方差分量的二次不变估计的非负改进

研究一类方差分量模型中的方差分量的估计改进问题,首先在含两个方差分量模型中给出σ21二次型估计类,并且此估计类还具有无偏性和不变性.考虑二次损失(δ-θ)2,在此估计类基础上放弃无偏性进行非负改进,不仅得到优于二次不变无偏估计类的σ21的非负二次不变估计类,而且还说明了它优于方差分析估计和最小均方误差估计,文献[5]中给出s>2时的非负改进,但是非负改进存在是有条件的,本文克服了这个缺陷.最后给出了非负改进存在的充分必要条件.     

Radio-Frequency Characteristics of the Coaxial Step-Disk-Loaded Slow-Wave Structure for Relativistic Travelling Wave Tubes

We present a new periodic all-metal slow wave structure, a coaxial step-disc-loaded system and the dispersion characteristics of the structure. By using the field-matching method, the dispersion equation and the coupling impedance of this structure are obtained. The coaxial structure makes the bandwidth broader than that of the non-coaxial one. Compared with the coaxial disc-loaded and ridged-disc-loaded structures, the pass-band of coaxial step-disc-loaded structure is the broadest. The calculation results show that increasing the step width and decreasing the step thickness can improve the bandwidth.     

Admissibility of Linear Estimators in the Growth Curve Model with Respect to Inequalitv Restriction

For the growth curve model with respect to inequality restriction： Y = XBZ ＋ε,ε（0, σ2V I）, trNB ≥0, this paper gives some necessary and sufficient conditions for the linear estimator of KBL to be admissible in the class of homogeneous linear estimators LH and nonhomogeneous linear estimators LI, respectively, under the quadratic loss function tr（d（Y） - KBL）＇（d（Y） - KBL）.

硅烷泛频态ν=6的高分辨光声光谱

结合光学长程和声学共振两种技术，显著提高了激光光声光谱仪的探测；灵敏度，用此装置记录了硅烷分子v＝６的高海频光谱。与激光腔内吸收技术相比，分辨率明显提高，记录到 更多的光谱线。用基态能级并合差的方法得到了在１２０５０～１２１９０ｃｍ＾－１内三个谱带的振转能级，并对其能级结构和受到的微扰进行了分析。     

紫外-可见多功能光谱电化学池的研制

利用研制的紫外－可见多功能光谱电化学池，以ＵＶ－Ｖｉｓ长光程薄层和光透支光谱电化学法的分别测定了Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６＾３－／Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６＾４－电对的反应电数ｎ；燕以ＵＶ－Ｖｉｓ光透半无限扩散和平行人射式光谱电学法分别测定了Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）６＾３－的扩散系数Ｄ。实验的结果均与文献值相近，从而表明了这种ＵＶ－Ｖｉｓ多功能光谱电化学池的可靠性。     

聚丙烯酸丁酯接枝的纳米SiO2对聚甲醛的改性

采用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)在纳米SiO2粒子表面接枝聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)制备了纳米复合粒子SiO2-g-PBA,并以此对聚甲醛(POM)进行改性. 通过红外光谱、热失重分析、透射电子显微镜及扫描电子显微镜等分析技术进行了表征. 结果,SiO2-g-PBA在POM中分散均匀,使POM/SiO2-g-PBA复合材料的缺口冲击强度明显高于POM及POM/ SiO2复合材料. 当SiO2-g-PBA纳米复合粒子的质量分数为2%时,POM/SiO2-g-PBA复合材料的冲击强度达71.2 kJ/m2,较纯POM提高了7倍多,同时拉伸强度也有一定的提高,达到68.1 MPa.     

汞(Ⅱ)-邻菲啰啉-刚果红缔合体系的共振瑞利散射和共振非线性散射光谱及分析应用

在pH=9.0的弱碱性环境中,Hg2+与邻菲啰啉(phen)反应形成无色螯合物[Hg(phen)3]2+,再与刚果红(CR)反应,形成三元离子缔合物Hg(phen)3CR,其摩尔比为1∶1。 此时引起共振瑞利散射(RRS)、二级散射(SOS)和倍频散射(FDS)光谱显著增强,最大的散射波长分别位于578 nm(RRS法)、612 nm(SOS法)和352 nm(FDS法)。 在一定条件下,散射增强(ΔI)与Hg2+浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为2.32 μg/L(RRS法)、3.20 μg/L(SOS法)和1.56 μg/L(FDS法),考察了最佳实验条件和影响因素,表明本方法具有良好的选择性,并以RRS法为例研究了共存物质的影响。 据此建立了灵敏度高、选择性好、快速准确测定Hg2+的光散射新方法,该方法用于环境水样中Hg2+的测定取得满意结果。 并对RRS增强的原因和反应机理进行了讨论。     

Multislit-Based Emittance Measurement of Electron Beam from a Photocathode Radio-Frequency Gun

Measurement of emittance for a space-charge dominated electron beam from a photocathode rf gun is performed by employing the multislit-based method at Accelerator Laboratory of Tsinghua University. We present the design considerations on the multislit system and the experimental results, with special attention to the study of space charge induced emittance growth. The experimental results are in reasonable agreement with the PARMELA simulations.
