1，2—二氯丙烷裂解反应光窗结焦机理的研究

有机化合物在光窗上的结焦严重地影响激光引发化学反应及光学原位实时探测。本文报道在1，2－二氯丙烷反应系统中，光窗结焦现象同时存在于激光引发反应及热反应过程中，对光窗在300℃条件 下的结焦机理研究表明，少量氧气在光窗结焦过程中起关键作用。结焦前驱体的红外光谱研究表明，前驱体的可能结构为1－丙炔－1，3－二醇的缩聚体。该化合物极易通过缩聚反应形成更大的分子，最终导致光 窗结焦。对系统及反应物进行彻底除氧，光窗结焦现象大为改善。     

Bis（ortho—）chelated Monoanionic Bisphosphinoaryl Ruthenium（Ⅱ）Complexes：Synthesis,Characterization and Reactivity

Bisphosphinoaryl ruthenium(Ⅱ）compounds are synthesized using two distinct synthetic routes.One route,direct cycloruthenation,consists of the reaction of the parent arene compound R-PCHP with [RuCl2(PPh3)3]in chlorinated solvents.However,this route suffers from major drawbacks because HCl is formed as well as free triphenylphoshine.The other route,the transcyclometalation reaction,involves the interconversion of one cyclometalated ligand metal complex,[RuCl(NCN)(PPh3)],into another complex,[RuCl(R-PCP)(PPh3)],with concomitant consumption and formation of the corresponding arenes R-PCHP and NCHN,respectively.     

微波消解试样催化极谱法测定香茹和黑木耳中痕量锗

采用双层聚四氟乙烯密闭容器，以HNO3-HClO4为溶解试剂，CaO为外层吸附剂，微波消解香菇及黑木耳试样。在草酸介质中，当有少量高氨酸存在时，锗（Ⅳ）-苏木精-钒（Ⅳ）体系可产生一灵敏的吸附催化波，峰电位在-0.59V(vs.SCE)处。锗浓度在0ng-300ng/25mL范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系，检出限为4.5ng/25mL,适宜于香菇和黑木耳中痕量锗的测定。     

4种喹诺酮类药物滤纸基质室温Lin光法研究

提出了以滤纸为基质的环丙沙星、氟罗沙星、洛美沙星和氧氟沙星4种喹诺酮类药物的滤纸基质室温Lin光（PS-RTP)分析的新方法。方法取样量少（1．5μL).其线性动力学范围依次为0．11－55．2、0．35－211、2．10－526、1．03－411（ng/斑点）；灵敏度高，其检出限分别为0．082、0．070、0．080、0．123（ng/斑点）；标准回收率在97．70％－102．2％之间。相对标准偏差RSD＜1．8％。     

稀土储氢合金在有机氢化物中的吸氢行为和吸氢热力学性能

研究了富镧混合稀土－镍储氢合金（MlNi5)与有机化合物（C6H6）组成的浆液体系的吸氢行为和吸氢热力学性能。测定了不同温度（10，20，30，40℃）下两个不同系统的吸氢压力－成分等温（PCT）曲线，并分别计算出气固系统和气固液系统吸氢反应的热力学函数值ΔH,ΔS。     

Interlayer Energy Transfer from Naphthalene to Anthracene Chromophores Organized in Langmuir—Blodgett Films

Interlayer energy transfer between 2,3-naphthol-10-hexadecylaza-15-crown-5(NC16) and N-[1-(9-methoxyanthryl)] decylaza-15-crown-5(A10C) within multilayer Langmuir-Blodgett films has been studied by steady-state fluorescence spectra. The donor and acceptor could be separated precisely by inserting stearic acid (SA) spacers. The efficiency of the energy transfer increases with the decrease in the donor-acceptor distance by a quadratic manner, suggesting the donor excitations are delocalized in the layer.     

Preparation of Europium Induced Conformation—specific anti—calmodulin Monoclonal Antibody

Monoclonal antibody technique was employed to detect the conformational difference of CaM induced by metal ions. A trivalent europium ion induced conformation-specific anti-calmodulin monoclonal antibody was successfully prepared with europium-saturated calmodulin as antigen.     

A Minor New Flavone from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

A new flavone,6,2′-dihydroxy-5,7,8,6′-tetramethoxyflavone,was isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. Its structure was established on the basis of spectral evidences.     

Two New Steroidal Glycosides from Fermented Leaves of Agave americana

Two new spirostanol glycosides named agamenoside A and B, ere isolated from the fermented leaves of Agave americana. Their structures were elucidated as (23S,25R)-5α-spirostan-3β,6α，23－triol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(1) and (25R)-5α-spiro-stan-3β,6α-diol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyra-nosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(2) by a combination of chemical and spectral methods.
