥路型高温超导限流器的限流原理的基础上，研制开发了一台三相600V、故障电流峰值100A的实验室样机．本文介绍了该限流器的功率电路、控制器、低温容器和高温超导磁体等部分的结构特点和功能．在三相系统中进行了各种短路故障限流实验，结果表明该限流器有较强的限流能力和重合闸能力，说明新型高温超导限流器的研究对改善电网动态性能和提高电网电能质量有十分重要的意义．     

不同掺杂的钇系-123薄膜磁通特性

我们在磁场中分别测量了最佳掺杂的YBa2Cu3O7-δ、钙0．2掺杂的Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ及钙0．5掺杂的Pr1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ薄膜的电阻温度关系．利用最近Zhang et al.[Phys．Rev．B71（2005），052502]提出的热激活能的分析方法对薄膜的磁通特性进行了分析、比较与讨论．     

自注入式固体Ce~(3+)∶LuLiF_4激光器中紫外亚纳秒脉冲序列的产生

提出一个注入式结构，它可以用在各种脉冲激光器中产生短脉冲序列。在这个结构中，从短腔种子激光器产生单一的亚纳秒脉冲，这个种子脉冲在同一增益介质中被再生放大，直到增益衰减到最小。用一个１０ｎｓ脉冲激光器泵浦固体激光介质Ｃｅ３＋∶ＬｕＬｉＦ４，直接地，被动地产生了紫外亚纳秒脉冲序列。

A Photonic Bandgap Filter Using Metallic Hilbert Curves

We theoretically suggest that a metallic plate with Hilbert curves can possesses multiple resonances in a linear scale, leading to multiple stop bands and pass bands for electromagnetic waves over a wide frequency range.The forward transmission from a line source nearby a small plate covered by four cells with Hilbert curves is checked by a probe at the far field, the results agree well with the multiple resonance frequencies calculated by the plane wave incidence under a periodic boundary condition, the return loss spectra show that radiations of a line antenna working at 4.5 GHz can be greatly enhanced, which results from the interaction of the antenna and the subwavelength metallic plate. This kind of metallic pattern is very practical in multi-frequency functioned wave devices with sub-wavelength sizes.
