Photoluminescence of silicone oil treated by fluorocarbon plasma

We investigated photoluminescence characteristics of silicone oils treated by C2F6 and CHF3 plasma. The silicone oil treated by the C2F6 plasma emitted a white light mainly composed of 415 nm, 469 nm, and 554 nm emissions, while that treated by the CHF3 plasma emitted a pink light (415 nm). Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy studies showed that the photoluminescence was correlated with the Si-C bond, the carbon-related defects and the oxygen vacancies. It was suggested that the light emitting at 554 nm was related to the Si-C bond and the carbon-related defects, while the pink emission at 415 nm was related to the oxygen vacancies.     

超市集中供冷风陈列柜系统的开发及研究

在传统陈列柜的理论基础上设计了新的冷风柜及其供冷风系统,以集中供冷风的方式打破了传统的柜内循环送风的模式。实验研究了多台柜系统冷风分配的均匀性及柜内温度场的特性,并对比研究了冷风柜系统与传统制冷陈列柜系统的柜性能,实验结果表明了通过调节风量分配装置,多台并联柜具有较好的柜内风速分布,同时其柜内的温度分布均匀,达到了超市陈列柜的性能要求;另外,相对于传统陈列柜,冷风柜具有更好的融霜特性。     

一种疏水色谱填料的特性及应用的研究

 以交联壳聚糖为基质 ,正戊醛为配基 ,利用改进的方法制备了疏水作用色谱 (HIC)填料 ,并对该色谱填料的吸附行为和应用作了研究。结果表明 ,此类填料对蛋白质的吸附行为符合疏水相互作用理论 ,对α 淀粉酶的纯化活性回收率大于 80 %。     

Impact of STI indium implantation on reliability of gate oxide

The impacts of shallow trench isolation(STI)indium implantation on gate oxide and device characteristics are studied in this work.The stress modulation effect is confirmed in this research work.An enhanced gate oxide oxidation rate is observed due to the enhanced tensile stress,and the thickness gap is around 5%.Wafers with and without STI indium implantation are manufactured using the 150-nm silicon on insulator(SOI)process.The ramped voltage stress and time to breakdown capability of the gate oxide are researched.No early failure is observed for both wafers the first time the voltage is ramped up.However,a time dependent dielectric breakdown(TDDB)test shows more obvious evidence that the gate oxide quality is weakened by the STI indium implantation.Meanwhile,the device characteristics are compared,and the difference between two devices is consistent with the equivalent oxide thickness(EOT)gap.

本文研究了结晶态与非结晶态的壳聚糖对Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）的吸附动力学和吸附等温线。     

电子膨胀阀应用于低温陈列柜制冷系统的节能研究

与热力膨胀阀相比,电子膨胀阀应用于陈列柜制冷系统,可以更为精确地控制其柜温及过热度。为进一步减小低温陈列柜制冷系统能耗,文中提出通过改变电子膨胀阀脉冲信号的控制策略以达到节能的目的。通过试验证明:与热力膨胀阀相比,可节能25%;同时可减小系统过热度,提高低温陈列柜制冷系统温度特性。为电子膨胀阀在低温制冷陈列柜中的应用提供参考依据。     

φ~4模型的蒙特卡洛重整化群研究

本文采用Callaway的蒙特卡洛重整化群方案作出了二维三角点阵φ~4模型的重整化群流向图、固定点和临界指数。在区域0.1<λ<10~9内没有发现固定点,大λ极限的结果与Isiog模型一致。     

壳聚糖固定化胰蛋白酶的研究

以壳聚糖为载体，戊二醛为交联剂，采用两种方法制备了固定化胰蛋白酶。考察了固定化反应中pH值，戊二醛的浓度，以及给酶量对固定化胰蛋白酶活力的影响，并研究了这两种固定化胰蛋白酶的性质。实验结果表明，以戊二醛预交联的网状壳聚糖为载体制备的固定化胰蛋白酶具有更加优良的性能，在最佳固定化反应条件下，酶的活性加收率可达56％。此固定化胰蛋白酶的最适pH为7．0－8．5，最适温度为60℃，Km值为2．52mol/L，固定化胰蛋白酶表现出较好的热稳定性，pH贮存稳定性，以及在乙醇水溶液中的稳定性。     

Quantum search of many vertices on the joined complete graph

The quantum search on the graph is a very important topic. In this work, we develop a theoretic method on searching of single vertex on the graph [$Phys. Rev. Lett$. 114 110503 (2015)], and systematically study the search of many vertices on one low-connectivity graph, the joined complete graph. Our results reveal that, with the optimal jumping rate obtained from the theoretical method, we can find such target vertices at the time $O\left({\sqrt N } \right)$, where $N$ is the number of total vertices. Therefore, the search of many vertices on the joined complete graph possessing quantum advantage has been achieved.     

集中送风式陈列柜的CFD整体模拟

将集中送风式陈列柜的五大部件送风管道、送风结构、陈列柜风幕、回风结构和回风管道结合成为一个整体,采用双流体改进模型进行CFD模拟,分析了CFD模拟的陈列柜温度场分布特性,并与测试结果进行了对比分析。对比分析的结果表明,CFD模拟温度与实测温度十分吻合,说明所采用的CFD整体模拟是成功的。
