野值存在情况下组合导航系统的容错技术研究   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
提出了“故障诊断周期”的概念,并基于一个诊断周期内占多数的数据均超过门限时才认为故障,否则认为是野值的故障原则对故障蜮野值情况分别处理。该容错方法不仅可以避免因野值造成的组成模式的频繁,而且还通过剔除野值对滤波的影响,提高了系统滤波精度和数据的连续性,并提高了系统故障检测的灵敏度。这在仿真中都得到了证明,说明该方法行之有效,在工程实际中也可以应用。  相似文献

针对目前流行的视频监控系统不能智能识别、视频传输占用太多网络资源、视频存储容量有限等问题,设计了一种基于USB2.0的智能视频监控系统。该系统通过在线动态更换参考图像,消除了时间变化引起的阳光、天气等因素对背景图像的影响。按照图像识别方法自动检测监控目标,只有当检测到可疑目标后,才把相应的视频信号传输给监控端显示和存储,并同时向监控人员发出报警提示信号。  相似文献

An effective nonlinear response of a nonlinear composite with spherical coated inclusions randomly embedded in a host medium under the action of an external AC electric field, {{\bm E}}_a = {{\bm E}}_1 \sin (\omega t) + {{\bm E}}_3 \sin (3\omega t), is investigated using a perturbation method. The local potentials of the composite at higher harmonics are given both in the region of local inclusion particles and in the local host region under the external AC electric field. All effective nonlinear responses of the composite and the relationship between the effective nonlinear responses at the fundamental frequency and third harmonics are also studied for spherical coated inclusion in a dilute limit.  相似文献

A phase change memory (PCM) device, based on the Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) material, is fabricated using the standard 0.18-μm CMOS technology. After serials of detailed experiments on the phase transition behaviors, we find that the RESET process is strongly dependent on the state of the inactive area and the active area affects the SET process dramatically. By applying a 5-mA current-voltage (I — V) sweep as initial operation, we can reduce the voltage drop beyond the active area during the RESET process and the overall RESET voltage decreases from 3 V plus to 2.5 V. For the SET operation, a non-cumulative programming method is introduced to eliminate the impact of randomly formed amorphous active area, which is strongly related to the threshold switching process and SET voltage. Combining the two methods, the endurance performance of the PCM device has been remarkably improved beyond 1 × 106 cycles.  相似文献

以小振幅波理论为基础,利用奇异摄动方法研究了有背景流存在下两层密度成层状态下的毛细重力波,求得了两层密度成层状态下各层流体速度势的三阶解及毛细重力波波面位移的三阶Stokes波解,并讨论了毛细重力波的kelvin-Helmholtz的不稳定性.结果表明在有流存在的情况下,两层密度成层流体毛细重力波的一阶渐近解、频散关系,二阶渐近解及三阶渐近解不仅依赖于各层流体的厚度和密度,也依赖于表面张力和各层流体的背景流流场;毛细重力波的三阶解描述了背景流场与毛细重力波之问的三阶非线性相互作用.对于给定的波数k(实数)毛细重力波可能出现kelvin-Helmholtz不稳定性.  相似文献

A 7-chip, 280 Gb/s optical code-division multiplexing (OCDM) system incorporating quaternary phase coding and decoding superstructured fiber Bragg gratings (SSFBGs) is experimentally demonstrated. Only ordinary phase masks and sub-micrometer precision are needed to fabricate the encoding and decoding SSFBGs. Interchannel interference noise is also considered and evaluated, 2-channel 40 (Gb/s)/channel (2×40 Gb/s) signal transmission is demonstrated.  相似文献

<正>Interfacial internal waves in a three-layer density-stratified fluid are investigated using a singular perturbation method,and third-order asymptotic solutions of the velocity potentials and third-order Stokes wave solutions of the associated elevations of the interfacial waves are presented based on the small amplitude wave theory.As expected,the third-order solutions describe the third-order nonlinear modification and the third-order nonlinear interactions between the interfacial waves.The wave velocity depends on not only the wave number and the depth of each layer but also on the wave amplitude.  相似文献

本实验以ZnSO4和氧化石墨(Graphite Oxide,GO)原料,在低温环境下(60 ℃)制备了层状ZnO/RGO(ZnO/Reduced Graphite Oxide)复合材料。通过对ZnO/RGO复合材料进行XRD、FTIR、XPS和FE-SEM等测试,表征了产物的晶相结构、界面状况及微观形貌特征。氧化石墨在与ZnO的复合反应过程中其活性基团消失或减弱,氧化石墨自身被还原为一种类石墨物质(Reduced GO,RGO);GO的预处理过程对产物的形貌有较大影响,采用稀碱溶液对石墨的剥离处理有利于产物的层状结构形成。本文还以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了不同条件下所得催化剂的紫外光催化性能。研究表明,ZnO/RGO纳米复合材料大大提高了ZnO紫外光催化活性。光致发光谱(PL)显示,ZnO/RGO复合材料的荧光发射峰强度比纯ZnO有较大降低,说明ZnO的光激发电子在氧化石墨的还原产物RGO和ZnO纳米颗粒之间存在界面电子转移效应,因而抑制了ZnO中光生电子-空穴对的复合,从而提高了ZnO的光催化性能。  相似文献
